I was pleasantly surprised when Bailee streamlined the process without any pressure. She also offered me free trials of membership benefits like the red light therapy and the brand new cold plunge! Bailee was so friendly and helpful in assisting me in deciding on how to proceed with my membership choices in a non committal way like I wanted. A gentleman named Jake gave us a tour and was very respectful of the limited amount of time I had to spend on the tour. He also explained all about the included classes and ammeneties available at each location! A great part about Mountainside fitness is that they allow 12-year-olds to join so that means my daughter can come with me! I could not find another gym in the area that allows children under 13 to attend so I was really pleased at this privilege. I also liked that all the memberships allow you to go to any location.! I'm really grateful that Bailee was there to help, being that she was so knowledgeable on the membership options and perks! P.s. I love the cold plunge!

I work with both Shane and Danny to reach my goals and it's been nothing but fantastic. Both the mental and physicals rewards have been awesome. It's a really positive and friendly place. Danny is an awesome person to start my day with, keeping my workout routine very challenging, and answering all the 'whys' I have for each exercise. I had a lot of difficulties trying to workout on my own. I was unsure of weights/reps/sets/form but now that's all a thing of the past. Most of all, I have faith in the process and don't feel discouraged going to the gym.

It showed I lost 5" all around! Say what? Then we went up a notch and in a total of 4 months I lost 15lbs and 18" all around! Yes 18". Now my abs are POPPING! I'm also now wearing a size 2 jean--which I've never been in before. His program is a no nonsense, no fad or silly workout routine. I thought I would get a jump on the situation by visiting a center. I signed a waiver and a very friendly staff member showed me around. Most impressive. There is a relaxation area with massage chairs after a workout. In the ladies locker room, you'll find a huge supply of towels, showers, lockers, sauna, infrared studio, & cold plunge. There are separate studios set up for slowing activities such as Pilates and yoga and another studio set up for higher activity classes. There is a room full of gym equipment, free weights, TRX, barbells, Bosu balls and so much more. I'm excited! Looking forward to this new gym joining the area! Plenty of parking and WiFi on site.

I have no complaints about the service offered…read more However, their predatory business runs on monthly subscriptions that has a mandatory 3 month commitment. Their policy mandates you use your weekly sessions and my sessions not used will expire, with 1 roll over session per month. I signed up not knowing my job would change and thus affecting my weekly commitments. First, when asked if I could cancel, I was told I would still have to honor my 3 month minimum. I was given another option to pay to suspend my plan, THEN continue with my 3 month contract. With either option, I would still lose my unused sessions. The owner would not return my calls and instead I played telephone with the manager. I had to go in physically to speak with the manager and they finally waived the expiration on the sessions if I paid the full 3 months. I have yet to find time for these paid sessions. Again buyer beware. The company has no compassion for your situation. Once they get you to sign for a plan, you are hooked to pay at least 3 months.
