The Reformer is a game changer; easy on the joints and muscles, while strengthing the muscles and increasing joint flexibility at the same time. Think of classic Pilates but with a twist. I've only been taking for a month, and have noticed an immediate change in my alignment, strength and flexibility, and have way less pain in my hips, shoulders, and lower back. My core and back have gotten much stronger and as someone who's constantly on their feet for long hours each day, this is what I needed in order to feel strong, confident, and stable. They offer a wide variety of classes. Their Club Pilates App is very user friendly and incredibly easy to navigate. You can book or cancel classes on the app and can see how many classes you took. You can also set weekly goals for yourself and see your activity and how many classes you've taken. This company is very smart in the way they operate and seem to really have their stuff together. However the idiots using the other businesses don't adhere to the RESERVED FOR EXERCISE COACH signs. Unfortunately the staff does nothing to enforce the reserved parking other than an occasional notice placed on the violator's car. They need to use orange cones, paint the spots, make signs for the doors of the bar and coffee shop, work with management, something, ANYTHING to keep those spaces open for their clients. It's a very busy parking garage and almost impossible to find other parking without parking illegally yourself.

I have done Orange Theory before, and I love group fitness atmospheres, but the treadmill/running just doesn't work for me, so I love that cardio here is either the bike or a rowing machine. However, what I was most impressed with this morning was the super energetic and fun staff they have there. All of them greeted me with a genuine smile and the enthusiasm you need to take a 6am class! I recently moved from Manhatten Beach and heard many great things about Eat the Frog. My background is cross fit. My two colleagues told me about this place and stated they both received first responder discounts (back when they were providing those). They brought myself and another co worker along for a class. After the first class we both inquired about memberships and provided our first responder badges so they knew we were the real deal. The front desk lady was very rude. She told my colleague "you can have the first responder discount" and the pointed to me and said, "and you can pay full price." We all inquired why as this didn't seem right. She rolled her eyes at me and said, "if you can't pay the full price, maybe you just don't belong here." I politely declined and walked away. The lady at the front desk was unaware that my friends were still there (just around the corner getting stuck from the locker) and she continued to make rude comments about me even after I left. I am disappointed in this fitness scene as I had always come from a really warm, positive gym environment. I personally will pass on supporting negative people with poor character.

The coaches are awesome and they help when your form is incorrect/if modications are needed. The coaches are supportive that they help me do better and get stronger each visit. Everyone is friendly and its a great community to be a part of. Working out is more enjoyable with people who acknowledge how hard you're trying and saying how awesome you are throughout the workout. They also have Hyrox classes on Wednesdays and during the weekends. So take advantage if you're participating at Hyrox or want to experience how preparing for Hyrox is like! There's plenty of parking and also a play space for kids (I've never personally used it but I've seen some members bring their kids and let them play during their scheduled time)

Steve is AMAZING!…read more My husband is in his mid 30s and life has been busy and doesn't take a lot of time to invest in himself with self care. It was about the start of the quarantine period that my husband was inspired to begin to invest in his health and provide himself with self care. Since the gyms were closed, he looked for personal trainings and that's how he found Steve! My husband over the course of 4-5 months has lost 25 lbs through Steve's guidance in intermittent fasting and the exercise work out regime he would receive three times a week. He went to Steve three times a week, and each month there was a VERY VISIBLE change to his waistline, his body got toner, his metabolism leveled out, and his posture got better.
