Thank you to everyone at Club Pilates in Desert Ridge! They really took care of my mom and I and had a wonderful class. I was down visiting my mom and wanted something for us to do on a Sunday morning. So we booked a free 30min Reformer class at club pilates. I have NEVER done a Reformer pilates class. This is where you are actually using the machine the whole time. I have a recent ACL injury so I was a little intimidated on being a beginner AND an injured one at that, however, I had nothing to worry a out! The instructor and all the ladies who work here made both my mom and I feel so at ease and comfortable. No pressure to perform or feing like a failure for not being able to do something. It's all at your own pace. Our instructor would correct our form anytime she saw us struggling and was all about the motivation! Free 30 Min Intro Class: -Easy sign up online -Plenty of time slots to choose from -No experience necessary -Great for all levels, the resistance is tailored to your own speed -Each move is taught and you feel so much more comfortable using the machine then when you walk in -it didn't burn an insane amount of calories like an hour on the treadmill, but it honestly targets small muscle groups I didn't even know existed. -Targets muscles that will strengthen your core to help with any back or joint issues -You WILL feel it in your muscles for a few days and it feels great This entire place is very motivating and it makes you WANT to give it your all. Afterwards I felt great, even discovered this is probably the best thing for my knee injury. After our intro class I signed my mom up and she's now been going twice a week! They make her feel comfy and she feels great, her back pain has even started to feel better after another of constancy and she isn't as stiff. PRICING: The only thing is I wish it was a bit lighter on the wallet or I would be a monthly member all year round. They thankfully run alot of specials specials sign up foe their email list.. They off $25 drop in classes and any non member who wants to join a member to a class. They have several different packages that range from an 8 class monthly package to unlimited classes a month at any location which is the cudagraw! I will be coming in for a drop in anytime I am visiting. Thanks ladies for also taking care of my mom and helping her be the best version of herself she can! read more

They have oversold their services. It is impossible to get classes for flow 1. Unfair to all the members. People show up hoping to get into classes. If they can't accommodate paying members, they need to stop signing people up. Once they hook you, you can't get out of their contract. Pretty sweet business model. read more

This Club Pilates is exactly what you would expect from Paradise Valley. They are unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. A previous location was fantastic and friendly, and helped me transfer to this new location and that was when things went downhill. My credit card was stolen and cancelled, and because my automatic payments weren't going through, and we were in the middle of COVID gym closures, they never once called me to tell me there was an issue. Without a single phone call from the studio they sent my bill to a collections agency. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Now I have to pay for months that the studio wasn't even open, and have my account closed in order to not have it affect my credit report. Very insensitive policy to have in such an unprecedented time. Find a better studio where you will get a better workout with friendlier, honest people. read more

Club Pilates at Desert Ridge right next to Pita Jungle is AWESOME! I have been waiting a long time to try pilates and when this club opened I couldn't wait to jump in! The staff is very friendly, well trained and educated in their fields. They really take the time to understand your level of fitness and give you modifications where needed. Shout out to Sasha, TomiKay, Brittany, and Ulyssa! I can't stress enough the importance of health and the role physical activity plays in that. Great facility! Lots of classes to chose from and super friendly staff. Love Sasha, the Manager! You just want to hug her. I love the fact that you can't have more than 12 people in the class. I delved into a class without any intro and it took few classes to get it but now I feel I'm 100% proficient in "Pilates" lingo. Highly recommend taking Intro class with Debra if you signing up with Desert Ridge facility, especially if you are new to Pilates. Debra demonstrates every move(whether it's an Intro class or regular one) and is very helpful. She also assists and coaches "newbies" so you don't feel excluded. I also love Sheena and Brittany but these 3 are who I have had because of the specific times I go there so don't know other instructors. read more
