I'm in my late thirties and never exercised consistently in my life until early 2025. Reformed is one of the first things I tried. The instructors are welcoming and super inclusive of all skill levels. The classes have a pretty standard structure which made getting started less intimidating but just enough variety to keep me coming back. The studios are clean and nice. And finally, the unlimited monthly is a great deal and you can go to any studio in the valley. Now, I go to Pilates 4-5x a week and am stronger than I've ever been. I'm also way more interested in fueling my body differently and confident enough to see what other exercises my body can do. This is dramatic but Reformed has played a significant role in me taking control of my health and I'm so grateful for it! Definitely recommend taking a class here even if you're just getting started, you will be welcomed and will learn so much. read more

My wife signed up and tried a few classes but it's not for her. After looking on her membership page I noticed they have a button for everything except cancelling her membership? We also couldn't delete her account or credit card. Any company that is worth its salt should make it as easy to cancel a membership as it was to sign up. just to clarify, the one star review has nothing to do with the instructors. Agent instructor that I have gone to in the period of time being a part of Reformed has been great. I want to talk about the customer service. The only complaint I have about the location is that I can never get into a class at any time it's always booked up so I'm paying to not be able to get in when I need. I work three jobs and I'm trying to also make time for myself. I was about to move out of state so I canceled my membership and they had told me that when my last payment comes out it'll be turned into eight sessions that are good for three months. Before my renewal on the third, I made sure to book out all of my classes so I didn't lose any credits (keep in mind they have very limited availability). When my last payment renewed, I checked my credit and it said I had six out of eight credits left. I had reached out to customer service, letting them know that that doesn't make any sense and they had told me that if I don't use my credit by the time, the auto renewal happens. I will lose those credits and it goes into my new month of credits. Even though I booked these classes out in advanced! I still lost them! There were some things that had changed when it came to my moving situation and I was going to renew my membership there, but there is absolutely no way I will be making my way back to this place. To me this seems very money, hungry, and scam like. To take somebody's credit credits away even though they pre-booked them when there's never availability is unbelievable to me. They don't care about you. They only care about money. I do not even want to use my last six sessions that I have left even though it's supposed to be eight, but I'm not wasting the money. if I were you, I would shop around for a completely different Pilates studio because there are other places who offer eight sessions for who give you a better workout and have more availability. read more

I joined less than a month ago and have really enjoyed the classes. All the instructors have been welcoming and take no time to learn your name and greet you by your name. The class itself is a pretty good workout, specially if you wanna train core, strength and balance. Not much cardio or high intensity however I like it. My personal experience is that it can also be relaxing, specially the last minutes of stretching. The equipment is always clean. The only thing I would like is to be able to sign up for a 6 am class, however they are always booked. Otherwise nothing else I would change. I signed up for a membership after my first class. 10/10 recommended. read more

I am going to RAVE about Reformed Pilates because it is literally the greatest workout concept in the business (at least according to yours truly). I have tried Soulcycling, Body, Orange Theory, Core Power Yoga, and even held memberships at Equinox and LifeTime at some point. As a semi-gym rat myself, I can acclaim that this tops my list of most rewarding workout routines. I have been going for a little over three months now and I am completely addicted. So much that I have made it my only gym membership to date, finally breaking it off with dear old Equinox. All of the 45-minute lessons work out your core, upper body, lower body, flexibility, and balance, and even add a tad of cardio on occasion. I have noticed such a positive change in my physical appearance and my STRENGTH since I started. Nothing has ever made me feel so powerful before, and this is coming from someone who has always struggled to build any muscle. The instructors are so caring and aware of personal needs, giving you modification exercises that adjust to body types and medical conditions. They are usually motivating and attentive. The workouts also change every single time you go, which throws redundancy out the window. It is probably why I routinely feel like I am working out new muscles and excited for class to begin. I'm usually hesitant to try different types of workouts. I'm a push up/pull up type guy. No bells and whistles needed for this guy. My girlfriend, who is an athlete, had really been hyping up Reformed Pilates. She says she loves the "reformer" which makes Reformed Pilates unique. I decided to give a try on a weekend. Taylor led the class. Her instruction was flawless- simple but smooth; perfect for a newbie to follow. The workout itself was more challenging then I thought. I am newer to Pilates. I bought a package here, and after learning more about Pilates and going to classes at competitor studios, I decided Reformed is not a fit. It is super loud, every class feels cookie cutter, teachers make no effort to get to know individual students, and no real adjustments are made during class. It just feels like a gym. When I asked for a refund of the classes I had left on my package, I was told no. Problem is, all classes taught here are the same. So no way to go to a different style or type of class. I have been coming here every morning on my days off (3-4xs a week) since the summer and my body has very noticeably tightened up. I have only tried the Central and the Arcadia locations and I've loved every instructor. They're all so cheerful and knowledgeable and they take pride in coming to work super prepared. Somehow they remember everyone's names, and they start w music. It's never so hard that you want to stop coming, and it's only as challenging as you put in to it. No one will shame you if you need to slow down or cant do a certain workout, there are accommodations if it's too hard. Over time it gets easier. And if it's too easy you can add weight. So you really can control how hard you push yourself. They work different body parts in different order so that it is manageable and you never burn out, but you will leave sore. It's awesome, And just when you are about beat, it's cool down time and you can stretch and relax. It's SUCH a great workout. And the results are very noticeable! read more

i'm a first time pilates girl. So im not familiar with majority of movements, positions etc. it's all pretty intimidating but i gave it a shot. I was a member for about 2 months and cancelled my membership. One of my last few classes if i remember correctly felt pretty embarrassing.. the instructors are sometimes hard to hear clearly.. a combination of the music and maybe even their mouth being too close to the mic. So i would look at the classmates around me for guidance and copy their moves. I was put on the spot a couple of times being snapped at and told "Don't look at everyone else! Just listen to me!". It felt humiliating. I decided to take this class to get my body moving in ways i wasn't aware i need.. i don't need to feel shamed for not knowing what im doing from the start. Love Reformed. Hit over 250 classes in a little over a year if that tells you anything. Great team and group of instructors. The mix of pilates with some cardio intervals is an awesome workout. I've never experienced such a great workout with leaving the studio with more energy than when I came in. After 200 or so classes, I'm surprised I've never shared my love for Reformed, but that's all I've got- SO MUCH LOVE. This workout is incredible. It builds deep core strength while creating long, lean muscle tone. The first class is a beast, don't give up. You'll be using muscles you didn't know you had and you'll feel it everywhere the next day (or couple of days ;) but so worth it. Reformed runs package specials a handful of times a year, I opt for those to avoid paying monthly dues when I can't make it often. I love this gym! I have to share that I gained 55 pounds while pregnant with my son. I was NOT happy. After deliberation, I joined Reformed 7 months post pregnancy. I was very intimidated as I never had done a Pilates class nor a spin class. But what do I have to lose except some stubborn weight? Wow!! I'm so glad I did! Due to Pete and Laura, spin transformed my world! Add that with the strength building of Pilates? Double wow. Less than a year, I had dropped all my extra weight and gained a strong but slim figure. Love coming here for Pilates! The workouts are always amazing & the instructors that I've had are always helpful. I especially enjoy Karla. She's great and is always helping students perfect their pose. I've taken cycling here too and it's always fun! It's is really crammed in there though with so many bikes & it's really dark during class. The classes fill up quick, which kind of stinks if you're trying to sign up a couple days before, also the cost per class are a bit pricey. They occasionally have specials though. Definitely check them out though cause their workouts are top notch :) read more

I had a fantastic time when I went to a cycling class on Tuesday. I hadn't been to a spin class in probably over a year, but the staff was great and gave me a quick orientation and helped me adjust my bike for comfort and form. Spin is always a great workout, but man, I literally had to use two towels. They really keep you pumped up throughout the entire 45 mins. By the way, did I mention there was a LIVE Dj in the room? Yes, an actual DJ was there during the workout and even contributed to getting the class pumped up. They also turn off most of the lights in the studio during the class so that people feel more comfortable. The only thing I will say was that it was hard to hear the instructor at times becuase of how loud it was in there, but I was able to catch on. They also have some decent deals/ packages for first timers. I truly enjoyed myself and felt super accomplished after my workout. read more

Ok, so I know I fell off the review wagon a bit, but I'm back and ready to spew...I mean, you get what I mean. So, a pal of mine invited to me to a spin class here and my initial thoughts were "ew, spin people are culty." I know, call me Judge Judy. Anyhow, I decided to give it another go and I'm really glad I did. This place is great! The people are all super nice, it is nice and clean and I get a really amazing workout! It's my new favorite Saturday morning ritual. The bikes have little computers on them to show you your RPM's, watts, duration and trip length. There's a simple lever to add or remove resistance and the instructor is always up there super pumped and ready to sweat it up with us. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to incorporate something new into the ole workout routine! read more

THIS is the best work out EVER! I have been seeing Randy once or twice a week for about three months now. I was in such lousy shape that I was afraid to get injured if I started out in a group class. I decided to begin with private Pilates sessions at the Central location. It is uber close to my house and it suits my hectic schedule. Randy is the best Pilates instructor you could ask for. He is kind and ridiculously knowledgeable. He is timely, professional and takes into consideration your personal goals and limitations. My workouts are never boring. I was very worried that I would not be able to do Pilates but with Randy's help I am feeling much stronger and confident. As a young man Randy accomplished an astounding weight loss. This lead him to a life time of professional training with a focus on training the whole body. I believe his dedication and personal accomplishments make him a genuine and compassionate Pilates coach who truly wants to help individuals reach realistic, long term health and wellbeing. Great classes and instructors! They were so nice when I missed out on a class on my first free week-they reset the freebie! The pilates classes get full FAST so reserve well ahead. The only thing I really don't like is the 6 hour cancellation policy, but I understand why they do it. For me I have a lot of last minute fixes that tend to force me to cancel late. So if you commit, you'd better be prepped to go! The workouts are hard but you feel fab after! Spin classes are really great too, Peter does an awesome job. I absolutely love Reformed Pilates! I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 2.5 years ago.I was pretty devastated. I've been a runner my whole life but my feet just hurt too much to run. I took my first class three months after my diagnosis and haven't stopped since. My disease is in remission and I have a whole new Reformed family. I've been going for 4 times a week since thenand I feel like every time I go to class it is completely different. It is shocking because you're still on the same machine every class. Today will be my 100th class! I'm so in love with the results I've seen so far and can only imagine what I will look, and feel like, after another 100 classes! I never really considered pilates for my workouts until a friend gifted me a month of classes at Reformed Pilates. It took NO TIME for me to fall in love. From my very first class, I was pleased with the amount of focused instruction, and constant reminders, on how to properly and effectively execute each movement. Most importantly, I was rehabbing injuries after an auto accident, and needed the extra attention so as to not further injur myself while trying to get better. Stephanie G has been very instrumental in my recovery, giving the extra attention I've personally needed to succeed! I also thoroughly enjoy my classes with Karla and Caitlin! I walked in one day last January, and Caitlin convinced me to come try a free class, after years of being intimidated and afraid I'd look foolish. I've been coming 6 days a week since that day! Caitlin and all the fantastic teachers at REFORMED have really impacted my life. I'm 48 and in the best shape of my life. Best part: it's impossible to injure yourself, so I no longer have a hurt shoulder or knee or back, like I did from CrossFit or weight lifting. I am in love with the Reformed Studios! What I like most about Reformed Central are the combo classes! I took the Reform & Ride class yesterday and it was a great workout - it's the best combo of Pilates and cardio. Prior to coming to Reformed Central, I was terrified to try a spin class but who can resist a candlelit bike ride featuring great music!?! :) The class is intense & relaxing at the same time!
