I had never done Pilates before, but have now been going to Reformed for over a month and I'm hooked! Not only has my body seen incredible results, I look forward to class! Every class is different and challenging. I just upgraded to the unlimited membership, which is amazing, coming from the woman that used to be crazy about HIIT classes and lifting at the gym. The classes do fill up quickly, however I have had good luck with the waitlist. Try to arrive early to avoid searching for a parking spot. The weekends and Friday mornings seem to be the the hardest. The Reformed app is very user friendly and any questions or issues I have had with classes or my membership have been promptly answered as well. All of the instructors I've had at this location are absolutely wonderful, but my favorite is Sammy! I was skeptical about being judged as a beginner in this environment, but all of the women (and sometimes men!) are very welcoming, kind and polite. I love the sense community here and see myself being a member for years to come. read more

I've been a client for 2 years now and I really enjoy it. I have never done any type of exercise or studio class as consistent as Pilates. The instructors are friendly. They make an effort to learn your name pretty quickly. My home studio is Central but tried Arcadia while Central undergoes renovations. The experience was just as good. I have not had any issues with parking although I come late night during the week. Customer care is excellent. I always get my emails/inquiries answered in a very timely manner, usually within a day. They have fun challenges ongoing thru the year. Definitely recommend trying out if you're interested in improving core, balance and flexibility. The class can be tailored to your fitness level which is always a bonus. Lastly I love that this is a local business that has grown so much in the past 10 years. read more

After trying 5 or 6 studios in the Phoenix area - Reformed Pilates is by far the best, I am addicted. The parking here can be a little tricky on weekends because Hash Kitchen is in the same parking lot, but other times of the day it's no problem. Paid $35 and reserved through the app just to show up literally 36 seconds late for class just to be turned away by Gina Harris even though there were 5 open seats in the class and she was still getting everyone situated on their platforms. I tried to explain to her that there had been an accident blocking entry and she said it was policy to turn a paying client away even though I was less than 1 minute late for class. She was rude, abrasive and dismissive. I will never be returning to reformed and was considering a monthly membership before this experience. Nice job Gina! You lost your branch a client for life over less than 60 seconds because you are petty and have no idea how customer service should be rendered. I never post bad reviews but this was so ridiculous and offensive that I couldn't not say something. Do not go to this studio. read more

My favorite jump board class only happens every other Sat and finding a parking spot is a true torture and the most challenging part of the whole hr! Parking situation is huge problem and I wish they would've never moved to this "new" spot right next to always full of 20 y/olds Hash Kitchen:( 2yrs later,,not any better:( It happened again Worse yet ,, I manage to find a parking spot made it to class on a Sunday (brunching crowd) 3 mins late ,,,yes 3 mins ,and instructor gave my reformer away!!! Its the Holidays ,, its a sunday ,,our schedules are jammed! I make the effort and time ,,plan ahead to book my spot ( a wk in advance ) and I arrive to class after a late Sat Holiday party,,,,,and instructor Caelan B simply gave my reformer away to a waitlisted client who apparently showed up and evidently was lucky enough to get a parking spot before me(?) Surprisingly few wks ago (also a wknd) class started a bit late as instructor was waiting for more ppl to show up acknowledging parking is a huge problem. All pilates studios(I go to 3 other as they are all different )have a grace 5 minutes. I would have expected the same for a the one location where parking is a true nightmare and for a class I had booked a week in advance! Im no client to be a "no show" ,, I respectfully cancel within proper time window to ensure others can take my spot if need be. There is no disclaimer as to "your spot will be given to someone else after * mins" when one gets usual rsvp emails so I would expect some respect when I make a reservation , battle with parking and show up. The convenience (proximity) to my house and the many hrs/classes is what has kept me buying packages . As in all honesty, parking on wkends ,,the instructor turnover (which is insane ) and many classes are quite basic and a bit repetitive for a seasoned pilates student like me ,,,all which can be a turndown. Now, the least I would expect is that my reserved spot,, is respected. 3 minutes late to Arcadia studio and having my reformer(reservation ) given to someone else is unnaceptable. read more

I had my first class today with Megan & it was so amazing! Let me be clear, Pilates is the hardest workout I have ever done but it is WORTH IT! Reformed Pilates did a great job welcoming me as a new student & made my first experience really accessible and not intimidating at all. The class was a jump board class & it was so fun! What I'm learning about Pilates is that the movements are small & concentrated but the impact is huge! I'm totally obsessed. I loved the clean, bright & open studio. When they open right after Covid you could get classes and you could use up your packages that you pre-paid for but now everybody books their classes so far in advance you can't even get in unless there's a cancellation on the waiting list. I love everything about this place. I have been a member over two years since the Chandler location opened. These days it, unfortunately, seems that more than not businesses don't seem to care about their customers as much. These owners are very efficient and quick on taking care of any app problems, or anything for that matter. They have awesome instructors (calling out Alyssa, Sammy, Nicole, Lauren, Bailey, and Addison). I was on my way home from class today, and thought I was way over due for a review. I have had to change days and times and miss instructors i'm used to, but always seem to get another great one. Thank you Reform Pilates for making my workouts such a great experience. I absolutely adore REFORMED! I started going to Reformed when a friend recommended I try their first class for free. With rheumatoid arthritis, I was hesitant, but after a couple of classes, I already saw a HUGE difference in my range of motion, posture, flexibility, and strength. I am hooked! I now go four to five days a week and can't imagine stopping! ALL of the staff is incredible! I love how each instructor has their own style, so you always walk away with a different workout, leaving you excited for the next class. I feel encouraged by the instructors, who know you by name, and are very attentive, making sure everyone is doing the exercises safely and correctly. I can't recommend this place enough! Integrating a new fitness program into your existing routine can be scary. Even when you're elite in your own sport, starting a new one is always intimidating. But not at Reformed Pilates--they'll help you from the start. My experience started with Laura the owner via email. I had a bunch of questions which she answered, and then suggested I stop by (after all, with over a dozen Pilates studios in the same zip code, how do you choose?). During my visit, Megean answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable right away. They have this offer where your first class is free. It's a great way to dip your toe into the water. I have taken private Pilate classes years ago, but Reformed Pilates takes it to another level--what they can squeeze into 50 minutes is amazing! My first class with Megean was great. If it's your first time, I would suggest calling or emailing and finding a class that isn't full (10 students is the max), so the instructor can assist you if needed. My class had students of all levels--a guy who cranked out 7 for every 1 lunge I did, another another entry level student, and a few regulars. And that's the greatest part-- the class is for all levels; while I never made it past the yellow and blue springs, others in the class were rocking it with a thousand more reps than I could get in. And when I was struggling, Megean would come over and show me a modified move so that I could keep up. No one yelling at you like some other fitness classes to get "more reps in"; take as many breaks as you need-- it's all good! All the other class participants are super nice too, willing to help along the way. Wear your lululemon or Target workout gear--no snobby people here! It's clear that the instructors and the students all have the same goal--to look and feel great! Although I can't cough or sneeze today without feeling sore ab muscles I didn't know I had, my next class is in 2 days, at which time I hope I can lift my arms over my head without saying "ouch" read more

THIS is the best work out EVER! I have been seeing Randy once or twice a week for about three months now. I was in such lousy shape that I was afraid to get injured if I started out in a group class. I decided to begin with private Pilates sessions at the Central location. It is uber close to my house and it suits my hectic schedule. Randy is the best Pilates instructor you could ask for. He is kind and ridiculously knowledgeable. He is timely, professional and takes into consideration your personal goals and limitations. My workouts are never boring. I was very worried that I would not be able to do Pilates but with Randy's help I am feeling much stronger and confident. As a young man Randy accomplished an astounding weight loss. I am not a Pilates person. I am the elephant in a room full of swans...but I love this place. Took a trial class with Brenda and I was hooked. As an avid runner with injuries, I needed something to balance me out. I am not the chick you will see in Pilates posters. I am short and fluffy with big thighs(no gap!) and flappy Chicken wing arms. But I am getting stronger every day! I love Christina and Brenda 's classes - they always help me when I'm not getting a move just right. Love this place!!!! I can not say enough about Reformed Pilates. It's the first workout that I have ever looked forward to, because I want something that is constantly challenging and changing and an environment where I feel comfortable. Their instructors are passionate about what they do and it's evident in each class. They are continuously listening to client feedback and educating themselves to better their clients' practice. Every class has a different playlist and series of exercises, so you're never bored and your body constantly has to adapt and grow stronger. I attend all three locations based on my schedule and if I'm wanting to mix in a spin class. It can be intimidating at first if you're new to using a reformer, but stick with it and your posture will improve in addition to your muscle tone! After the first few classes I was always adjusting my rear view mirror because I was sitting taller after each class. You have to try it! The first class is free so you have nothing to lose! I love reformed! I've been taking classes since March and like every teacher I've had. If you want a great workout Reformed is your place. Each teacher switches up the class - I've never had a repeat routine or playlist. They get to know you and there is no judging on your abilities. Poses are modified and corrections are made in a private loving manner. They really care that you have a great class. If only their Arcadia location had spin I would ditch my other studio and be 100% reformed! read more

I started classes at Reformed Pilates about 6 months ago and I have to say, it is hands down the best and most enjoyable total body workout I've personally experienced. The location is super convenient, the teachers are fantastic, and the results are undeniable. The instructors are great at guiding you through class and letting you go at your own pace, which I appreciate. I have never gotten as addicted to a workout studio as I have with Reformed. As a 26 year old who has had two hip surgeries, with a reconstruction being one of those surgeries, and six cortisone shots and two radio frequency ablation procedures on my back, it is incredibly important that the workouts I do are safe and the instructors understand the anatomy of the body. You get that plus so much more at Reformed. Every single instructor knows how to adjust any exercises for my injuries. I have been going for two years, and have seen incredible improvements in my back and hip pain to the point where I don't have any pain, which is not usually easy given the extent of some of my injuries. I also absolutely love every instructor (I've taken from almost everyone as well). I want to give a big shout out to Tyler and Kailiegh, as I take their classes the most often. They are both so knowledgeable about the body and show up to every class with contagious energy and encouragement to safely push myself. They have also played a significant role in my recovery from the surgeries & injuries, and I completely trust their input. I am so glad I came to Reformed Pilates last year. I had never been to Pilates before and was a little intimidated before my first class. I had a fantastic teacher, Christina, for my first class who showed me how the reformer machine worked and the basics involved. She took time with me during that first class to show me correct form and to encourage me. I felt the results immediately. The workout helped immensely with some lower back and sciatica issues I have been having the past few years. I now take two classes per week and the benefits are remarkable. My strength has improved in my core as well as the rest of my body. My lower back feels a lot better and a lot of my lower back pain has been improved. My balance and coordination are vastly improved. I love the workout as it doesn't tire me out or weigh me down the rest of the day. I love the variable nature of the workouts and it seems there always new exercises in each class. I can't say enough good things about the teachers and staff at Reformed Pilates.
