Excellent service and food. We stopped for an early dinner after our 7 mile hike. We both that their Liberty Burger which was very tasty and cooked to perfection. We split a Kale Mary salad which was served in separate dishes without being charged extra. We also had their shoestring potatoes which added nice crunch and saltiness to our meal. My friend's Margarita was good, and my unsweetened iced tea was refreshing and plentiful. Madeline our server was perfectly attentive and kept replacing my Iced Tea, PERFECT!!! Parking was a total nightmare. It was a small downtown area and lots of traffic for an early dinner. The host was a bit clueless. He let me come in and sit down despite the other two people in my party being outside looking for parking. I asked him about parking and he told me there was a lot "right down there," and even walked outside with me to point to it for me. Then I asked him what street we were on so I could let my husband know where the lot was and he replied "I don't know." What? You don't know the name of the street that the restaurant that you work at is located on?? That was weird. The servers were attentive (I think one was in training). Doesn't really work for corona. Leah was our server and was nice. Not extraordinary but did everything right. We waited a tiny bit long for our check. I got the Woodstock veggie burger. Go to Liberty Burger and get great food at reasonable prices. The wife and I shared a Liberty Burger and a Crunchy salad with balsamic vinaigrette. The first thing that will hit you on both is how fresh all the ingredients are. Wow. The Liberty Burger is probably in the top five burgers I've had ever. The waiter recommended the balsamic vinaigrette on the salad and it did not disappoint. That salad was so crisp and tasty it seemed as if it had been picked right before we got there. The kids meals were great also. I tried a bite of my daughter's kid meal and that burger was just as good as mine. They know how to make a burger here. I read great reviews about this place, so my husband and I picked some takeout up while in Jackson. We were unaware that condiments (such as mayonnaise) were $1 extra for each cup. I just find that sort of gauche. Otherwise, my sweet potato fries were super burnt. I've honestly never been to a restaurant that served me burnt fries - they've always told me they were redoing them if they were. I love that we scored a window seat, and didn't have to wait! A locally brewed, Snake River Pilsner hit the spot, as well as, the awesome weather! We got our vacation going with bison burgers, add $6 for this burger change, which is 90% lean and lower in cholesterol, fewer calories than beef or chicken (so the menu states). I did not know that! I thought it odd that the waitress brought us a big stack of napkins, but not after one bite of the burger - juicy, dripping goodness! We used the whole stack. Sides are separate. Hubs ordered the Torches. These roasted and fried jalapeño peppers stuffed with beef, bacon, queso and cheddar cheese can require a watering hose. Some bites hotter than others! When we got in, we were seated quickly, were given menus and water very quickly, the music was loud, but that's fine with me, the food we got was amazing, great burgers, onion rings were great, and so were fries. And they make they're own sauces including chipotle ketchup, and hot sauce. The food came pretty quick. The waiters and waitresses were all very nice, and refilled waters frequently. We checked in and there was a 10minute wait. Not too bad for 2 people. We did get sat the front windows on stools which I did not like...just a personal preference. We ordered drinks and burgers. I went to use the restroom. There is one bathroom that is unisex for the entire place. This seems out of proportion for the establishment. I waited longer for the bathroom than a table!! Now on to the food...The burger was tasty...but as we ate a storm popped up and the rain came in through the open windows on to us. The waitress had us pick up our food and had to climb up on the bar to close the windows. So we had to stand there with drinks and plates while they did this and cleaned the table off.
