    Kielbasa Platter. Excellent.

Wow. This is a special place. Homemade sausages, homemade sauerkraut, many varieties of homemade pierogi, homemade pies, all extremely flavorful and rich, and unlike do many places around here, they do it without overwhelming everything with spice. It's just great.

    Blue bird

Absolutely the best food in Jackson. From the Blue Bird sandwich, chicken fettuccine, and even the Cobb salad. Outstanding dishes! The service was prompt and thoughtful. Be sure to put this on your list while in Jackson!

Cute little space, was great after a day of skiing. The price was decent and the food was good! I would definitely come back when in town.

    Old Fasion

Best Reuben sandwich I've ever had. Crab stuffed mushrooms were excellent. Pierogi's were delicious! Old Fashion cocktail was phenomenal!! This food is made fresh and served hot! Highly recommend!! Forgot to mention our waitress was delightful!!

Food was good, but not exceptional. I had the chicken pesto which came with a cold piece of bread. Husband had the Kielbasa Plate. He said it was pretty good. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food. There were a couple of big parties, but not many other tables were filled. Our waitress finally checked with the kitchen and our order had been skipped. She gave us free deserts for our troubles, but that didn't really make up for it. We sat outside and it was pleasant. They have nice flower boxes around

Great atmosphere. Food and drinks were delicious! Huckleberry vodka lemonade was the best we've had in Jackson!

Family loved the pasta dishes and Reuben sandwich. I loved the polish food. A little high priced, but everything is in Jackson.

Good food in an unexpected place. Try the Polish or Italian items. Both are authentic and prepared in house.

Great food. Enjoyed the Lobster Alfredo. Delicious, as was the chicken pesto pasta dish. Going back for cheesesteak tonight!

A thoroughly enjoyable evening and dinner…read more Possibly the best ribeye I've had in the past 10 years, but the other "foam and powder"aspects of the dish were just silly. The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

With so many strong restaurants in Jackson, this one didn't stand out as one we would revisit…read more Our server was lovely--friendly, attentive, and clearly doing their best. Unfortunately, the bar was painfully slow. Our first round of drinks took about 15 minutes, and the second took closer to 30 minutes after ordering. We eventually had to check in to make sure they were even coming. The food was fine, but not something we'd come back for. The elk pasta lacked the depth and richness you expect from a bolognese. The trout--poblano stuffed and curry-prepared--was an interesting idea, but the curry completely overpowered the fish, making the dish feel unbalanced. We had curry-dusted trout at The Blue Lion earlier in the week that was far better. (One of the best trout meals I've ever had.)

The vibe here is super cute and full of character -- I took so many pictures because the decor alone makes this place worth stopping by. We came in with a pretty large group of about 20 Baddies, and even with the crowd, the staff was quick and friendly. Some of our group stayed here while others headed out to eat, but this was the perfect little spot to relax, people watch, and hang out with the locals. They've got pool tables, bar seating on both sides, and round tables if you just want to sit, chat, and enjoy your drinks. Definitely a fun stop while visiting the area! And don't forget to stop by the steakhouse downstairs, unfortunately it wasn't open when we got there but hopefully on our next trip as it opens at 4a d after hiking and up since 2am we didn't wanna wait, but you should!

The food was good, service was nice.. but it wasn't anything super special. I would say the food overall was a 7/10. We got the Brussels, a Wedge Salad, roasted beets & Shared a 12 oz steak. Brussels were just roasted with light seasoning, I think they needed to add some sort of cheese like blue cheese or goat cheese! It would have tasted much better! I think the best thing we had were the mashed potatoes lol Came just to say we've been!
