Wonderful location in the heart of Jackson Hole base and wonderful ambiences EXCEPT lack of window shades and a totally um friendly waiter unwilling to reseat me and my wife and our party of 4 who spent 30+'with the sunset directly in our eyes, most of the dining room was empty and as we left there was still a couple tables of four that they could have placed us. We got the worst table and no reason not to accommodate our request to seat us at another table not in the sun! Check the picture and any question why I am darn disappointed and more Oh how was the food, winter salad, Ricotta Gnocchi, Mussels, Lobster Linguine were all good, four stars good. This restaurant had popped up as a go to and as soon as we went it ended up on the Opulist list and days after we got home from our trip its not on the Opulist Siren list! Glad we got in for an experience before it fully blows up into a major hot spot! The ambience is elite. As soon as you walk down the hall and inside, you feel as if you're entering a private and secluded hideaway. Its dimly lit and cozy while still feeling upscale. You'll forget you're on the mountain quickly because there's a pizzaiolo hand tossing dough right in view. Cocktails were on point, pasta was delicious and of course the pizza was excellent! I would make the trek to come back to Corsa for sure. Its also so beautiful inside, which is why its on the Opulist list so you'll have to come see for yourself. Its such a great spot! read more

I'm blown away by some of the reviews here. For reference, we've dined at Corsa at least nine times over the years, starting in 2023 and as recently as Saturday. I'm actually not sure how I haven't reviewed this spot previously. Reservations are highly recommended if you want to dine here, and yes the hostess can be a bit meh. That said, the food has always been consistently great. We've never had an issue with service, sure, some are better than others, but all have been attentive, informative and kind. Give this place a try if you haven't, get the arancini and enjoy the vibe. Spicy vodka rigatoni is a winner, as is the pizza, the apps, we've literally never had a bad meal here. A little advanced planning will ensure a meal prior to 9pm. read more

Long time coming... had to give this spot a few tries before leaving a review. Been here solo, for 2 and decent sized group. Service has always been great from the hostess, service staff, and bartenders... dialed in to make sure you're having the best experience. I love the interior and most of the seating, there are a couple of seats where you need to be real comfortable sitting close to someone... but hey, it's all good as the noise level can get a little big during max rush times but otherwise it's very manageable. Food.... It's good. Had pizzas, bolognese, the burger, whipped ricotta (so great), chopped salad, ricotta, and Campanelle.... Truly have never been disappointed at a single dish here. All have been good and a few are great. I'd recommend giving them a try whether you're local or just in for a visit!! read more

We came in shortly after they opened, it was quiet and not busy yet. The food was phenomenal- everything was freshly hand made. The huckleberry lemonade is delicious and very sweet. The whipped ricotta is a must and is shareable- slices of bread are huge and fluffy. We ordered the conchiglie al pesto & carrot tortellini for our pastas. I love the pesto with pork belly pieces and the carrot one was unique/tasty! The zucchini pizza felt like a light pizza, with a fluffy crust. I finally got into Corsa to check it out. I've been hesitant due to several reviews that mentioned poor service. But, after skiing all day with a friend staying at The Four Seasons, it was convenient to go because Corsa is next to the Tram. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and comfy (except for the wooden seats). Our Server was very friendly and informative. We decided to split the Whipped Ricotta appetizer, Margherita pizza, and Lemon Lobster Linguine, and Rum Pecan Tiramisu. Food started arriving promptly. Whipped Ricotta ($19)...Lemon whipped ricotta, house-made rosemary foccaccia, aged balsamic, single source olive oil. The bread was toasted and ricotta was warm. Very tasty. Margherita pizza ($30)...heirloom tomato, san mariano tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, basil, parmesan. Our Server had described it as, "neopolitan crust with thin crispy crust and fluffy inside". That was an understatement. It was paper thin crust with dry crunchy edge. No "fluff". The sauce was also paper thin, dry. No heirloom tomatoes. About 7 pieces of basil, and maybe 7 slices of mozzarella. Barely, if any, a taste of cheese and basil per slice. Disappointing. Expensive for a 10" pie. Lemon Lobster Linguine ($42)...maine lobster claw, meyer lemon cream, parmesan, espelette chili, chives. No flavor. All cream flavor. Didn't taste any lemon. Two pieces of Lobster. No chives. I wanted to add salt and pepper, but none on the table. For that price, portion should have been larger. Rum Pecan Tiramisu ($15)...spiced rum mascarpone, pecan, coffee-soaked lady fingers. Not sure what the topping was but I think it was the pecans. Maybe cocoa dusted. The filling had no flavor. No taste of Rum or coffee. A glass of whipped cream and a little bit of cake/lady finger in the bottom. We didn't finish it. Overall, just another mediocre, over priced Jackson Hole restaurant. Fortunately, my friend bought dinner... with gratuity $218.00. Service was 4 star. Food 2 star because of prices and quality. I won't be going back for the food. read more

We had the peach & burrata salad, which would have been really good if the arugula wasn't overdressed. It was dripping and very overpowering, but the peaches and burrata were great. The ricotta gnocchi was highly recommended and we were told we'd never have anything else like it because they make the gnocchi out of cheese instead of potato or flour. The colors were great but the actual pasta was so mid it was kind of offensive how good the server claimed it was. I would not recommend, unfortunately. read more

We were warned when ordering that the chef was "generous" with portions but everything sounded so delicious we did not head the warning. This is the WORST service in Jackson hands down. If you want to be treated like dirt, please go here. Our first attempt was on a Tuesday night. The "host" is the least present / helpful person ever. She will do anything other than receive people at the host station. After ten minutes trying to track her down along with the other half dozen people in the queue, she spent another eon before letting us know they were busy till 830pm. Our second attempt was at 3pm on Wednesday (today). The host was, as usual, conspicuously absent. After an eternity, I walked inside and found her "yes Im the host" and she took another 5m before saying yes there is space (the entire RESTAURANT had maybe 3-4 parties in it). She seated us in a corner and looked visibly annoyed at having to do actual work. We then tried to flag down the waitress for a full ten minutes but she was of the same ilk -- too busy squatting on the ground and flirting with a group of snowboarders. We eventually walked out. My friends and I (all locals and longtime customers) chose Corsa for a birthday lunch, and most of us ordered the burger in reliance on a promotion communicated by our waitress (who was lovely) offering a token for a discounted burger later in the season. After we paid, we were told there were "no more tokens for the day," despite no mention of a limited supply when ordering. We asked to speak with the manager on duty to see if there was a reasonable solution, certain that management would seek to rectify the misrepresentation in some way. Instead, the manager Evan was dismissive, offered no apology or goodwill gesture, and condescendingly suggested we "try again tomorrow," followed by a smirk and a "maybe" when asked if the promotion would be honored the next day. This wasn't about the token itself, but about the lack of accountability and customer care. We left a birthday lunch feeling disrespected despite years of loyal patronage. A little responsibility and customer care would have completely changed the outcome of this visit. read more

Corsa is a super nice restaurant, but not pretentious. I didn't pack any dress clothes and wore my nice Alo athlesuire fit there because that's all I had with me. I wasn't expecting to dine anywhere nice while visiting. The food was amazing, especially that shrimp toast. It even tasted good cold the next morning, then we went back the next night for more! The cornbread was good, but not a true southern corn bread. The whipped ricotta was great and the bread was perfect. It was a good combination of savory and sweet. The pasta alla vodka was pretty great and I would recommend that over the pizza. We got a side of garlic green beans, which I also recommend if you're into greeen beans. Our waitress, Casey, made our night. She was welcoming, gave us the best recommendations and coursed everything out perfectly. She put so much thought into each course and what would be better to keep for the next day. At the end of dinner, she gave me a list of recommendations of places to shop, trails worth hiking, and her favorite spots in town. I would come back to Corsa just to hang out Casey again, she was that amazing of a person. If you're in Jackson Hole, I highly recommend this 10/10 restaurant and ask for Casey! read more

The service was good but...one complaint we had was that one member of our party ordered a pizza and two ordered pasta dishes. The pizza came out 15 minutes before the pasta which made it awkward for eating dinner when everyone didn't have their food. Not good timing at all on the restaurant's part. The atmosphere was nice...although the wooden chairs were higher than the cushioned seats so those sitting on the wooden chairs looked very tall and were not very comfortable. I would recommend better background music...I believe we heard some sort of rap/new age genre playing which didn't quite fit the clientele or restaurant vibe. read more

We waited to be served appropriately 20 minutes before we asked for a server. And an unauthorized charge of $49 was added to my bill. I took my family of 6 here to celebrate my mother's birthday. We had our reservation made a few weeks in advance and were really excited to try it. Upon arrival we were sat at a table in a covered patio in a timely manner. I kind of thought with us having the reservation and specifically asking for a table in the dinning room it would be nicer but oh well. Another party of 5 was seated beside us a few moments later. A little over 20 minutes passed when we all realized that we had not been approached by a server yet. I asked to speak to a manager and a young man was sent our way. I let him know that I think our server may be busy and we would like to order drinks as no one has come out to us yet. At that point the other table beside us already received their appetizers. We did get a server about 10 minutes later and at that point just wanted to order food and skip most of the drinks. He said his name was Shawn (or Sean) yet the name on the receipt read as "Charles G". Our food was good and everyone finished their plate. We got a scoop of ice cream with a candle in it for my mother's birthday which the server said several times was "on him". When the check came, it was $226.80 and listed everything that we ordered accurately. He took my card and I gathered the appropriate cash tip to leave him. To my surprise, when he brought the card back to me he has charged me $276.70 without receiving any approval from me before hand. Please understand that if there was any type of notice that a charge for large parties was present I wouldn't be surprised and probably wouldn't think anything of it and carry on. However, the service we received was unpleasant and NOT timely. There was not any disclaimer on the receipt, menu, or anywhere else for that matter that I would be charged a mandatory 22% for the worst service I've had in months. Of course at the point I didn't leave the cash tip. This type of way to conduct a business is unethical and actually illegal. At some point on the way out, a member of my party expressed their displeasures with a women named who said her name was Kelly. Whom told him "I will pass that feedback along". At that point forget trying to get us to come back to "make it right". My mother expressed to me that she believes we were treated so terribly because we are "Mexican Nationals" as the hostess described us to a man that poured our water. They didn't know that I heard that and I was trying to forget about it and enjoy our evening. I've never been made to feel that way before but it blows my mind that I actually paid for that experience. Lol. read more

We stopped at Teton Village in August while taking a break from the park and we were hungry after a morning of hiking. We stumbled upon Corsa and we're really glad we came here as we had a great meal. Our service was good and our waiter was attentive throughout the meal. It was a nice day so we sat outside and enjoyed a nice local IPA and berry cocktail, which hit the spot. My wife had a mushroom pizza that she loved and I had a great burger with crispy fries, which was also very good. Was a little hesitant to eat here when I first took a peak at their menu, but I'm SO glad we did. This is definitely a more upscale restaurant in Jackson- We brought our 1 year old and felt slightly guilty about it (especially when she hucked a glass cup across the place). But the restaurant is beautiful and the food did not disappoint. Everything was not only made with fresh ingredients, but good tasting ingredients. We ordered the Caprese and the tomatoes were packed with flavor- nothing worse than being served bland tomatoes in a caprese. Also ordered the arugula salad and a Salsiccia pizza. Each ingredient was carefully thought out. Loved everything (as did our 1 year old). We ordered a Tiramisu to go, and it turned out to be one of the best I've ever had. This is a newer restaurant in Teton Village (opened December of 2022). Great ambiance inside, friendly staff, and the food here was fantastic. Highly recommend getting their pizzas, we had the Funghi Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza and they were both very flavorful. The Arugula Salad and Frisée Salad were good options to balance out the pizza. We will be back on our next trip to Jackson Hole! read more

Buyer Beware!! Had an order for pick up. Should have known from the get go. Ordered 5 pies and the phone person could not give me the cost saying I will pay on pick up. Got there to pick up the 5 pies and was informed the cost and by the way 'there is a 22% to go charge fee' (see photo) I was informed this is standard for take out in the Village. For what? Putting the pizza in the box? I drove down and picked up the pizzas. I'm from NYC and no one charges a 22% service charge for service IN restaurant and certainly NOT for take out /pick up. I think I would have been less irate if I was informed when I placed the phone order. This just seems like dishonesty Back to the food: the pizza was good but a little soggy. Good sauce. I believe this is the best restaurant in Teton Village, for pure food quality. The prosciutto wrapped scallops were excellent, as were the chicken park and strip loin. It's truly unfortunate how bad the wait staff was. The food was amazing, and came out in a reasonable time, but the entire experience from sitting down to signing the check took two and a half hours. We were just a party of 6 but it felt like the staff hasn't been trained to handle a table with more than two people. Several times, our waiter would awkwardly pass our table, while staring at us, visibly done with our food. He never asked if we were done, needed something else, etc. The rest of the staff was no help at all either. They struggled to place silverware and fresh plates in front of us. On top of all of this, we heard our waiter bragging to a table next to us that his job is so easy. The music was way too loud as well. While waiting for our plates to be cleared, we pulled up a decibel reader on my phone. It was as loud as a lawnmower.
