I appreciated the weekly food specials, but I came a bit late to participate in Happy Hour. I ordered the meatloaf, which was good. The other food ordered was also described as yummy and satisfying. Let me start with saying that I have been coming here at least once a summer and that I used to…read morelove their breakfast dishes, the atmosphere and service. Since it was sold a few years back, Nora's has turned into a run-of-the-mill breakfast place. I mean there are still good dishes to be ordered like the Trout Amandine, Huevos Ranchero and others but my staple food (biscuits and gravy) which used to be the best in the West has turned into a floury gravy with a resemblance of bits of sausage floating sparingly on top of the biscuits. The biscuits weren't fresh, I suspect they were microwaved. The potato hash that I'm used to turned into dice size little potato cubes which don't quite appeal to me. The only two things that I liked from today's experience were the side of bacon (generous and well done) and, surprisingly enough the coffee (which used to be weak and not tasting like coffee). Bravo on these two last items! Service was excellent, as always, prompt and friendly. Ambiance? It's okay, the bar fixture installed by the new owners doesn't seem to jive with the log cabin feel of an old, historic place like Nora's. Next year? I hope for the best, at least in the biscuits and gravy department! PS Keep the coffee strong!

We had some of their fresh Woodfire, pizzas, chicken, Parmesan, and salmon. Everyone loved their dishes. the pizzas were big enough for 2 to 3 of the kids to split the chicken Parmesan was also a very healthy portion, and the salmon was delightful. I would order the salmon again without hesitation. The chefs cooked it perfectly to my request. Service was also attentive and friendly.

Great experience! Delicious pizza! Delightful people! We shared the deep dish Chicago special (it's worth it!), the BBQ chicken pizza, and tiramisu. Everything was great. The deep dish crust is fabulous. The owners have done a wonderful job of making a comfortable, friendly environment that is a great addition to Wilson. We went right after they had closed. Even then we still got amazing customer service! The pizza tasted great! I especially loved the deep dish pizza. They gave us amazing deals on the pizza pricing. But that is not lemon chicken. -Rigatoni with burrata and basil - we added Italian sausage to this and I am not sure what they put in there but it was sliced smoked sausage of some kind that was NOT good. But worse, it was cold. Everything in the bowl was lukewarm to cold which I almost tolerated because I was hungry, but I drew the line when I bit into a piece of sausage that felt like it just came out of the refrigerator. When we told the server, he said he would get us new ones, which he did, but those came out with burrata in cups on the side. Was this supposed to be a jab at me saying it was cold? Like they thought the burrata was what made it cold so they put it on the side? Regardless, it totally sucked trying to mix pieces of it back into the pasta - which was STILL lukewarm. It was like mixing in cheese curds. Terrible. And bottom line? The pasta and vodka sauce were not even close to good enough to justify this frustration. -The service - first night was nice, he was warm and fairly attentive, and offered us split bowls of pasta since he knew we were sharing. Second night was awful. It took 15 minutes to get water and order apps and another 5 to get bread. We said we were sharing the pasta and the chicken but not only did they not split it for us, it took two extra requests to get an extra bowl and large spoon to split the pasta and then an extra plate and knife to split the chicken. And those were all from flagging down the runner because our server was a ghost. Didn't introduce himself, took our order, and we basically never saw him again. Overall, a mixed bag. I might come here again out of convenience (i.e., while staying at Teton Mountain Lodge next door). But I will adjust my expectations accordingly.
