Prob been to Wilsons a dozen times now. Trying to support local business. I grew up in NY. I like the food. Their crust is butter crust. Different than yeast crust. I like the variety. However, this time...burnt. Caeser's salad has a great dressing. This time...yucky lettuce. Also, stale bagged croutons. Time for you guys to make your own. Not that hard. Pizza, salad, and cannoli...less gratuity...$46.

Great pizza! Deep dish and thin crust. A staple for the area- you can't go wrong! This place is cozy and very inviting but good for take out

    Winter Queen Thin Crust

Fantasic pizza and service!!! We tried both the thin crust (winter queen) and the deep dish (chicago special). The Caesar was also great but oh my goodness stay for the margaritas they were the best in the valley . We loved the outdoor seating with the fairy lights and picnic tables, the interior had a great vibe as well! Our server Lizzy was phenomenal and gave fantastic recommendations. We will definitely be back!!

We shared a watermelon salad and I got the Lamb Rigatoni ala Vodka. Both were delicious! The salad was beautiful, with greens resting over an entire slice of watermelon. It was refreshing and exactly what I wanted. My pasta was also perfect. Super flavorful and saucy. My companion ordered the Angus New York. It was cooked to order and the sides were also cooked well. I took some leftovers home, so I got to enjoy the food over two days. That was appreciated since the cost was definitely in the mid-range. It was worth it though. Everyone loved their dishes. the pizzas were big enough for 2 to 3 of the kids to split the chicken Parmesan was also a very healthy portion, and the salmon was delightful. I would order the salmon again without hesitation. The chefs cooked it perfectly to my request. Service was also attentive and friendly.

The menu options included a rich selection of pastas, proteins, and vegetables, each intentionally crafted to create the perfect bite. The restaurant itself almost seemed to betray its culinary elegance with an aire of western saloon styling. Yet, the contrast dissolved upon the immersion into the menu. We had three "Per la Travola" and "Antipasti" followed by a few Primi and Secondi. The crostini was a perfectly toasted slice of baguette with a pillow of sweet and nutty ricotta. Amazing! From the "Primi" selections, the Casarecce was perfection. The dish had just the right mixture of crunch to accentuate the delicate firmness of the pasta, and the boldness of the pesto. Other standout dishes were the grilled rabbit leg, and grilled cabbage. Both quite unique, and remarkable. However, the highlight of the night, in my humble opinion, was the Fusilli Gigante, and the Grilled Broccolini. The later came with a spicy Calabrian aioli, which was wonderful. In terms of drink, their specialty old-fashioned equivalent contained a nice local sage flourish that really added to each sip. And of course no proper dining experience would be complete without a dessert... the tiramisu and affogato left us all quite satisfied. Can't recommend enough. Perfect for a date night, or a night out with friends and family.

The fried chicken pasta was delicious - the chicken was sooo juicy. The truffle pasta was also really good. Matt works at the bar, and he made the whole experience even better. There wasn't a hostess when we walked in, but he noticed us and got us seated. We also ate at the bar another night and noticed how much he genuinely goes out of his way for everyone. Even if he's not your server, he makes sure you're taken care of. He handles negative situations really well too, even when things like food delays aren't his fault. Super friendly, great attitude, and just naturally good at what he does. Honestly, service at some other places in Jackson Hole has been pretty disappointing, so Matt really stood out and left a great impression on us.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening and dinner…read more Possibly the best ribeye I've had in the past 10 years, but the other "foam and powder"aspects of the dish were just silly. The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

Our servers were spot-on with service, drinks and sharing her favorites. It is cozy and casual, people meeting people. The spirits here are for the pros with knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and bubbles. We started with the wild mushroom mozzarella with balsalmic butter, parmesan and balsalmic glaze served on crunchy baguettes. It was unbelievably flavored and tasty, a great start to the night and must have! The Spanish salad with arugula, apple, fennel, almonds, manchego and a honey-sherry vinegarette was good but not on par with the other dishes. The tuna crudo with cucumber, arugula, crunchy grains, orange wedges, citrous vinegarette, fried capers and preserved lemon was light, a real palate cleanser, and refreshing. A pleasant surprise and would order again. The lamb pintxos was our final selection and a great dish to end the night on. The fork tender lamb tenderloin was served on 2 skewers with mojo verde, Spanish aoili, and pickled red onions on crisp baguette slices. Another Homerun!
