We came here to eat after a morning on the river while staying in Jackson. The place is advertised as a World Cup viewing spot, but when we called ahead before the quarterfinals it was full about 15 min before game start time. We came on a different day instead. The food was pretty good. Several items were featured on diners, drive ins and dives, we tried all of them. The chicken pot pie was delicious. My husband and I visited here this evening for dinner. My husband ordered the hamburger and I had the Roast Beef French Dip sandwich. The roast beef sandwich was cold when I got it and both of our sweet potato fries were dried and old. My husband's hamburger was ok, but did not have much taste. We did send the fries and my sandwich back and I want to think that they gave us fresh fries but not sure. We will not be coming back to this restaurant. read more

Stopped in with a large party for dinner. They have a great menu with variety and reasonable pricing. The restaurant has ample seating and televisions all over for those who like to watch sports. All of our food was really good, definitely recommend the buffalo wings, French dip, and the Philly. The fish and chips also looked delicious. Service was great and everyone was very friendly. This place was recommended to us by many of our friends so we were excited to try it out. We started with the pretzel with pepperoni and cheese and it felt a bit too calzone-like. Fine but nothing major. The spinach and artichoke dip was delicious, the onion string on top were a nice touch. We opted for the chips to go with it (other options are flatbread or carrots). The chips seem to have been smashed before they were brought out, all crumbled and in little pieces. My wife got the pizza, it was decent. Be mindful, one slice is HUGE. The burgers were good, I felt there was a bit too much onion for my taste; even after taking some off. I had the ranch burger and there just wasn't much ranch to it, certainly not enough to market it as such. The smash burger was a mess, but that's what I would expect from any smash burger. And no pickles! Blasphemy! Brayan was our server and he was amazing. Responsive and friendly and quick to refill our waters. We visited Sidewinders on Tuesday August 25 in Jackson near Teton Village and were greeted with the rudest service I have ever witnessed across the entire country. Our drinks were slammed on the edge of our table of four. Volume wasn't the excuse as we were one of about six tables being served at the time. I do not recommend. read more

Sidewinders had a great atmosphere, curb appeal and awesome outdoor seating with mountain view's but the food was okie doke. I had a burger and my wife had a cobb salad. Burger was good , Cobb salad was just ok , dressing wasn't great. We loved sitting outside and the views were very nice. We also had a very pleasant conversation with the young waiter who was from Romania( can't remember his name ) but if the food was as good as the service, i'd have given 5 stars for sure. read more

Was in the area after a long day of hiking and needed something fast. We noticed this place didnt have a wait so we went on ahead. Parking is fairly simple and we were seated outside pretty quickly. Our waiter come around pretty often. Food was fast to come out. The pot pie and philly beef were really good. The pizza lacked some flavor. Couldn't really taste the pesto or balsamic glaze. I recently went to sidewinders on West Broadway Ave. in Jackson with some friends. The interior of the restaurant feels industrial, which matches with the materialistic vibe of the veteran owned restaurant. The service was pretty good and our server was friendly. The first Triple D restaurant to disappoint us. The highlight was the spinach and artichoke dip. Most of our group's meal was just fine with the exception of the pretzel. We were so excited for a good pretzel we got it plain and it was quite bad - it didn't taste like pretzel dough and didn't even have salt on top. My husband couldn't even finish his burger it was dry and not flavorful. Oh, and everything is cooked in beef tallow. Fine if you want that for flavor, but they were also a little disparaging of seed oils. This made it difficult as a vegetarian to get a meal here. read more

As locals, this is our favorite place to eat in town. Kacie at the bar is fantastic. She is attentive and gives great food recommendations. Our favorite new thing is the Bar Only menu. You can get half a dozen delicious wings for $8 (which is $3 cheaper than the dining menu price). Smash burger with mushroom, onion, bacon, and cheddar with fries for $12. My favorite is the gigantic pepperoni slice of pizza for $10 that could feed two people!!! It was delicious! And I love these prices and the amount of food you get!! SIT.AT.THE.BAR!! read more

My daughter and I grabbed a quick dinner at Sidewinders after an all-day tour of Yellowstone. We were super tired and the restaurant was convenient to our hotel. We both chose the French Onion soup, along with appetizers of mozzarella squares and pot stickers. Food was good, but service was a little slow. read more

Nothing special about this place. A upgraded Applebees basically. I'm not sure why this place was featured on Triple D. It's neither a Diner, Drive-in or a Dive. It's a restaurant and a chain. Terrible pizza. We ordered to go, large, x cheese, and half pepperoni/half mushroom. We got a very thin layer of cheese. The receipt said X, but there wasn't enough to feel while eating. 2/3 pepperoni, 1/3 mushroom. Just was well that I am not a vegetarian, and that the Pizza wasn't good enough to eat more than a slice. Can't comment on temperature, of course, because it was takeout. Really, not worth $28. My husband and ate here at Sidewinders years ago. Visiting Jackson again and came back, so glad we did. They have great food with a nice casual atmosphere. They have a nice dining area and bar. I ordered their French onion soup and a Caesar salad which was very good. My husband had their Swiss and mushroom hamburger and fries. They do have a number of sides to choose from besides fries. He enjoyed his meal. I like the atmosphere at Sidewinders. It's casual and clean. We had great service, our server did a great job. read more

We have been to most restaurants in Jackson but have missed this one for some reason. It is upstairs and has a fun sporty atmosphere with TVs to watch your favorite sport. I loved the sports memorabilia on the walls too. We started with the potstickers and really enjoyed them. You could taste a hint of ginger and the sweet with the spicy and the crunch if the sesame seeds all married well for a great appetizer. For the main meal, my partner chose the pulled pork with baked beans. It was delicious and it came topped coleslaw and pickles. I chose the seemingly popular chicken fried steak and was impressed by the portion, fresh roasted carrots, and the gravy was savory and had a meaty flavor that put it over the top. It also came with mashed potatoes, but I found those a little dry. I wish they had been a bit more generous with the gravy- that would have helped a lot. It also came with a healthy of garlic bread to even out the meal. Overall, I was happy with the atmosphere of the place and the food was good. Found this little chill spot in Jackson hole. The owner is an ex marine, so it's pretty decked out in military trinkets & cool photos. They had a small arcade, a lot of things didn't work, including the coin machine. But the games we did play, the kiddo had fun! Service was great, our server was also bartending & had quite a few tables but she did a wonderful job handling all the business! They have outdoor seating (it's on the second floor so it's a balcony seating area). Food was good! I had the Nashville hot sandwich, it wasn't super hot but hey, we're not in the south anymore haha! French onion soup was amazing! Some family got the grilled cheese & that was SO spicy due to the fresh jalepenos. Philly was great, mozzarella cheese squares were delicious & so cheesy. Sidewinders was our first stop for dinner to start our vacation. We liked it so much that we ended up going again for the last dinner of our week long vacation! I read many reviews to help guide my decision when ordering. On the first visit, I opted for the Sidewinder pretzel and the chicken pot pie. I am a huge pretzel fan as this did not disappoint. I immediately wondered if there was anything similar at any restaurants near me. Definitely order the pretzel and add pepperoni! Chicken pot pie was solid and so was the Caesar salad that comes with it. For the second visit, I ordered the pot stickers and Hot Nashville sandwich. Pot stickers is not something I would typically order at this type of restaurant. However, I read a review that made it very convincing that the pot stickers were the move. They were SO good! They lived up to the hype from the glowing Yelp review I read prior to ordering. I was also happy with my sandwich choice. I ordered a hot chicken sandwich at another establishment the day prior that was okay and needed a redemption. This one hit the spot! I would recommend Sidewinders to anyone visiting, and I would definitely go again if I ever get the chance to make it back to Jackson! read more

Tried for lunch today, what a mistake! Unforunately the food and the service were not up to par and we will definitely NOT be returning. The big tv screens were a plus if you are into that sort of thing. My husband ordered a mush swiss burger and his comment about lunch was the root beer was good. I got the chick pot pie with a salad and I can say the crutons were tasty. We brought home a pizza and what a waste of money. Sadly the service was even worse that the food. read more

BEWARE ON "PET FRIENDLY" - my table of 10 came in to sit on the patio with our dogs. We were moved off the patio with shade to a single table far away from everyone that only sat 4. Our party was split because there was just ONE table that was pet friendly and it's facing the west sun. We moved the table a little bit to hopefully have a little shade and the manager came out telling us to move it back saying they have an emergency door close to us (at least 4 ft from where we were). I always support veteran businesses having 3 brothers who served, but the food was subpar and to all the dog owners who are looking for a place to eat - don't go here!!!! read more
