Burger

Place is nice - they have two corn hole sets outside (need to use you ID to get the bags). Lots of place to sit outside and they have a fire pit Got the burger / canes with lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, and fries. Fries are solid. The burger was good - they didn't ask for a temperature for the meat - so was cooked well done. Kids tenders are solid. Very crispy and comes with 3-4 pieces for the kids menu and lots of fries. I probably would've ordered one for two kids. The Cobb salad was good. The chili was thick and comes with a thick slice of cornbread too.

Beer flight (only suggestion is to put in a holder so that names could be referenced.)

Such an awesome option for tasty, casual, varied and well planned and executed food and beer. Our first trip in we shared a watermelon salad which was AMAZING - spicy pepitas are a great add, and the goat cheese wasn't overdone. Hubby said his bison burger was really flavorful, and my local trout has a nice crisp skin and moist flesh. Second trip was more salads, burgers, tacos and sandwiches and everything was super tasty and well executed - I was a big fan of both the beet and the walnut/gorgonzola salad. And the beers! Had an opportunity to try probably 7 different ones between the flight and some elsewhere. All are solid, tasty & true to style and the waitress we had on the first day did a great job of characterizing and recommending some. My only suggestion is to put in a holder so that names could be referenced. Those of us who like to take our time sampling/tasting & recording need those labels, and if a "standard" flight offering is 4, then use a holder that can be labeled or a printed ticket can be included. We may be back for a third meal before leaving Jackson - the menu offers enough diversity for everyone and I can have very different foods each time.

Definitely Worthwhile During Your Stay in Jackson! Stopped in during a trip to Jackson, WY and was really impressed. I got the bison burger--really good. They also have a great selection of local and regional beers. The atmosphere was very cool--relaxed but lively, with a vibe that fits right in with the Jackson scene. Definitely worth checking out if you're in town!

Yum yum yum. The food here is great. I wasn't expecting the bolognese to be so delicious. It was surprisingly sweet. The restaurant is very family friendly. Don't forget to pick up a 6 pack on your way out. Also check out all the stickers in the elevator.

Drinks only As our hotel was just around the corner, we popped in for some drinks. We were pleased to find a brewery accross the street from our Fairfield hotel. As we approached the hotel we could see that this was a local hang out- of course it was off season too- ski season was over and summer season had not started yet. So we go the true local vibe- which we loved! Prior to the entering the brewery, there is an expansive greenspace for kids to play in, plus tables and seats around fire pits. As you enter the brewery you are greeted with a wide variety of merchandise to purchase and the hostess desk. As you enter the dinning area- there is an l shape bar and plenty of tables on the main floor. On the second floor there are additional tables. We were just in mostly for drinks- they have a good number of taps. If you are not a beer fan, there are a limited number of cocktails on the menu and wines. The bar does offer daily happy hour with discounts on beer. As we had such a good experience with the staff- we found ourselves venturing there one too many times- and on one occasion we even sampled their prize chili which was nice! If in the area and you fancy a low key environment and some beer, this place is worth a stop to hang one on! Tip: The bar does shut down briefly between season so if visiting during that time check to see if they are open.

We loved going here ! We chose it for two reasons. 1: my friend collects growlers 2. We wanted to watch the NBA finals game. They had both! Wish the sound was the game but that's a lot to ask. The only thing with our food we were disappointed in was the fries. They were pretty basic. We tried the regular fries and the sweet potatoe fries. However, all of our entrees were 10/10 My friend absolutely loved the peach chorizo pizza. He said it was one of the best pizzas he ever had had. Someone also got the Bison burger and loved it. He was nervous about the cranberry onion jam but he really liked it. I got the Roper and the brisket was amazing! Really loved it. Now if they can only get their fries to match.

Lots of variety for food and beers! Ive been here a number of times and love the burgers, fish and chips, and most of the appetizers are spot on with expectations. Service is friendly but wait times are hit or miss, as even when it's been slower the food just doesn't come out that fast and you can tell it's been under the heat lamp. Love the interior!!! LOVE THE OUTDOOR SETUP, and truly is a must visit in the warmer months and when events are happening around town!

Chilli with cornbread and beet salad

Open late and food comes out quickly! The beers were also very decent. I was really impressed with the food because I wasn't expecting much from a brewery. We ordered the chilli, beet salad, and trout. The chilli is apparently aware winning and maybe the best I've ever had. The trout was moist and flavorful. The crispy pork belly bits were also very tasty. Portions were very good.

When we are in Jackson we visit this place. I have seen growing through the years and the food and services have been always great! My favorite plate is the Bison Hamburger! It's juicy and the flavor is delicious. I have not tried the beers myself but my husband has , they are very good. It's a very casual place, you will love it. Enjoy

Corned beef, apple Kraut, and potatoes
Will W.

St. Patrick's Day Weekend at snake River brewing is always a fun time with a live band themed drinks and food and a lively atmosphere. I ordered the corned beef which came with apple kraut, and potatoes the corn beef was good the kraut was ok and the potatos were cold. I was expecting a more traditional corned beef and cabbage. I thought the service was good a little bit slow, but the waitress was friendly.

Elk bolognese
Melissa S.

Great food and service! The waiting situation was a bit unorganized. I was on their online waiting list, it said I was next and then I was removed. When I told them they sat us right away so no issues there really. We ordered the pretzel, bison burger and elk bolognese and they were all incredible! We also really enjoyed the beers we ordered. Would definitely recommend!

We stopped in for a quick bite for a late lunch after the spa. We are so glad we did, it wasn't busy, parking in the area was easy and it was a Saturday afternoon. I got a mushroom truffle pizza it was too much for me to eat but I did have two piece and they were amazing. They were the perfect balance of truffle and mushroom flavor. My friends got a sandwich and an Asian tofu salad. I didn't have a beer but they sounded delicious.

Chicken tacos and pretzel
Amanda B.

Delicious beer, but not great food. The lunch special chicken tacos came out cold, the pretzel was really chewy, and overall, not good. Ambiance was chill and very relaxed. Our server was fast and he might have been the only one working, but he was running around everywhere. After we paid, he even came back to us a few minutes later and asked us if we would like to pay. He seemed a bit overwhelmed with all the tables.

Starting first with the food: I am a foodie who has eaten out a LOT and I can honestly say I had the best wings, grilled cheese, & tomato soup of my life! The sandwich bread was perfectly flavorful and toasted crunchy, & the cheese was gooey & wonderful. The tomato soup was the perfect flavor, not plain but not spicy, just right. The wings were hot and crunchy on the outside, juicy inside, and had a nice sauce. Also loved their Brussels sprouts. We did not think prices were too high either for being in Jackson. Service was wonderful too. We had the nicest server who was attentive and kept our drinks full and checked on us when needed. Ambiance: Of course the view is so cool! Doesn't matter what time of year, even with ski season being over, we enjoyed the view of the snow melting off Snow King. The restaurant has so many different seating options like bar seating, small tables, big tables, and the outdoor patio is so cool! It's huge and they have heaters out there too. Inside is so bright and cheerful with the huge floor to ceiling windows. Not a bad seat in the whole place. Beer: Yummy! So many different types to try, nice selection. We liked everything we tried. This will be the first place we stop when we return to Jackson, and we are bringing our friends!

We enjoyed the following: the chicken with broccolini entree - juicy and perfectly cooked chicken Asian inspired shrimp and pork belly entree - well cooked fresh shrimp, the eggs and zucchini were great complements! Cesar salad with chicken (fried) - Not sure if it was an option. We would've appreciated grilled or pan fried chicken instead of fried chicken. Lager chili - cozy bowl of soup, so hearty and filling! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The…read moreburgers our party had ordered had some sort of Jam on them, which caused the buns to easily fall apart mid-bite. Normally this is a non-issue after half the burger is consumed, but after the first bite is excessive. A lighter layering of the Jam would do wonders for the longevity of the eating experience. The cheesesteaks were glorious! The bread was definitely the best I could ever recount in my life, which made the actual fillings just that much better. On top of that, with the amount of fries, having a spicy sriracha Ketchup would have been great. As it is a Pub and eatery, The alcohol was great! The in-house brews are nothing to pass over and should be tried when coming. (The Hey-Zeus is a stellar Mexican brew) The atmosphere is fairly loud, which is nice but having that paired with the service, which is a little quiet to hear in the establishment, Makes it hard to understand what the staff is saying. They're very polite and low-key, which is nice for wanting to talk with the company you came with, rather than stressing about the staff hounding you about refills or how good the food is. I cannot recommend enough, and once the minor issues have been buffed out, Deserves a 5/5 star rating

We split an order of the Venison Tostadas ($21) with Roasted Onions and Peppers, Chimichurri, Tajin Crema, Queso Fresco, Cilantro, and Toasted Sunflower Seeds. The order included three tacos loaded with tasty meat. Word of warning- that Chimichurri sauce is pretty potent. We also split a Bison Burger with fries ($27) with Bourbon Bacon Jam, Arugula, Fried Onions, and Cheddar. The burger was great -big and easily splitable and delicious. The fries were excellent and came in a jumbo portion. The only disappointing feature of our lunch was a whopping $5 charge for a soft drink. Yes, it was refillable, but that's quite a bit of dough for a Diet Pepsi, don't you think?

Meal prices are about what you would expect for Jackson... overpriced for eggs and pastries. People rave about the "pig candy" which is 4 pieces of candied bacon they give you for $16.
