The only thing I would say is that I wish the beef had a little more seasoning to it, cause on its own it was just alright but mixed with everything it was good. My husband ordered "the cattleman's special" with sweet potato fries and that was delicious! The sauce on the burger was so yummy & The sweet potato fries were perfect! My wife and I had dinner here tonight. We started with an order of loaded tater tots. She had a hamburger with a cup of soup, I had a hamburger with fries, and we finished with a chocolate shake. I don't know what the hype is about. The food is average at best. The tater tots were good and the shake was good. The hamburger was very average, and the fries were not good -- hard. Service was slow, and they weren't even busy when we were there, so I don't know how they'd handle a real crowd. Came here on a girls bachelorette trip and came here for lunch twice two days in a row ha ha I got the club sandwich with a side salad and the side salad was absolutely delicious so I got the same thing twice in a row. We walked in here with a group of 9 on a Friday around 5:30ish. I was nervous for the wait time, but they told us it would be 30 to 45 minutes. It did end up being about 35 minutes before we got a text letting us know our table was ready. I was truly impressed by how quick they were able to seat such a large group. Our server was nice and got our drinks quickly. I got a Diet Coke, and the brew was good. To start, my husband and I shared the Brussels sprouts. They were INCREDIBLE. My husband says they might be his favorite that he's ever had. For dinner, I got the chicken wrap and my husband got a burger. Both were delicious. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. The chicken tenders are gluten free which was a big win for our friend who is celiac. For dessert, I wanted to do the trio flight of ice cream, but they were out of both moose tracks and mint chip. I got a scoop of the huckleberry. Totally delicious. Perfectly sweet and creamy. My friend got a chocolate chip milkshake that was delicious and came in a cute cup. We didn't try them but they also offered alcoholic milkshakes. The big star of the show for us was the coffee ice cream. Best I've ever had for sure. We saw our waitress twice the entire 2 hours we were there and would've been there longer had I not finally stood up and asked the host to check us out. Which she didn't even do correctly. They got our order wrong. Which I would've told our server so she could make it right, except we didn't see her till 40 minutes in eating and by then what would even be the point. My soda was empty the entire time. Then when check out did happen we weren't told there was an included tip for our party of 6. (is a party of six considered a large party?) I'm got the huckleberry ice cream which I thought was good but it honestly just tasted like blueberry ice cream there was also real fruit in the ice cream that looked like blueberries and was a little bit larger than a huckleberry would be (both fruits are very similar flavor wise). I would give this place a FUCKING -10 if I could. The service was absolute TRASH from the second we sat down. Our waiter was rude as hell from the beginning and didn't even bother asking how we wanted our burgers cooked. We specifically said NO TOMATOES and NO PICKLES on the burger. Food comes out and what's on it? Tomatoes and pickles. We sent it back and someone from the kitchen comes out saying, "If you want us to remake it, it's going to take about 20 minutes." We said fine, forget it. Then TWO MINUTES LATER they magically bring another burger out. So what the fuck are we supposed to think? You just took the tomatoes and pickles off the same burger and brought it right back out? That's when we asked for the manager because my husband is ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES. The manager comes over, we explain exactly what happened, and instead of simply saying, "I'm sorry, we can remake it or remove it from the bill," this smart-ass woman looks at us and says: "Is he actually allergic or does he just not like tomatoes?" EXCUSE ME??? Since when do I have to prove or explain somebody's medical condition to a restaurant because YOUR STAFF couldn't follow a simple fucking order? Then she starts getting loud and disrespectful with us. And here's the thing: you curse at me, I'm going to curse right the fuck back. I don't give a damn if you're the waiter, the manager, the owner, or Jesus himself. You are NOT going to disrespect me and expect me to sit there quietly. Then this so-called "manager" starts yelling: "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY RESTAURANT RIGHT NOW!" Mind you, we were a PARTY OF SIX, and one of my friends was literally STILL EATING when this woman SNATCHED HER PLATE OUT FROM IN FRONT OF HER. WHO THE FUCK DOES THAT?! Then the cops get called like we were supposed to be scared. Please. Calling the police does not erase the fact that your staff fucked up our order, questioned someone's allergy, became disrespectful, cursed at customers, and physically snatched food away from someone who was still eating. The entire situation could have been avoided with a simple: "I'm sorry about that. We'll remake it or take it off your bill." Instead, this manager decided she wanted to have a fucking attitude and turn a simple food mistake into a whole scene. WAITer: TRASH. MANAGER: FUCKING TRASH. CUSTOMER SERVICE: TRASH. We had a good lunch here with our party of 8. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. My Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was good sized. Nice crunch on the chicken. It tasted good, but there was a lot of dressing on it, so the sandwich sort of slid around. My side salad was good, with lots of ingredients on it. The food is absolutely delicious here. There's nothing bad on the menu. In fact, it was so good we came here two days in a row. I had to try the huckleberry milkshake since it is a staple here. It was good, but not as good as the cookies and cream milkshake I got the next day. I ordered the JD Melt both days and it was as tasty the second day as it was the first. The crispy brussel sprouts were good, but I was satisfied with just the JD Melt and Oreo milkshake. Although this place always looks busy from the outside, there was not a wait both days we came.
