It's never too cold for ice cream. Great spot to grab a scoop with a ton of different flavors to choose from. The owner is really friendly and you're able to sample anything you like. The ice cream is creamy and smooth and definitely hits the spot.

On a rainy day we decided to get some ice cream in the square. Slow day no lines. We had scoop of each: passionfruit, key lime, and Huckleberry. $20 for 3 scoops. Great ice cream but a bit pricey for what it is.

Very average place in my opinion - lots of fun flavors to try from, but none of them stood out that much, not even the Huckleberry. Price for 1 scoop split into 2 flavors is $7 something, which is a bit steep. I felt like the ice cream was pretty fluffy/airy as opposed to thicker and creamier. Seems to be a local hit though - there was a solid line out the door when I came by on a Tuesday night. The other flavor I got was the Blood Orange which tasted like a dreamsicle to me. They also offer other treats like chocolates and we got a Dark Chocolate Coconut Cup - it was massive (super thick) but it was also rock hard. You had to use your back teeth to really get into it.

Wonderful place to get ice cream and very impressive selection of flavors. We dropped in here for dessert after a long day of exploring and saw a line. That's good news. That's verification that this is a popular place. Since I have a dairy allergy, I always appreciate places that offer sorbets. I went with their Mango sorbet and was not disappointed. They also offer espressos and cold drinks if you're wanting that. It appears that they were featured on the Food Network, which could explain why they are popular. What truly impressed me was that they don't use any kind of preservatives, additives, artificial flavors, or extracts. They also don't dilute their product in any way and they use organic cream and organic fruit! This place has an old school vibe to it with some nostalgic decor. I like their diner chairs and tables in their big sit-down area. If you're ever in the mood for ice cream and are in the area, check them out!

I'm not normally one to get a fruity ice cream flavor but when I saw the reviews of this place I knew I'd have to at least try their award winning huckleberry ice cream. I'm so glad I did!! It was DELICIOUS! So incredibly creamy and such a unique flavor. I will definitely be returning next time I am in town.

Solid ice cream shop in Jackson. Although there were a handful of options to try, we decided to come to Moo's because of the line - so must be good! And it sure was, the incredible were natural, not super sugary, and service was great. We snagged huckleberry flavors and definitely worth it. Would recommend!

Definitely the local spot for ice cream get some mob in the summer so go earlier don't go at all. It's open in the winter. I go get ice cream.

Went here at ~7 pm on a Tuesday night. The line was not that long and it moved quickly. There are seats and tables inside the store and there are benches outside. They have a variety of ice cream and sorbet flavors. Tried the huckleberry and pistachio ice cream. They were good flavors but not as creamy as other ice creams. Good to try but I would not say that it's a must.

Long wait despite having a lot of workers. They have a TON of flavors to choose from, so we went with two scoop: blueberry cheesecake and maple roasted pecan. Both were delicious on their own and when they inevitably mixed together. Two scoops is a lot, so I recommend sharing.

They have tons of candy and other sweets as well

Moo's has become a tradition for us on our annual trip to Jackson. The flavors change from time to time, but they keep a few of our favorites for each visit. It's close to the main square in town and has a nice vibe. The servers are friendly... but we come for the ice cream! It's spectacular! I highly recommend the huckleberry.

Amazing ice cream & service here at Moo's Gourmet Ice Cream @ Jackson. The service was great. The workers were very fast pace to accommodate for the busy line that they had going. When the workers were helping us, they were extremely friendly and welcoming. Very fast interaction, got to the point and had great customer service whilst doing so. For the ice cream, I loved the diversity and wide range of choices that you could choose from. I had chosen the Moo's Vanilla Bean flavor although I had heard that the Huckleberry Ice cream from here is delicious as well. My ice cream was great. Nothing bad to say about it, just regular ice cream. Inside the store they have tables & benches outside if you do not choose to eat inside. It's very nice inside the store. Great ice cream shop in Jackson WY, with delicious ice cream as well.

We decided the try this because we saw a huge long line outside. Lots of ice cream flavors but the taste was just ok. Too pricey for the quality we got.

People aren't messing around when they talk about the huckleberry ice cream here in Jackson. It's so delicious & has the perfect amount of sweetness & refreshing flavors. Our first day we were able to walk right in & try and sample it. The next day the line was almost out the door of people lining up to get there ice cream fix. There's so many flavors to try the waffle cone is a must! The kids size is a good size but does leave you wanting more. It's pricey but worth the splurge for the quality. The employees were very nice. I will be back everyday while I'm here visiting.

The grilled cheese was genuinely tasty, and I really liked the cortado. The pecan pie was fine -- not outstanding, but enjoyable enough. The croissant, though, was disappointing. It was served cold, not warmed up at all, and surprisingly, they don't even offer a plain croissant. It may sound like a minor detail, but when you're paying bakery-level prices, those details count. The bigger problem, however, was the service -- especially the brunette woman at the counter. From the second we approached, the atmosphere felt unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. There was no willingness to assist, no recommendations, and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Her expression stayed cold the entire time, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. To top it off, it took nearly five minutes just to get a basic receipt, with no explanation or acknowledgment. And that's the thing about customer service -- it shapes the entire experience. A café can have great coffee, appealing food, and a beautiful interior, but when the first interaction feels distant and unwelcoming, it overshadows everything else. Staff members are the face of a business, and when customers leave feeling ignored or unwanted, it leaves a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. Beautiful space and some solid food, but service is what defines whether people return -- and unfortunately, this experience made us not want to come back.

The location is just a block off the main square with the Wort Hotel just across the street and some art galleries which is a great place while roaming. I recommend if you are looking for a unique dessert with coffee! The French Dessert/patisserie has a variety of goods--not all shown. On the far left there is flavored chocolates (bonbons?) with a range of flavors (when I went) from Huckleberry + Vanilla, tea, etc. it looked like you had to buy a minimum box of 6 for 24$ but I could be incorrect on that. Next case had a variety of desserts, which is where the huckleberry chocolate out of (abt 9$). They do run out of pastries as the day goes on so something specific from yelp might not be in there. Next case has about 10 flavored of gelato. The following case has savory pastries like feta cheese-mushroom or ham croissants in addition to sweeter goods like croissants and cookies. There is indoor seating (about four two tops), a bench outside, and takeaway pastry or chocolate boxes if to go. When I walked in it was pretty crowded but the service was efficient. Luckily there was enough space for me to dine-in with a comfy spot against the wall. (Note: The other side of the table had soft and wide stools but with no back). (Note #2: When eating in you get ceramic plate + silverware with a plastic cup for cold drinks; there is a little station near the entrance for trash and plates). The chocolate-Huckleberry dessert was delicious. It had chocolate roses (with texture!!!) on top and a marbled silver-purple chocolate surrounding the cake and huckleberry filling. Very beautiful and I really enjoyed the sweet but also tart huckleberry with the chocolate. It was a bit of a mess to eat but I am more than okay with that! I would recommend it! I was able to get the feta-something-mushroom croissant warmed for lunch, which was pretty tasty. Nice flakiness and the middle with the filling was a nice mix. If you are stopping for lunch/breakfast and want something a little more substantial to your meal/snake then I recommend. They also had a ham-something-Jalapeño but I wasn't sure on how strong the pepper would be. Lastly, I had a matcha latte. It can come in a variety of sizes and I believe with the option of cold or hot. It was good-decent but not my favorite matcha-- the flavors were more milk heavy. But that is likely just my current preference--some places I have gone recently have it stronger and some have it sweeter; so take it as you will. It did have the nice crushable ice which I munched on with the concentrated matcha at the end though. As for the drink menu they had more non-coffee options like hot chocolate, turmeric latte, etc along with (what is maybe standard? coffees---don't drink them) like cappuccinos, mochas, etc. along with drip and affogatos.
