This is a MUST TRY! Great food, coffee and treats! We went 3 days in a row while in Jackson and everytime we were impressed! The Gingerbread latte was fire! The quiche was rich and flavorful! The sage maple sausage was to die for! Cant rave enough about this sweet and cute spot! We took home sugar cookies & chocolate chip cookies omg. Still great days after we got home. And you should probably try their whipped huckleberry honey.

I stopped into Persephone bakery one morning and decided to try their Croque Madame. I thought everything tasted delicious. I have no complaints. I also ordered a cold brew and added Huckleberry syrup. I thought that was great as well. The service was good and the staff was friendly. I sat outside and enjoyed my breakfast, even though the inside of the café is cute and has a chic Parisian feel I preferred to sit outside in the warm sun.

Mmm mmm mmm mouth watering pastries galore. They have a huge variety of different types of pastries for whatever mood you're in/whatever it is you're craving. We were just visiting the area but after coming here on our first day, we knew we had to come back every morning for the duration of our stay. You truly can't go wrong with anything you order. Our favorite though was the strawberry rhubarb pastry, lemon lavender pound cake, and their chocolate chip walnut cookies. They really nailed it with the flakiness on the strawberry rhubarb pastry and the fruit mixed in with the cream made it the perfect summer pastry. Their cookies were so good, we bought their mini packs of it to bring back for friends/family. We dined in for one of the mornings and it is a very modern, cute, chic place. The service was also pretty quick and we enjoyed our time there. We'll be back again for sure!

Beautiful pastries including Kouign-amann, which I find rare around my part of the world. Quick efficient service for takeout.

Simply the best way to start your day with a smile, and delicious baked flaky croissants and coffees. The location is just before Aspens in the Commons, on your way to Teton Village for a day of skiing at Jackson Hole. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Eager to help you start your day with smiles and some delicious treats. The shop has great seating, and is warm and inviting. If you come later in the morning you can be lucky enough to order an amazing sandwich on their fresh baguettes. Many days I come here for lunch to grab the delightful soups and a sandwich to go for the office. If you're heading out to ski, hike, bike, or work, make sure you plan on making a stop here to brighten your day. Cheers!

We recently spent 10 days in MT and WY. This place was by far one of our favorites. I think of 4 days in Moose/Wilson we ate here or got coffee here 3 times. Amazing pastry bar, delicious menu items and they have a good local following and locals even have their own line!! So cool! Food comes out quickly especially considering how busy they get. We loved grabbing coffee to go and walking along the bike/foot path while we sipped!! There's not a bad thing here!! Decor inside is adorable and the bistro patio tables outside are cozy as well. Thank you Persephone staff!! I wanted the Liege waffle Friday and it was sold out so I came back Saturday before our flight and got to try it. Chefs kiss!!

got to enjoy delicious food and coffee in a beautiful little cafe. So glad we made time to stop in on our way to the airport. Definitely one of those places that live up to the recommendations. Friendly staff helped served up all the yumminess

Stopped by during lunch hour. A line was out of the door. But it moved fast. We got a herbed chicken sandwich and beet ricotta salad. Herbed chicken was very tasty with tender chicken. Beet ricotta salad was with little gems, roasted beets, herbed maple ricotta, citrus & fresh herb vinaigrette, and pumpkin seed crumble, accompanied by slices of fresh bread, it was so yummy. The portion is on the light side. But it was perfect for a quick, yet delicious lunch. We also got their freshly baked multigrain loaf, cherry frangipane and strawberry avocado croissant to go. They were well made and delicious as well. The service was efficient and quick. The decoration is cute. The large outdoor patio has many seats, along E Broadway. So it can get quite noisy. Persephone is a perfect spot for breakfast or lunch in Jackson Hole.

We got a mocha and a quiche for breakfast before a flight. The folks were super nice and helpful. This is a cute lil cafe with the view of the mountains. Our order got mixed up due to a misunderstanding and the folks at the cafe were kind enough to fix it swiftly. We'll be back to try more!

As a Boston native staying nearby, Persephone Bakery was a wicked awesome find. We hit this place up multiple times, and every visit was a home run. The food? Fantastic!. We had the salmon and avocado bowl, the Basic Breakfast, a blueberry muffin, and avocado toast--each one did not disappoint. Absolute flavor bombs! The coffee? Just what you need to start the day. The outdoor seating? Perfect for a relaxing quiet breakfast and soaking in the vibes. The staff? Super nice, definitely not from Boston. ;) The place can get busy and the line can queue out the door, that's how you know it's good. It's a bit pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for. Totally worth it. If you find yourself in town, make sure to swing by Persephone Bakery. You will love it.

TLDR: Delicious and fresh food, huge mouthwatering pastries, and lovely atmosphere. Plus very kind service! This has become a go-to for me on my trip to Jackson. FOOD: I can tell that the food here is really high quality and fresh. Below are the things I've tried and what I recommend. PASTRIES - [HIGHLY RECOMMEND] Morning Bun (5/5): tastes like cinnamon toast crunch, somehow crispy on the outside and so soft on the inside, just enough cinnamon sugar on the outside, I loved it - Maple Walnut Scone (4.5/5): Maple frosting on the top is sweet and heavenly, perfectly balanced by the buttery scone and the walnut+cranberry accents throughout the scone - Cheddar Chive Scone (4.5/5): Completely savory scone with a delicious cheddar taste, like a rich, dense goldfish cracker. We loved it. - Croissant (4/5): Really solid croissants but wish it could have been a bit more flakey. Liked how it was crispy on the outside though - Chocolate Banana Bread (4/5): Delicious banana bread, and the chocolate frosting on top was unexpected but tasty. NON-PASTRIES - [HIGHLY RECOMMEND] Kale and Cauliflower Hash (5/5): Could not recommend more. As someone with a sweet tooth, it means a lot that I would say if I could only get 1 thing from Persephone it would be this. - [HIGHLY RECOMMEND] Egg Sandwich (5/5): Awesome sandwich on a croissant, we added avocado and they were generous with the avocado, which was creamy and added a great texture to the sandwich. - Avocado Salmon Bowl (4.5/5): Cooked smoked salmon with lentils, avocado, onions, toast, cucumbers/tomatoes, and lots of cheese (not too strong!) - Coconut Porridge (3/5): I think the only thing I wasn't as big of a fan of from Persephone, but that's because I couldn't get used to the coconut milk in the porridge. If you're a fan of that, ginger, and citrus zest, then you'll like this. It was probably exactly what I needed before skiing though -- lots of slow digesting carbs! ATMOSPHERE & ENVIRONMENT: - Cute, festive, cozy. Everything you could want from a local bakery / food spot. - Lots of seating around the edges of the room, not very busy from 7-8 am but gets busier later in the morning SERVICE: - You can pick up pastries right when you pay, but the food will be brought to your table once it's ready. Cutlery and water is on a self-serve basis (cutlery on the sides and water in the back) - All the staff are lovely and very nice OTHER: - They donate any leftovers from the day to a local organization which is awesome

The grilled cheese was genuinely tasty, and I really liked the cortado. The pecan pie was fine -- not outstanding, but enjoyable enough. The croissant, though, was disappointing. It was served cold, not warmed up at all, and surprisingly, they don't even offer a plain croissant. It may sound like a minor detail, but when you're paying bakery-level prices, those details count. The bigger problem, however, was the service -- especially the brunette woman at the counter. From the second we approached, the atmosphere felt unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. There was no willingness to assist, no recommendations, and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Her expression stayed cold the entire time, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. To top it off, it took nearly five minutes just to get a basic receipt, with no explanation or acknowledgment. And that's the thing about customer service -- it shapes the entire experience. A café can have great coffee, appealing food, and a beautiful interior, but when the first interaction feels distant and unwelcoming, it overshadows everything else. Staff members are the face of a business, and when customers leave feeling ignored or unwanted, it leaves a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. Beautiful space and some solid food, but service is what defines whether people return -- and unfortunately, this experience made us not want to come back.

Dressed up and on reservation, we arrived a tad early and were promptly greeted. Maybe hospitality isn't Wyoming's forte, but all of the staff did not seem happy to see nor serve us from the beginning. The booking site only offered high top tables, so that's what I selected. When the hostess asked if we'd like to switch to a table, she was sternly corrected in front of us that it "wouldn't be possible" by another staff member. The interaction felt unprofessional in front of guests, and as if they weren't willing to accommodate us. On top of that fiasco came plenty of glares and stares from staff throughout our visit. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy.
