The cutest coffee shop! I love that it looks like a house and all the merch inside too! Their coffee was delicious - I got one of their specials with lavender. The food was delicious too. The sandwich and burrito are a great choice. The space inside is tiny but in the summer it looks like there's a cute patio area.

    Breakfast Slider w/ Plant-Based Sausage

Ordered a breakfast slider here. Said $8 on the menu, rang up as $10.26 on the register. Was just slightly bigger than my closed fist, and about half the height, so quite small for a $10 sandwich. Tasted good, but it's nothing special. Better than a gas station, not as good as others in town. The vibes were okay. Edited the review because, unlike the manager response says, the price up charge for plant based sausage is clearly NOT marked on the menu. Anywhere. (Picture attached)

We came here after a hike. Very long line for a decent coffee. We got coffee cake and a pastry. Both were underwhelming and slightly stale. Matcha latte and chai latte were very sweet. Regular latte was very good.

We visited last fall and I'm just getting around to say, "Yes! Go here for your coffee and excellent pastries." It's popular, so be patient. As a local coffee stop, it is cozy, welcoming and the folks are friendly. The coffee is very good and the pastries are the real deal.

Delicious breakfast sliders, best coffee in town, quaint and cozy atmosphere, kind and helpful staff. Do not miss visiting this gem!

Love that They are back to proper plates and silverware!! Great operation that really cares about the environment. Had the masala chai this time with coconut milk and next time can't wait to try the chaga chai. Millionaire Bar a super sugary treat if you like peanut butter.

I went in planning to order a latte, but when I asked about flavors or specialty drinks, the barista rolled her eyes and made me feel dumb for not immediately realizing there was a list sitting off to the side on the counter. It wasn't exactly where I would have thought to look. There was no help or suggestion offered--just an expression that seemed to say, "Hurry up and order." She appeared to be training someone else, and that girl actually seemed like she wanted to help, but it felt like she was discouraged from doing so because the trainer wanted me to figure it out myself. Unfortunately, that interaction made it a first and last visit for me. The location and early opening time were convenient, but the pre-made breakfast sandwiches weren't very good, and the latte lacked both flavor and sweetness. Overall, nothing to brag about here.

It's one of those places where you immediately want to order one of everything. We tried a few pastries along with the quiche, and everything was excellent. The Kouign Amann was buttery, flaky, and beautifully made, while the quiche was decadent without feeling heavy. The flavors in the quiche were amazing and the crust was perfect. Definitely one of the best quiches I've had. The breakfast sandwich was also an amazing savory item on the menu, it was served on their croissants so you get the best of both worlds. It does get busy, especially in the mornings, but it's worth the wait. The line moves fast and there's plenty of seating on their lovely patio. I'd consider this one of the must-stop bakeries in Jackson Hole.

I'd read about Persephone before our trip and marked it as a "must try" while in Jackson Hole…read more We walked over early (8am) on a Thursday morning to grab a cup of coffee and peruse the pastries. We were very surprised to find the line already went out the door! The line moved fast and boy you better be ready to order when you step up, because it is a fast moving, no messing around system. In addition there were at least three employees taking orders at the counter so the pastry case is extremely crowded and it's difficult to view what the options are. The employees weren't un-kind, but they there were no niceties like "good morning". They wanted to move you through the line quickly, so we didn't feel we could really peruse the pastries and so we skipped it and we just ordered a hot coffee and a large hot almond milk latte. People were already more than crowded inside waiting for their items so we stepped onto the patio. It was a chilly morning so the small fire pit was welcomed. For the giant crowd waiting we received our drinks within a reasonable time frame. They call names from inside behind the counter, so if you are not within 4 feet of the counter you will not hear them. We sat on the patio near the garden and the view was beautiful. My "large" latte was the same small size of my husband's drip coffee and both appeared to be around 12-14oz. Disappointing. The drip coffee was okay, but not worth returning for and my almond milk latte was also just okay. We maybe would have given Persephone another try, but in the end we chose to try the many other coffee/bakery shops in downtown. I'm not saying 'stay away', I'm just saying it's not as amazing as the hype. Other tips -look at the menu BEFORE you get in line, especially if it is buys -if you happen to snag an indoor seat realize there will be little to no privacy as the line will form right next to your table. -the birds outside are cute, friendly and will absolutely eat your food if you leave it unattended for even a moment - we saw a pack of small birds try to fly off with an entire egg croissant sandwich in the 1min the owner stepped inside for napkins. *don't worry, we stopped them

One slice of ham and one slice of cheese. The salad was fresh and flavorful. You can tell the ingredients are of high quality, but I don't know how people can afford this place regularly.
