What felt like home!! If you're looking for a spot to fulfill at home morning breakfast this is your jam. Small and Versatile menu for all guest, Super friendly (family) staff and such an adorable location. Must haves would have to be the Italian Sammy (droooling), the breakfast tacos, biscuit and gravy and the carnivore burrito! The pancakes were huge and fluffy! Service was seriously above and beyond. Went at around 10am on a Thursday and was pretty packed, waited around 5 minutes for a table. We didn't want to spend too much time on breakfast but were also staying close by so this was a good option. We were told that the kitchen was pretty busy and that we should expect to spend around an hour there. We ordered the pina colada French toast, traditional pancakes, cowboy bowl for there. Then two breakfast burritos and the pork tenderloin sandwich to go for lunch in the Grand Tetons. Probably waited around 20 minutes and then they brought us out their beignets on the house for being patient. First, they were really good, we especially liked the chocolate and yuzu. Secondly, this was beyond nice because most places would not bother, especially because we didn't complain or anything. Food came out shortly after. Pina colada French toast was ok. Not a huge French toast person in the first place but love fruit flavored things and trying something different. Definitely was not a fan of the meyers rum maple syrup that came with the French toast, really strong rum flavor that threw me off. The pineapple topping was good though. The cowboy bowl was pretty good. The pork was good and loved all the things that came with it like the hashbrowns. Had the burritos and pork tenderloin sandwich later. Burritos were pretty standard and the salsa made it better. Pork tenderloin sandwich was a little dry but also waited a couple hours to eat so could be better fresh. Sat outside which was nice in the morning. Did not even get a look inside so could not tell you what it was like. Wish I got pictures of the food. read more

Everything was spot on here! Biscuits and gravy were great! They come with eggs and crispy delicious hash browns. The tres leches French toast is a must try !! The cream on top tastes like a Texas Roadhouse butter! The service was even better ! The friendliest service we had our entire trip to Victor and Grand Teton! Very cute coffee shop with bakery and full breakfast and lunch menu. I've never had a croque Madame but my husband and I both ordered one and they were excellent! Very thick piece of ham and the garlic sauce was so delicious. My new favorite breakfast item! We only ate half and saved the other half for breakfast the next day. We ordered coffee and tea 3 days in a row from Butter and it was perfect. Incredible restaurant! This is a newish restaurant for the area since I've been coming here for the 20+ years. Will differently be coming back. By far one of the best tacos I've had ever and I'm from SoCal! Not sure why they call it a quesadilla, but it is more like a taco and comes in a trio. As I said one of the best I've had. Spent 4 nights in beautiful Victor. I was out hiking early my first 2 days. My third day I was up at a normal hour and walked to Butter for breakfast. The bacon and egg sandwich was fresh and amazing. The service and friendliness of the staff was awesome. The next morning, I had to return and I was not disappointed! The food was incredible and again the service first class. I would highly recommend Butter when you're in Victor! read more

Definitely some small town comfort food! FYI - we went on a Sunday at 11am, and it was a 68 minute wait. However, our server was so sweet and the food was so hot and fresh and delicious, it was worth the wait and the drive over from Jackson Hole. Very cute inside, but only about 10 tables! Pretty disappointed they took pesto grilled cheese and tomato soup off the menu, but my fault for not checking current menu online first. Would definitely eat here again. read more

We had the most wonderful time at Butter Cafe while staying in Victor! If I lived nearby I would 100% make this my regular brunch spot. The service was exceptional--everyone from management to servers to bidders was so attentive, warm and we felt well taken care of. We had our 2 dogs with us and they were spoiled with pets and bacon. Absolutely incredible. We decided to stop at Butter Cafe for a late breakfast. The second we walked in, it was obvious this place was going to be a hit. The staff is extremely friendly and personable- not in a fake way either, you can tell they genuinely enjoy being there and chatting with people. Our waitress was extremely accommodating with my allergy - she gave me many options (even off menu) so I would enjoy my breakfast. The food... amazing. The portions were huge and my partner and I loved every bite of our meals. They brought out a few homemade jams/syrups for us to try as well. Our waitress and other employees were continuously filling our coffees and even offered putting the rest of it in a to go cup for us to leave with. It was served cold, not warmed up at all, and surprisingly, they don't even offer a plain croissant. It may sound like a minor detail, but when you're paying bakery-level prices, those details count. The bigger problem, however, was the service -- especially the brunette woman at the counter. From the second we approached, the atmosphere felt unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. There was no willingness to assist, no recommendations, and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Her expression stayed cold the entire time, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. To top it off, it took nearly five minutes just to get a basic receipt, with no explanation or acknowledgment. And that's the thing about customer service -- it shapes the entire experience. A café can have great coffee, appealing food, and a beautiful interior, but when the first interaction feels distant and unwelcoming, it overshadows everything else. Staff members are the face of a business, and when customers leave feeling ignored or unwanted, it leaves a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. Beautiful space and some solid food, but service is what defines whether people return -- and unfortunately, this experience made us not want to come back.

You can watch them take off and land from your table. Service was kind-welcoming and a little subdued. The food was just ok. My salad wasn't the most attractive thing I've eaten and the flavor was just ok. If I return, I'd likely order something different. There were plenty of options on the menu that I'm sure to find something to my liking.

This was such a good and unique breakfast sandwich with the perfect blend of flavors and textures! I loved it. The almond croissant was crunchy and delicious and the pumpkin pie latte was huge and tasty as well. The only downside for me would be that you order at the counter and they bring you your food but you have to get the coffee yourself (Starbucks style). This would normally be fine, but it was difficult when the cups were full to the brim. Overall, totally worth it though!
