Really friendly staff and efficient lines. One line with a checkpoint to order pastries and then proceed to order coffee. 5/5 Pistachio croissant so flavorful, flakey, and filled with a delicious nutty jam of sorts 4/5 Huckleberry donut really fruity and nice soft texture, though it felt overly sweet 5/5 Ube ice cream tasted so good. The huckleberry ice cream was also nice as a taster but not as strong berry flavor as I would have liked. I also got some type of vanilla with coconut and chocolate bits. Large split scoop! Stopped by for an early morning espresso on the way to Yellowstone. The place itself was nice inside, but it didn't have a cozy vibe that made you want to stay and hang out--it felt more like a grab-your-coffee-and-go kind of spot. I went in planning to order a latte, but when I asked about flavors or specialty drinks, the barista rolled her eyes and made me feel dumb for not immediately realizing there was a list sitting off to the side on the counter. It wasn't exactly where I would have thought to look. There was no help or suggestion offered--just an expression that seemed to say, "Hurry up and order." She appeared to be training someone else, and that girl actually seemed like she wanted to help, but it felt like she was discouraged from doing so because the trainer wanted me to figure it out myself. Unfortunately, that interaction made it a first and last visit for me. The location and early opening time were convenient, but the pre-made breakfast sandwiches weren't very good, and the latte lacked both flavor and sweetness. Calories don't count on vacation, right!? Wowser. The array of baked goods was phenomenal-wish I could've tried them all. Check out the huckleberry donut-regional flavor. The breakfast sandwiches came with a good slice of ham, big serving of egg, melty cheese, and a chipotle aioli, which was a little spicier than I wanted in the morning. Super yummy ice cream! The ube with black sesame seeds and the coconut with coconut flakes were so good. It was $7.50 for two scoops in a cup. I appreciate that there are quite a few dairy free / (maybe) vegan options -- I'm excited to try more throughout the summer. Also bonus points because they use metal sampling spoons instead of disposable plastic ones! Lots of seating options inside & out. Games & puzzles & books available too, and lots of events. The coffee beans & drinks I have tried here have also been very enjoyable. read more

Went three times in a week. Once for lunch, once to attempt to get cinnamon rolls (they sell out quick and the line was out the door so we didn't stay) and once for donuts. Everything was really delicious, so the line wasn't a big surprise. Good people serving good food and doing good for the community. read more

We were visiting the area and saw Wydaho Roasters off of the side of the main road through town. Walking in, we weren't ready for the line of customers waiting to place their orders. This place has both coffee and freshly-made breakfast croissants, sandwiches and pastries. We ordered an iced vanilla latte and a pourover coffee. The latte came out relatively quickly. The pourover coffee took a little bit of time, which I had expected. Though it seemed that the workers forgot about it at one point as I saw them walk right by it a few times after the brew had finished. We thought the latte was okay, and we had the same sentiment about the pourover. The latte had too much syrup, and the sugar was overpowering the taste of the coffee. The pourover tasted burnt despite ordering medium roasted coffee beans. The interior space was truly enjoyable with plenty of seating available. It was cool to see a stage setup in the corner for live music and coffee roasting equipment in another corner. They also seemed to be in the process of setting up an ice cream counter when we were there, though they weren't selling any ice cream at that time. Unfortunately, the quality of the coffee is what determined our rating this time. Since they were a coffee roaster, I had higher expectations for Wydaho than a regular coffee shop buying their beans from elsewhere. read more

Vibes are immaculate....walk in to a hip modern roastery with the best looking pastries around. Service was friendly, coffee was up quickly and the pastries were delicious. Try the vanilla brioche doughnut! Ordered an americano and I prefer a darker stronger roast than the one I was served but it was still good. A cute spacious coffee shop with lots of seating, parking out front and wonderful coffee & food! My husband and I shared the cardamom bun, the French onion soup and the turkey sandwich upon the recommendation of the owner Jim. We also enjoyed the cold brew and lattes, which were seasonally themed for Valentine's Day. They also serve ice cream, with many dairy free options, which I want to try on a return visit. Great local spot! I especially loved the locally made goods at the front of the shop when you walk in. I picked up post cards and local art to mail out while enjoying my time in the area. Lots of seating space including tables, couches and comfy chairs. They have a small stage to host chill music nights and open mic nights. As a non local they seem very involved in their community. Donuts are FANTASTIC! Pastries are delicious. They do not use a sweetened matcha mix which is a 10/10 for me! Service was always friendly and prompt the 2 times I stopped in. I ordered a donut and cold brew coffee. I was happy with my cold brew. I felt like it was strong enough and had enough of a well-rounded flavor and boldness that I enjoyed. Been living here for a few months so I decided to stop in for a quick breakfast. Good location right off 33/Main street. Parking lot was cramped, not sure if employees park there cause that mother was packed which didn't match the inside. It was later in the morning round 10ish and there were a few folks but definitely not reflected on the number of cars in the parking lot. Inside, ample seating but the queue for orders has a weird flow which confused people and I quickly found myself within the gaggle that didn't know where to go. Even weirder was the separation from food/coffee. I apparently stood in the food line, trying to order coffee. Well the food counter was calling my name cause who can resist fresh croissants, plus you get to say croissant which is fun. People were friendly I guess, but seemed more involved in whatever than even trying to schmooze which is kind of unusual. They brightened up quick so when it came time for the barista flip. Gotta feel like you're earning that tip I guess. Ended up getting a White Mocha. Coffee was good, but not great. Nice flavor, real robust. Sadly, like everything in the area comes at a premium. Wyadho, like most places in and around Mountain towns tend to stick it to the locals. Really inflated pricing cause they know every dumbass tourists will pay it. Really relevant here btw. I was checking out some of the packaged beans to make at home and with a hefty $5 premium on most of the other roasters I'm not sure that's worth it as yes it's good, just not sure if it's an added $5 good. I'll come back for sure, mainly to try the other pastries and such, and so I can say croissant. Not just not sure yet I'll make it my go to tho. read more

Y'all don't sleep on this little local coffeehouse. We woke up early at our airbnb to get going on our long drive to Denver and after looking at Yelp decided this would be a good stop along the way for coffee and maybe a breakfast sandwich. I found that in and around Yellowstone and the Tetons (unless you are close to Jackson) there are pretty limited coffee options so I was excited to finally have a coffeehouse style coffee after a few days of sub par offerings. All I can say is that I wish Wydaho had a location here in KC because while I really enjoyed my coffee, I was legitimately blown away by my breakfast sandwich. They seem to make their own bread and craft these all in house, and the sandwich I had was made on focaccia which was literally mind blowing with the flavor. It was one of those sandwiches that you keep eating past being full because it's just that good, and then continue to think about for a few days later, like damn that one was a GOOD one. The folks working were super nice too, despite us clearly being tourists. I'm sure they get their fair share of tourists, but it's always nice to feel welcome in a local spot in a small town. At any rate, this is hands down the best coffee and breakfast we had during our whole 10 day road trip, and I would love to return if I'm ever in the area. read more

We ended up buying a tumbler with their adorably themed coffee and baked goods logos. Excellent, high quality pastries and sandwiches! Pastries are not too sweet (huge plus) and sandwiches are simple yet flavorful. Meat quiche was also great. The only item we probably wouldn't get again is the bacon breakfast sandwich. We didn't like the lemon aioli but that's just a preference. Coffee is solid. Easy access on the way to Grand Targhee for skiing. This cute, stylish coffee shop is staff by some of the friendliest people I've ever met. I had a lavender matcha latte, and it was absolutely amazing. The barista recommended a sprinkle of dried lavender and that made the drink just *chef's kiss*. Tried this coffee shop today while we're staying near Driggs! It was alittle busy when we got there but I took that as a good sign! The line moved quickly so we weren't waiting too long.
