We had Lattes here two mornings in a row. I had their Pistachio Latte and a Vanilla Latte. We also had their Egg Sandwich on Croissant. Everything we had was excellent. The place itself is incredibly inviting and impeccably designed. Service was fast and efficient. We were so enamored with Persephone that we brought home two mugs to remember our visits!

Cinnamon Brioche and cuppucino

3.5 stars. Solid but not life changing. For a small town, it was very busy. Small inside but the staff is well-trained to keep it moving. Small waiting area. Some seating inside and outside. Had a cinnamon brioche which was flaky, messy, dry but with a hint of cinnamon sugar. Cappuccino is small as its standard size. Overall, good to try once but I probably won't be back unless with others who want to try.

did not think i'd be impressed by the food in JH WY but here we are! the salads and breads here were delicious! definitely a popular spot so expect a wait or go during off times. the chickpea salad was delicious!! got the grilled chicken with it as well which was a bit dry so wouldn't do that next time. highly recommend!

Amazing latte and incredibly cute vibes! Love the way this place is decorated! The only reason I'm taking off one star is because the ham and Swiss croissant had almost no ham at all, maybe one very thing slice which was disappointing. Would come back for the coffee or to try a different pastry though!

Local popular spot! Sweet Potato & Fried Brussel Sprout hash - would almost love it if it's less saucy. The bottom was sorta soaked in sauces, made the dish quite heavy. Grilled Cheese was tasty too.

Very cute bakery in Jackson Hole that I had to stop in. The tables were full when I arrived so I ordered a hot matcha latte with rose to go. I loved it.

Mocha and breve

This is a very cute bakery and coffee shop. We got there late morning so they didn't have as many pastries as they probably did earlier. My husband and I shared a chocolate croissant and an apple pastry, and got coffee to go with us (mocha and breve). The pastry dough tasted devine-buttery sweet. I cut each pastry in half and was a little dismayed to see so little chocolate in the chocolate croissant (see my photo). We liked the apple one better. So good! The mocha had a weird taste (almost like Mexican vanilla but I'm not sure what it actually was) and the breve was respectable but as I write this 2 days later it isn't memorable. We noticed some good-looking sandwiches people were eating for an early lunch. I'd love to try them sometime.

Stopped one morning because I was pretty sure their coffee would be good. I wasn't wrong. Be advised, there is not a ton of indoor seating but they do have a patio that is a great escape if the weather is just right. There is usually a line out the door, but I am glad I waited it out. The cute little concerted house is much better than any chain coffee you may be used to. The service is good and while my blueberry muffin did not hit the spot, the special I ordered which had egg, Jake and a sweet potato has sure did. This was delicious bowl of goodness and while I don't think it is on the website menu, I am glad I tried it. The muffin just wasn't a traditional moose and sweet treat. Maybe I got a dud. Overall, Persephone has a lot to choose from and great coffee so give it a whirl.

So much hype. Even at 7 am when the temperature was in the 40s, there was a line outside. And yes, we waited in it! Thankfully it moved quickly and we were able to not only order at the counter but also find a couple of seats soon after. We got the caramel apple croissant (looks more like a tart), an iced pumpkin spice latte, the smoked salmon bowl, and the ricotta omelette. Loved the salmon bowl - great flavors, portions, though expensive. The omelette was bland and it felt like the ingredients didn't go well together. The latte was tasty (couldn't taste the pumpkin though) and the croissant was good too. They kept the bakery quite chilly, so much so that the butter on my omelette solidified midway! I'd say this is a fine bakery to visit but I would be ok skipping it if there's a loooong line!

I can see why everyone talks about this place whenever they visit Jackson. Do not let the long line stop you from get food from here. It does move very quick. We went twice and both times the line was out the door. It is a very small place with just a few tables inside and the rest is outside seatings. Very decent sandwiches. We like all of our food and the bake good. We actually went back to get a crunchy croissant thing. It was really good. Latte and matcha were ok. Very like on coffee taste and matcha. Definitely give them a try. Both the food and the bake goods.

I came in for a little snack and decided on the cranberry walnut scone. I thought it was really good. It was yummy and flavorful and not too sweet even with the frosting drizzle. The service was nice and friendly and the inside of the store was clean I was able to place my order and receive my pastry all at the same time. 10/10

Saw very good reviews on this place and decided to try it myself. Persephone Bakery is must try in Jackson Hole. Indoor seating was small. The patio has additional seats but it was raining that morning. Got here at around 7:30 AM. Line was short and moved quickly but a few minutes after, more people came. We did not wait that long for food to be served. The food was delicious. Yogurt and granola was the perfect kind of sweet with berries. Brioche French toast was also awesome. It had delicious brioche, stone fruit and pistachios with mascarpone cream and cinnamon sugar. Seeded avocado bowl was soo good too - fresh yet savory. Their cookies are huge. Got the chocolate chip walnut cookie and double chocolate chip walnut cookie. Both were chewy in the inside and very good. Really great food. Highly recommend.

Persephone is a must go while in Jackson, but be warned to get here early!! We got here around 7:30-8 and this place was already packed but don't let the crowds scare you because it is so worth it. We came for breakfast after some sunrise photos and got a small table inside. We all got some coffees which had some great latte art. The largest latte size does come in a to go cup as a heads up! For breakfast, I shared the bacon and egg croissant and the french toast. The croissant sandwich was delicious and the french toast was out of this world. Literally just what an outstanding breakfast! Such a cute spot and with delicious food. You know its good also when you want to come back twice in a weekend!!! 10/10 a must stop!

Do they have cakes?

What kind of gluten free options?

They have a gf double chocolate cookie that is delicious. They have a rotating menu but I can always find a couple breakfast items that are gluten free and a few salads.

I've been calling here for two days to see if we can get outdoor seating but no one picks up. Any suggestions?

They do have a small deck that has outside seating.

Absolutely horrendous service paired with below average food…read more I walked in and ordered two burritos a veggie burrito for me and a meat burrito for my boyfriend. I also ordered a matcha latte. There was no warning that their matcha is already heavily pre sweetened, so I asked for lavender syrup and oat milk. When we finally received our drinks and I took a sip on my way out, it was genuinely one of the worst matcha drinks I've ever had. It tasted like straight sugar water with an overwhelming amount of lavender. Completely undrinkable. I immediately went back inside to see if it could be fixed since I was not going to drink it. I waited politely while the barista finished what she was doing. She looked up at me with visible confusion, so I explained that I didn't realize the matcha was pre sweetened and that adding lavender made it far too sweet. She did not say a single word. Instead, she gave me a judgmental look, smirked, and glanced around as if looking for a reaction from others. Without acknowledging me, she started remaking the drink very quickly and sloppily, clearly annoyed. When she reached for whole milk, I reminded her I had asked for oat milk, which was met with another look of irritation. She finished the drink, slammed it on the counter without a word, and continued to glare. I still said thank you and left. Once we got to the car and opened our burritos, we realized both the meat and veggie burritos were wrapped identically with no markings. My boyfriend had to bite into both to figure out which was which. The veggie burrito I received was extremely mushy and unappetizing, and I lost my appetite immediately. Between the rude, dismissive service and the poorly executed food, this place was a complete disappointment. I will not be returning.

The location is just a block off the main square with the Wort Hotel just across the street and some art galleries which is a great place while roaming. I recommend if you are looking for a unique dessert with coffee! The French Dessert/patisserie has a variety of goods--not all shown. On the far left there is flavored chocolates (bonbons?) with a range of flavors (when I went) from Huckleberry + Vanilla, tea, etc. it looked like you had to buy a minimum box of 6 for 24$ but I could be incorrect on that. Next case had a variety of desserts, which is where the huckleberry chocolate out of (abt 9$). They do run out of pastries as the day goes on so something specific from yelp might not be in there. Next case has about 10 flavored of gelato. The following case has savory pastries like feta cheese-mushroom or ham croissants in addition to sweeter goods like croissants and cookies. There is indoor seating (about four two tops), a bench outside, and takeaway pastry or chocolate boxes if to go. When I walked in it was pretty crowded but the service was efficient. Luckily there was enough space for me to dine-in with a comfy spot against the wall. (Note: The other side of the table had soft and wide stools but with no back). (Note #2: When eating in you get ceramic plate + silverware with a plastic cup for cold drinks; there is a little station near the entrance for trash and plates). The chocolate-Huckleberry dessert was delicious. It had chocolate roses (with texture!!!) on top and a marbled silver-purple chocolate surrounding the cake and huckleberry filling. Very beautiful and I really enjoyed the sweet but also tart huckleberry with the chocolate. It was a bit of a mess to eat but I am more than okay with that! I would recommend it! I was able to get the feta-something-mushroom croissant warmed for lunch, which was pretty tasty. Nice flakiness and the middle with the filling was a nice mix. If you are stopping for lunch/breakfast and want something a little more substantial to your meal/snake then I recommend. They also had a ham-something-Jalapeño but I wasn't sure on how strong the pepper would be. Lastly, I had a matcha latte. It can come in a variety of sizes and I believe with the option of cold or hot. It was good-decent but not my favorite matcha-- the flavors were more milk heavy. But that is likely just my current preference--some places I have gone recently have it stronger and some have it sweeter; so take it as you will. It did have the nice crushable ice which I munched on with the concentrated matcha at the end though. As for the drink menu they had more non-coffee options like hot chocolate, turmeric latte, etc along with (what is maybe standard? coffees---don't drink them) like cappuccinos, mochas, etc. along with drip and affogatos.

The inside of the café is cute and modern, but it still feels cozy. There's even a little merch shop. The service is ok, but when I asked about their specials for the pastries (there was a sign) the cashier said he didn't know, but his colleague would know. I feel like all employees should've been aware of what they were. I ordered a carrot cake since it's one of my favorite types of cake. I was so sad since it wasn't super moist it was kinda bland and did not have that classic sweet spiciness that makes a carrot cake what it is. Nothing made it stand out my opinion that was more like multigrain bread vs. a yummy classic treat. I think a "huckleberry" jam cake (which is still a type of spice cake) but layered with jam) would be better and more popular on the menu.

Just beware you have to pay $1 extra for plant based milks even if you're just using a creamer amount on a 12 oz coffee.
