Definitely such a neat concept. The waffles aren't anything special it's more about the experience and then being able to go ski down the mountain. They have a variety of different options from Nutella to a few other ingredients that you could have on the waffle. The views at the very top once you take the tram are incredible. I did think it would be nice if they let you take the tram for free if you were getting waffles otherwise $55 to take the tram is pretty expensive

The gateway (peanut butter + bacon) $10. Delicious. The line is long, but moves decently quickly. Highly recommend

Soft, buttery and freshly made waffles! We got the gateway which includes the bacon and peanut butter. Our order came out in 10 mins, we took the tramp up just to see the view and have the most wonderful waffles. Totally worth it! The wait is not long however they do get crowded inside and out so come warly, I wiuldn't recommend coming during the middle of the day as that is the most busy time for them. The atmosphere was cozy. Waffles with peanut butter and bacon sounded different but drizzle a little honey to yout waffle and you will be in heaven! Hoping to come back here sometime soon!

Corbet's Cabinis a small cozy wood cabin on the top of a mountain. With an evaluation over 10,000 feet. The only way to get there is to take the sky tram in the Tetons Village. It serves delicious waffles with several topping, coffee and hot chocolate. We decided on the Belgium waffle served with caramel drizzle. It did not disappoint. The hot chocolate was also delicious. It's worth the trip up!

Fun experience all the way up in the mountains. Was able to catch a ride to the top and enjoy some waffles. The waffles themselves are really good and there are some nice options to choose from. It's a bit cold so a warm cider always hits the spot. The cabin does stay pretty warm which is nice as well. Definitely make time to visit this spot.

After a few mountain hikes, we decided to find a place to sit down and enjoy some food. We had heard good things about this waffle spot from our wildlife tour guide, so we gave it a try. The fresh-made waffles are $9.75 each, with the following options: The "Trad" - Brown sugar butter The Belgian - Cookie butter, drizzled caramel, powdered sugar The Italian - Nutella The Gateway - Peanut butter, bacon The Cobbler - Mixed berry compote, whipped cream We ordered the Belgian waffle, and the order came in 10 minutes. From the first bite, I found it lacking the crunch I expected -- the texture was a bit too soft and floury, and it fell apart easily. The flavor was decent, but overall, I felt it was overrated compared to waffles back in my hometown. If I return, I might try The Gateway with peanut butter and bacon for something more savory. That said, the restaurant offers a wide variety of hot drinks, including spiked options. I imagine this would be a great spot to warm up and relax during the winter season.

If you visit Jackson Hole, then you really should visit Teton Village. If you visit Teton Village, you really should take the aerial tram to the top. And if you do all that, then you ABSOLUTELY MUST visit Corbet's Cabin for one of their famous waffles. Disclaimer: I'm a big sweets guy. Like, Buddy the Elf without the tights. I love me some waffles, and I've enjoyed them all over. Hotels, restaurants, diners, many homes, even several places in Belgium. And I have NEVER had a waffle like Corbet's. Not thick and dense, but rather crispy, light, and fluffy, unlike any waffle I've ever had before. My wife and I selected "the Belgian", and it was totes amazeballs. The waffle was prepared quickly, and the staff was very friendly. There were several tables inside, and places to eat outside as well. My only regret was that I didn't have enough room in my stomach to try a second waffle.

The waffles are amazing! Between my family of four we got three different types of- they were all different and delicious so you should be able to find one that meets your taste! The waffles are fresh and they come out fast! The place was full when I visited yet I still didn't wait more than 5 min for my waffle. The hot coco was also a delight. This is a perfect cold weather treat and also so unique. I recommend it and enjoy!

Gotta love a place that only does one thing so they can do it well! Locally known as the spot for waffles on top of the mountain. Easy to access by the tram from Teton Village or hike up the mountain if you're ambitious and in great shape. There are four varieties of waffles and you can't make a bad choice. Served on a sheet of foil to be eaten with your paws. No utensils here. So lick your fingers if you must. Great coffee drinks too, options for adult liquors added for making it indulgent. Orders are ready super fast, team works like a Swiss watch. I was amazed at how light and fluffy their waffles were. I don't know how they do it, is it the altitude? Should I bake waffles at home in a vacuum chamber to simulate 10,000 ft?

Really good waffles!!!! Fresh! Fast, friendly service! Amazing views! Fun time riding the gondola too!

If you're in Jackson Hole, you HAVE to go to Corbet's Cabin. Waffles at over 10.4k ft elevation? Panoramic views? Gondola ride? What a unique experience! Saw this place mentioned in an IG story and knew I had to try it. You can only access it by gondola, and the tickets are a bit pricey at 60+ USD per ticket. It is a round trip ticket though so you don't have to pay it twice. It was suuuuuper busy when I visited, but the staff were friendly and the wait times weren't insanely long. I was planning on horseback riding that day, but ended up spending half my budget for horses on waffles. Zero regrets

Corbett's cabin nestled just above Corbett's couloir and Teton Village, Wyoming is a cute cozy spot to grab waffles and a cup of coffee to warm up and fuel up after a day of skiing or hiking. Only accessible by tram or hiking Corbett's cabin is a great place to hang out on your next trip to Jackson. Corbett's cabin is a quick service style restaurant with a gift shop where you can purchase Jackson Hole Mountain resort apparel or Corbett's cabin unique apparel such as the iconic "waffles" branded merchandise. It is handicap accessible, and there are bathrooms available.

When I was planning activities with my friend during our visit to Jackson Hole, I put on the list "ride the tram up the mountain and get a waffle." Riding up the aerial tram, in Teton Village, Corbet's is the only spot for some warmth and sustenance. It's no frills, no nonsense and simple. Waffles, coffees, spiked hot drinks, tea and cocoa. It gets crowded so be ready to share a table with strangers and get cozy. The line moves quickly and the staff can seem brusque to some but to me, I loved it. Come in, pick which waffle you want and movie it along! Lol-and I love it. My friend I split the lemon curd waffle and had some hot drinks. It was a nice way to spend a little time at the top of the tram and warm up before we did the overlooks and headed down. Really yummy waffle and I left completely happy with the experience. Just what I expected!

Ask the Community - Corbet's Cabin

I would like to go to Corbet's Cabin, when I am in Jackson Hole next March. I am an intermediate skier and it appears that all the trails are black diamond. Is there a way to go for waffles and then take the tram back down to an intermediate area?

Yes! You can enjoy your waffles at Corbet's Cabin and then ride the Aerial Tram back down to the base of the mountain.

Do they serve any food besides waffles?

Waffles are the only food served in Corbet's Cabin, but we do have a wide selection of drinks including hot cocoa, specialty spiked hot drinks, beer, wine, and more. If you're looking for additional food options, we do have a number of restaurants,… Read more

The grilled cheese was genuinely tasty, and I really liked the cortado. The pecan pie was fine -- not outstanding, but enjoyable enough. The croissant, though, was disappointing. It was served cold, not warmed up at all, and surprisingly, they don't even offer a plain croissant. It may sound like a minor detail, but when you're paying bakery-level prices, those details count. The bigger problem, however, was the service -- especially the brunette woman at the counter. From the second we approached, the atmosphere felt unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. There was no willingness to assist, no recommendations, and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Her expression stayed cold the entire time, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. To top it off, it took nearly five minutes just to get a basic receipt, with no explanation or acknowledgment. And that's the thing about customer service -- it shapes the entire experience. A café can have great coffee, appealing food, and a beautiful interior, but when the first interaction feels distant and unwelcoming, it overshadows everything else. Staff members are the face of a business, and when customers leave feeling ignored or unwanted, it leaves a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. Beautiful space and some solid food, but service is what defines whether people return -- and unfortunately, this experience made us not want to come back.

Shortly after that a group sat at the table next to us and the waitress closed the blinds completely without saying anything to us. If the light was in someone's eyes I totally support lowering them a bit but it was 4pm and if you're going to ask every table if they want them open or closed and you end up with two next to each other having opposing opinions then just ask if the other table minds ifs lowered partially or let them know what you're doing. Frustrating because we chose to eat here specifically for a view of the mountain. Secondly we asked our waitress for ranch and when she brought out our waters out she brought ketchup and said she'd be right back with the ranch. Our food then came and we asked the guy who brought it to bring some ranch but that never came. I wouldn't care much about it if the burger wasn't completely flavorless (which I'll touch on in a moment). Then we finally were able to get some ranch when the host walked by and he was great and brought it to us right away but having to ask 3 times for some ranch was frustrating. If this was all and the food was great, I'd let all this go BUT the burger (which we added bacon to) was completely flavorless. For a burger to have meat cheese and bacon and still taste like nothing is impressive. When the ranch finally came...it was awful. I've genuinely never met a ranch I didn't like until this one. It tasted like chemicals. Everyone at the table tried it and agreed. I didn't try the wings that others at table had so I can't comment on them myself but there weren't any good reviews from that side of the table either. I think this may just be a spot to grab a drink because it's tough to mess up a burger wings and ranch but this place managed to.
