Snake River Roasting Company is a sterile, modern cafe without much branding identity outside of 2018 Instagram minimalism. I wasn't impressed by their coffee, and I was especially unimpressed by their coconut matcha. It's fortunate I've had better experiences with coconut matchas elsewhere, because if this were my first impression, I would have sworn off it! The orange syrup was far too zesty, and the coconut water they chose was terrible. Decent pastry offerings. Huckleberry donut was oddly dense, not very flavorful, and topped with thick icing. It didn't satisfy the homemade pastry feeling I'd hoped for. Baristas, at least, were VERY kind!

Must stop, roasted fresh with attention to detail, relatively quick service for how packed it was, and the variety of seating was great! the merch section was hard to stay away from with fun and unique marketing!

The best iced vanilla latte for me from Jackson Hole to Bozeman. Fresh and clean spot just off the square you can stay awhile or be on your way. Fantastic service that's friendly and quick.

Hands down the best coffee shop in Jackson Hole. After going here for the first time we came back each day of our trip because it was that good. Loved the aesthetic, of course the coffee, and all around vibes. Just wish they had more vegan options, but definitely a must when in Jackson Hole!

Stopped here while in Jackson. Nice looking interior with 2 floors for seating. Many options for breakfast/lunch. We ordered the tuna melt, white bean and sausage soup, breakfast burrito and crispy chicken sandwich. We also ordered 3 batch brew and a latte. Latte came out as expected but we had to ask for our batch brews. Seems they forgot about those. Cream containers upstairs and down were all out and trying to get a hold of someone was difficult. A bit disappointing for a coffee spot. Coffee was ok. Meal was good. I had the white bean and sausage soup. It was packed with potatoes, beans and sausage. A very hearty soup with some nicely toasted sourdough. Wife had the tuna melt and it was very good. Burrito and crispy chicken were good. Unfortunately for me the star should be the coffee but it was not here.

Great Atmosphere, good food&service, what else does a great breakfast spot need? My first time here ...very impressed with the awesome service. For breakfast, I had the Adobo Breakfast Bowl, I'm not a breakfast person, but this bowl really hits the spot. The Adobo short ribs was delicious perfectly seasoned over Spanish rice and a choice of your egg. I had it over-easy topped with pickled onion ...perfect! my only complaint ...more please! The Cinnamon Roll was moist, perfectly sweetened and not overpowering with cinnamon. Love the coffee, so balanced and smooth. I will definitely stop by again for breakfast.

Amazing . The food , the staff , the vibe. It was all great. I got the breakfast sandwich with the bison sausage and it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches if not THE best i've ever had

Every time I visit Jackson and GTNP, I am excited to get a cup of coffee at snake river. Their coffee is the best in Jackson! I've tried some of the other coffee shops nearby, and none of them compare in quality or taste. Highly highly recommend!

Really wanted to love this cafe. The vibe is great and so are their latte options. We enjoyed the honey and flowers latte along with the strawberry cream donut (the filling was a little too sweet for my taste). You're also spoilt for choice by their fab pastry selection! It's the food where it sorta was meh. I got the Filipino breakfast bowl and my husband ordered the breakfast bowl. We were very excited to try these out because of some interesting ingredients and combinations but both were kinda underwhelming. The rice in the Filipino bowl was cold and hard and the only flavor in the bowl was the pickled papaya but they gave such a small portion of it that I had to request for more. The breakfast bowl had all the right ingredients but it didn't really come together. Overall, these bowls were expensive and the flavors didn't match up. Also service was kinda weird, they came to collect our bowls while we were still eating the last couple of bites and they waited by our table until we were done!

Right in the heart of The Square. We've just arrived to Jackson and found this place for brunch. It was very busy at 1:30pm. Latte with a little weak. Only tasted milk but the matcha latte was better. The menu offered lots of great sandwich options. We had the OG bison sauage and egg sandwich was delicious. The sauce really complimented the bison sauage. Both the wagu and fried chicken were delicious also. Moist wagu sandwich and crispy chicken sandwich. They also have a big selection of bake goods. We had the weekly special strawberry cream. My son was happy with it. The seating situation is a bit chaotic. You order on the counter and get a number and something bring you the food. It appears that all cafes works this way. I suggest decide what you want order then have someone look for seats in advance. We were very happy with our food. But waited to get seats.

One of the best coffee spots. They sell drinks, pastry, and proper meals. Other soft drinks are available and non coffee drinks too. Get coffee beans to go and make it at home. They'll grind it for you, as needed.

I frequent SRRC fairly often and generally, I am impressed with the offerings on the menu. I went in, not really sure what I wanted and was intrigued by the dark skies latte. In my opinion me it was not all that. I cannot really describe the flavor, but I was expecting more depth or more layers especially with the "sesame" that I'm used to adding some nuttiness or subtle sweetness. To me the latte was a little bit bitter and didn't have everything. I thought it would be. The service was still friendly and my barista got my order right like usual.

I walked past this coffee shop so many times while I was in the town square area and we finally stopped on our last morning but I wish we had stopped sooner. This place is aesthetic and has amazing donuts and coffee. I got an iced oat milk latte and my husband got a black coffee both were great. We also shared a vanilla sprinkle donut and it was delicious! They also have really cute cups and cups you can purchase as well!

Special: Matcha Yuzu (with some fizz; delicious!)

We were very surprised to find the line already went out the door! The line moved fast and boy you better be ready to order when you step up, because it is a fast moving, no messing around system. In addition there were at least three employees taking orders at the counter so the pastry case is extremely crowded and it's difficult to view what the options are. The employees weren't un-kind, but they there were no niceties like "good morning". They wanted to move you through the line quickly, so we didn't feel we could really peruse the pastries and so we skipped it and we just ordered a hot coffee and a large hot almond milk latte. People were already more than crowded inside waiting for their items so we stepped onto the patio. It was a chilly morning so the small fire pit was welcomed. For the giant crowd waiting we received our drinks within a reasonable time frame. They call names from inside behind the counter, so if you are not within 4 feet of the counter you will not hear them. We sat on the patio near the garden and the view was beautiful. My "large" latte was the same small size of my husband's drip coffee and both appeared to be around 12-14oz. Disappointing. The drip coffee was okay, but not worth returning for and my almond milk latte was also just okay. We maybe would have given Persephone another try, but in the end we chose to try the many other coffee/bakery shops in downtown. I'm not saying 'stay away', I'm just saying it's not as amazing as the hype. Other tips -look at the menu BEFORE you get in line, especially if it is buys -if you happen to snag an indoor seat realize there will be little to no privacy as the line will form right next to your table. -the birds outside are cute, friendly and will absolutely eat your food if you leave it unattended for even a moment - we saw a pack of small birds try to fly off with an entire egg croissant sandwich in the 1min the owner stepped inside for napkins. *don't worry, we stopped them

The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

The pub isn't on the Jackson town center, so that mitigates some traffic. Nonetheless the brewery was decently crowded. Fully menu service at the bar, upstairs or downstairs. Seating is first come, first served. Nice mix of tourists and regulars assembled for football, brews and lively socializing. Fun music playlist could still be heard despite the large TV screen. The space feels both contemporary yet a Jackson Hole institution. While the menu features pub food, I shortlisted a number of gourmet contenders. Ultimately the "slash and burn trout" was irresistible. You'll love this dish if you like a variety of colors, flavors and textures. I meant to 86 the fried leeks, but they added crispy fun to the tender fish, decadent pork belly, sweet corn & roasted tomatoes & fresh radish sprouts. This plate qualifies for culinary genius.

The menu has some really great, and healthy options! Even my hubby tried a salad and really liked it. The portions were filling too. The view from the top deck was mesmerizing. There is outdoor patio seatinf on the ground floor too and more seating inside than looks possible. The service was spot in. Iced tea stayed full and she came around just enough to check un amd not make us feel rushed. Definitely a must try spot while Jackson!

We had a nice experience here. We tried the David's chopped salad but switched the dressing with…read morethe beat salad (honey citrus vinaigrette) as it sounded really good. This was indeed a pro move. We also had the Faroe island salmon which, at $43 was too expensive, but was really good (in a previous menue picture I looked at it was $34). Finally, both my wife and I enjoyed the huckleberry cosmo. Our waiter did a good job of selling us on the desert. The brownie skillet with ice cream was a good reminder of how all deserts should come as a hot/cold pairing.

We sat down and were asked if we wanted the shades pulled down but we said we liked the light and enjoyed having them open. Shortly after that a group sat at the table next to us and the waitress closed the blinds completely without saying anything to us. If the light was in someone's eyes I totally support lowering them a bit but it was 4pm and if you're going to ask every table if they want them open or closed and you end up with two next to each other having opposing opinions then just ask if the other table minds ifs lowered partially or let them know what you're doing. Frustrating because we chose to eat here specifically for a view of the mountain. Secondly we asked our waitress for ranch and when she brought out our waters out she brought ketchup and said she'd be right back with the ranch. Our food then came and we asked the guy who brought it to bring some ranch but that never came. I wouldn't care much about it if the burger wasn't completely flavorless (which I'll touch on in a moment). Then we finally were able to get some ranch when the host walked by and he was great and brought it to us right away but having to ask 3 times for some ranch was frustrating. If this was all and the food was great, I'd let all this go BUT the burger (which we added bacon to) was completely flavorless. For a burger to have meat cheese and bacon and still taste like nothing is impressive. When the ranch finally came...it was awful. I've genuinely never met a ranch I didn't like until this one. It tasted like chemicals. Everyone at the table tried it and agreed. I didn't try the wings that others at table had so I can't comment on them myself but there weren't any good reviews from that side of the table either. I think this may just be a spot to grab a drink because it's tough to mess up a burger wings and ranch but this place managed to.
