The coffee and food were amazing! The staff were kind and helpful and very sweet. This is a must if you are in the area.

While the drive thru line was long, it moved fairly quickly. In addition to many beverage offerings, they also have numerous food option. My Bhakti Chai was wonderfully warm and hit the spot on this cold morning. It was a nice blend of black tea, lightly sweetened with cane sugar, spices and spicy ginger. Cowboy Coffee on 1007 South Highway 89 in Jackson, Wyoming is one of three cowboy locations in town. I was going for a walk and decided to grab a warm drink. I ordered a bhakti chai this ended up being one of the better chais I've had. It was warm spicy and a little bit creamy all of which are things I look for in a good chai. I use the walk up window which is located in the back of the building. when I approached, I saw that the lady who was manning both the drive-through and walk up window appeared to be looking at her phone and it took about 40 seconds for her to notice. I was standing there. but she was friendly and my chai latte came out in about 90 seconds so nothing to complain about there. There is outdoor seating available in back and out front on the lawn but there are no bathrooms or indoor seating available This is a convenient location for those traveling to and from south of town or going into GTNP for an early morning tour or expedition. read more

This is the perfect option for when you're heading out to catch the sunrise at the Tetons! They open early, have great customer service, and the service is speedy. We tried the breakfast empanada (wow 10/10), veggie burrito(8/10) and ham croissant(6/10) along with iced coffees! I love that they also have stickers for purchase even in the drive through, I'm a sucker for a lil memento to remember a trip. Def a great easy option! read more

Not Worth the Buzz This place came highly hyped on socials, but it fizzled fast. My salted caramel iced coffee tasted like plain ol' iced coffee--no salt, no caramel, no wow. Staff looked like they'd rather be anywhere else, and made sure we felt it. Cute spot, but the vibe and brew didn't live up to the likes. read more

Location was easy to access on a busy Sunday morning. Fast service and good coffee. Breakfast sandwiches were good.

we were very disappointed after looking forward to this for our entire 2-hour drive and even the weeks leading up to our visit. the service was fine just the coffee lacked the vanilla flavor and the mocha flavor. the cups were cute but unfortunately we make better coffee at home with our keurig. read more

After I placed my order, I was asked if I would like to leave a 15% or 18% tip. I responded, "no thank you" (it's a drive-thru...) Today, I checked my credit card and they added the 18% tip to my purchase anyway! There was an extra few dollars from the original charge notification on my credit card, which equated to exactly 18% of the purchase amount. I got an energy drink and a breakfast sandwich, and they were both okay. I'd recommend going elsewhere. read more

Since giving a 1 star I wanted to, in detail, explain. I wanted this to be a 5 star but unfortunately events as of late... 1 star and lower if I could. Background... I was a VERY loyal customer. Went to cowboy every single day for months. MONTHS. Hell, with just my business alone it probably paid a month of rent LOL! Situation: I have a bad food sensitivity to bananas... I would always order an Island Time Smoothie... instead of banana I would ask if they would replace that with strawberries. They did, they honored that. For months they did it. I would go every single day for lunch. And was so stoked that they did that for me. Then one day they randomly stopped. Quite rude about it.. Said they couldn't do smoothies special anymore. "It was just too much work" So fine, I went to the town location... same thing happened there... So I talked with one of the employees in private to get the run down on the real reason why.. employee: "They don't care about building rapport with customers, they would dread anytime you came in because it would take extra time to switch fruits...." LAZY. "They also didn't like you at all because you didn't tip every-time..." Mind you I went every single day for MONTHS... sorry I didn't tip every time. Shits expensive. Also, it's a drive threw. However, I do tip 20% to every restaurant I will ever go to. The employee went on to say how shitty of a company it was and how they get annoyed anytime there is a request to change an order... and SO MUCH more that I'm not going to repeat. Basically all negative very negative things. I felt so singled out (I was) and call me sensitive... but my feelings were hurt for weeks. I was always so kind and thankful to them. If you're still reading, thanks for listening. This town is small. I love to support local and be loyal to local restaurants. I have great relationships with my other local restaurants I often frequent and I'm thankful for that. Do better, Cowboy. Local customers should be priority. Word spreads fast. read more

Place sucks! Gave me a half cup on a large coffee. Because of the line of walk up customers and rive thru,the office is right in the building. I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves one. I was so excited to try this spot, their menu looks amazing, cute vibe. My initial experience was fine, we waited in the drive-thru line. My issue started when I realized I got the wrong drink. There are two kinds of Chai, I asked for one but the label in my drink said the other. When we turned around to get the right one I was met with zero politeness, zero customer service. I've worked in restaurants for years so I completely understand mishearing or misfiring something. I waited patiently for my fixed drink and when it was ready, the woman in the back practically glared when she put my coffee down. Coffee is delicious but don't come here if you don't want to feel like an inconvenience when the staff makes a mistake. read more

I really love having the option to support a local business rather than another megachain such as Starbucks. Their premade foods such as the veggie burrito and chickpea wrap are consistently good and super convenient for a quick grab-and-go. Great coffees and smoothies! The only thing that has been disappointing is the hot teas. Each time I have gotten a tea -- Divinity Chai, Bhakati Chai, London Fog -- they have been super weak.
