An awesome spot that is a walk away from your home, or Airbnb, that I would definitely recommend picking up some pastries either to-go or to eat in. Very pretty decor inside with accessories that you can buy. Nice place to sit and eat, not sure how suitable it is for working but you could probably do it with some noise cancelling headphones. I would definitely get the Nutella banana bread, and chocolate chip cookie again. The almond croissant was good but the Nutella Banana Bread was very memorable. Their tea is good as well! read more

Best breakfast spot super close to Teton Village. Mimosas were phenomenal. Just the right amount of orange juice for some delicious champagne. Must get the yogurt and granola parfait! Walking around Jackson square and came upon Persephone Bakery. It's a cute, little bakery serving cookies, baked goods, salads, sandwiches, pastries. Everything looked too good to eat! I purchased 4 bags of cookies and ate the whole bag of raspberry cookies that night. Too delicious to put down! They have several locations in Jackson as well as wholesale. For those who don't wanna travel all the way to Jackson they also have an online store you can order from. Yum! read more

This establishment doesn't need anymore good press because it is so popular but I wish to rave about it too. The place is charming inside and out. Pastries were nicely balanced - not too rich nor too sweet. If you happen to select a pastry that was too sweet, wash it down with plain black coffee or tea. Staff were commendable. We came here quite a bit for breakfast and pastries. The pastries were great. This bakery gets very busy but is is worth signing up for the rewards program. The food is pricey. Very disappointed with take out. We asked for "no sauce" on a bacon, egg, gruyere cheese sandwich. Received sandwich with bacon and egg only. WHY ORDER A BACON EGG AND CHEESE THEN ? With service fee, tax, and tip, you'd expect better service and people who understand online orders. We clicked no sauce, so why was cheese excluded??? Place was 50% full with 6 (!) Everybody needs a little French bakery in their life. When we travel to Jackson, ours is Persephone! Everything is made fresh and there are so many excellent options. We love to stop by for a little treat in the mid afternoon or for a late lunch. You have to try the hot chocolate with homemade marshmallows. You'll never look in a marshmallow the same way again! Not sure if I came to Jackson Hole for the skiing or this bakery. We tried the brownie (not too sweet, which we liked!), cinnamon brioche, almond croissant (so so flaky), spinach feta croissant (popping with flavor), pumpkin maple bread, and maple pecan cranberry scone. I'm in love with their maple icing - I need the recipe. We ate here every morning during our trip but would have gladly eaten all this deliciousness in one sitting. We went to the Wilson location (had the black and white hexagonal floor tiles in some of the pictures) two days in a row (if it's awesome, why go anywhere else?), ordering the Smoked Trout and Avocado Bowl and the Eggs Florentine both times (trading entrees the next day). We eat mostly low carb and so these were perfect menu options for us. Coffee not strong by San Francisco standards, but we came for the food and am rating for the food. If you have a nut allergy, watch out! Some of the breakfast entrees contain duqqa, which you probably already know if you've lived this long, is an Egyptian spice blend that contains nuts (usually hazelnuts if you need that for the coroner's report). Except that there's no mention of nuts or duqqa on the menu, and when you order "Eggs Florentine" you probably have your guard down. When this happened to me, the server whisked the nut-covered entree away to the underworld faster than you can say....oh what was her name, that lady from Greek mythology?...and cheerfully replaced my order without the deadly duqqa, and the nutless Eggs Florentine was delicious. Please, Persephone, update your menu so it shows which items contain nuts! We love your food and want to keep living to enjoy it and not go to waste. read more

This newer location has more seating. If you're in a rush, I recommend ordering via their app ahead of time. read more

Super cute bakery/cafe! My wife loved the coffee; the kids loved the pastries (huckleberry croissant and chocolate croissant), and I tried the cheese/pepper scone (nice salty. treat). We went back another afternoon to try to get some pastries to eat for breakfast the morning we were leaving Jackson, but they had sold out for the day--lesson learned: get there early if you want something for the next day b/c they likely won't have anything if you go the afternoon/evening before. Wow!! This bakery is a must on your trip to Jackson Hole. A must, every day if your vacation. As a James Beard finalist, this bakery is head above shoulders any bakery you've been to outside of Europe. Their fresh baked pastries are all to die for. The quiche Lorraine is out of this world. The coffee is delicious and made to perfection. We ordered sandwiches to go, one Turkey and one Ham, and they were equally delicious. Ambiance and indoor seating is beautiful. We went around lunchtime on a Saturday and there was ample seating. The bread pudding French toast (4.5/5) includes a unique passionfruit infusion and was delicious. Note that it has a bread pudding texture, not a traditional French toast texture. The fries (2/5) were slightly overdone and nothing special. The lavender lemon pound cake from the bakery (4/5) was very good. I never had anything like it. We also an espresso and latte. Very cute trendy spot. Great spot for a quick breakfast. We stopped here before going to YellowStone for the day. All of the food was very tasty and the coffee was very flavorful and well made. My only qualms were that we had to ask for silverware twice as it wasn't brought out with our food and my basic breakfast was cold when i got it. Even with the dish being cold everything was delicious and everyone enjoyed their meal greatly. Would definitely visit again. read more

We are incredibly pretentious about our coffee LOL connoisseur's in a sense, if I may. As Chicago natives we are really big fans of intelligentsia coffee. This lovely establishment brews it here. We have learned that the owner is a Chicago native and takes his coffee very seriously. The bakery items are absolutely delicious as are all the coffee bar items. We came here multiple times a day in our four-day stay in Jackson hole. Both locations do not disappoint. There is an app to order in advance as at peak times it can be very busy! The brownie was pretty good and heard some other baked goods were delicious from other people in my group. My iced matcha was overpriced and honestly tasted like nothing. Mmmm good. I don't typically enjoy eating at places that have more gluten free items than those with gluten but choices were limited in the Wilson area. The coffee was amazing. The iced tea was possibly the best I have ever had and between muffins, breakfast sandwiches and cookies everything was very good. The price:i think is just right. No complaints. We fed 4 of us incljding bread, cookies, drinks and food for $60ish The staff: all very patient, friendly and nice. Location:you will have to park on the street but the walk from anywhere,really, is not very far. If you care bout COVID and regulations well, there's not much social distan ing since it is a small place. The food itself. AMAZING and it held me until dinner time.
