Her expression stayed cold the entire time, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. To top it off, it took nearly five minutes just to get a basic receipt, with no explanation or acknowledgment. And that's the thing about customer service -- it shapes the entire experience. A café can have great coffee, appealing food, and a beautiful interior, but when the first interaction feels distant and unwelcoming, it overshadows everything else. Staff members are the face of a business, and when customers leave feeling ignored or unwanted, it leaves a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. I ordered the ham and cheese croissant and it was bigger than I expected. The ham had a sweetness to it -- I think it was honey ham. Overall, the ham and cheese croissant was sweet and savory. But it was like barely flavorful, I actually added a pack of sugar later to try to add some flavor but it was not enough to salvage it. Because everything in the national parks were closed, if you're going to be in the park all day you must bring your own food. We ordered their sandwiches for one of our Yellowstone trips.
