The Caramel Marshmallow Fudge gives my tastebuds meaning. I'm not a gift person, but when a pound of fudge was delivered to my doorstep as a gift by my wife, nothing else mattered. Make sure you check their hours because I almost missed them one time while in town because they closed earlier than I thought. They thought they could out-weasel a fudge weasel. Great little candy store - scratch that, so much more than candy! You're greeted as you walk in by either the smell of freshly poured fudge or caramel popcorn. Both tantalizing aromas. Then as you look around it's like your childhood dreams have come true. Barrels upon barrels of taffy, old fashioned candies, buckets of jelly beans or gummy candies or chocolates. Shelves of local products beyond just the sweet tooth. At the front is the counter lined with chocolates and fudges. They also offer the caramel popcorn, regular popcorn, cotton candy, drinks, etc. Then add on that the owners are super friendly and great to chat with, as well as help you out (and offer you some fresh fudge they just poured...) I had heard really good things about this place, but turns out it was not as good as it seemed. I was greeted with a good selection of candy, the store itself wasn't what ruined my experience. It was the employees that had me walking out wondering why I even gave them my time. After I walk in I was looking at the spicy gummy bears, and she automatically assumed I was under 18 and refused to sell them to me so I decided to put it back and keep browsing, no more than two minutes later she confronted at me almost yelling at me, assuming that I had stolen something. I would never do that especially to a small business so I was very offended by the rude tone. She was taking to me. I don't know if it's part of Wyoming's redneck culture, but she came off very rude and aggressive. She was an older lady, and I was very offended by the attitude she took with me. I will never be taking my business there again, she ruined the experience for me, and I walked out empty-handed solely because of the employees, everything there looked great. read more

This is a candy shop tucked back in a bit of corner, but it is worth visiting because they have some of the best fudge I have ever had. Too often, when buying fudge, the fudge is grainy and not berry good. The fudge here, for me, was very flavorful and not grainy at all. It was smooth and rich tasting. Great little shop! The kettle corn is cheap and you can get a small portion--great for a snack to fulfill your sweet tooth but not have to buy a big bag that you won't finish. We got a bag of chocolate covered pretzels too and they were really great! Fun place for kiddos to get to pick something out but s be affordable. read more

Fun little candy-shop in Jackson square! We stopped in for some post-lunch sugar, and sugar for the long rides in Yellowstone. Picked up some candy (of which they had a fair assortment, including some old-time stuff) as well as some fudge! The place is large and bright, and very clean. We enjoyed looking around. And loved the signs on the wall (my son picked up a couple of those, as well, for his room). Fudge was decent. Prices fair. Owner and young employees were both very friendly. read more

I always have to stop at Yippy I O for their fudge. It's always fresh and delicious. I typically get the rocky road for my dad and the peanut butter chocolate for myself. It's $14/lb but you really only need to get 1/4 to 1/2 pound of it. They also have tons of other treats and candies. It's especially fun for kids to pick out some treats... they can get a little baggy and mix and matxh. And you might even find some old favorites that you haven't seen since you were a kid. read more

Highly seductive store!!! Strolling around downtown Jackson Hole is this little Gem of a candy store making all kinds of candies and fudge. My pilot partner in crime and I caved into the temptation..........What an outstanding product!!! This candy shop is huuuge with insane variety. They have more types of salt water taffy than I have ever seen. Additionally, they have many flavors of fudge and fresh made caramel corn. I couldn't resist, I got a caramel corn (the smell of popcorn was wafting through the store, ok?), a small slice of salted caramel fudge and a small slice of espresso fudge. The corn was fresh with the perfect balance of sweet and salty.... the espresso fudge outshined the caramel, with deep coffee notes.... so yummy. Anyway, if you are nearby and have a sweet tooth, make sure to stop here. read more

I have a huge soft spot for Yippy I-O. Three walls are lined with buckets filled with candy, there are barrels of it in the center, buckets stacked ready to load up your goods in, a counter full of seriously good fudge, a bewilderment of jelly-beans - candy Legos, for pity's sake! This is an annual stop for stocking stuffers and just enjoying the time warp and sugar buzz. Someone below mentioned that at least one product was pricier than elsewhere - I haven't checked, but I've found their prices reasonable; you can do some damage with $5 or $10! And even if the prices are higher than other souvenir joints, you get FAR better selection here and a very fun wander. To families vacationing in Jackson let me say - you'll get great bang for your buck here if you consider that your kids will LOVE this place, and will gleefully remember it as an awesome part of your trip. We went to Yippie I-O Candy and got some terrific huckleberry fudge, among other goodies for the family and office. It was huckleberry city, as you can imagine. From pancake mixes to huckleberry covered espresso beans, they use the little fruit in everything. I only subtracted a star for the service, the girl behind the fudge counter was plenty grumpy and was very dismissive when I asked her what she recommended. read more

Really friendly workers here who helped my wife pick out some "sours" candies. The place has a wide selection of candies and also smells great. We also got some homemade fudge (peanut butter and mint chocolate). The peanut butter was better of the two (the mint was too minty for our tastes), but the real winner here was the sours. Totally reminded me of the old-fashioned candy stores I'd find as a kid. Barrels of every flavor of salt water taffy, and a bunch of other quirky candies. I got a hard ginger candy, a sour cherry bomb hard candy and dark chocolate huckleberry truffle type thing. The various types of fudge looked soooo good, but you gotta draw the line somewhere. If you ever went to Knott's Berry Farm in the early 80's, that's the vibe here. read more

They have old fashion candy, taffy, homemade fudge, caramel, popcorn etc. but we left simply because of her attitude. Employees can certainly ruin a business! read more

Super friendly staff and following covid protocol making out of town visitors feel safe. One of the sales associates even reminded a patron to put their mask on correctly so they could assist and that just blew me away! Kudos for being responsible and love the fact that no item on the shop floor is exposed, all loose candy items are in sealed bags for less risk. read more

Hey it's an old timey candy shoppe off the Jackson town square. Every respectable tourist town needs at least one old timey candy shop- that goes double for tourist towns in the west. What is it about vaca and buying bulk amounts of candy? I walk by candy stores every other day in San Diego and never bite, but set me town in western town x and I turn into a candy buying fool. read more

Wow what a disappointment this shop was. We got about 20 dollars in chocolate and had to throw away half of it bc it was so rock hard we couldn't eat it. We're never greeted when we walked in either. We sat there waiting till someone finally asked us if we needed anything, totally not interested in helping us. If you want some great chocolate go to the Moos ice cream shop, there chocolates were great and service was way better there. read more

I'm not even a fudge fan, yet I found their varieties dangerously delicious! Stop in for a free sample, and you'll leave with packages of happiness! The raspberry was my favorite, and the toffee had an odd, almost alcohol-ish taste to it. It wouldn't stop me from returning though; I'd just try some more flavors! read more
