A fun store in the heart of downtown Jackson along with a few other shops, galleries, a jeweler, and a sweets place. Made had a little bit of everything such as tea towels, soaps, lotions, jewelry, handmade cards, key chains, trinkets. These were not your everyday trinkets but nicely made items. Nice staff. No masks needed. Street and lot parking was a challenge. Nevertheless it is a great area to walk around, enjoy the sights and maybe an ice cream.

STICKERS!

Fantastic bohemian-chic boutique in the heart of Jackson, with nearly everything cute thing your (wife's) heart could desire. Gorgeous displays, and more stickers than would fit on the tailgate of a parking lot full of late-2000s Subarus. Pro-Tip: Sign-in with your phone and get a coupon. Pickup some bacon with those savings!

Cute store, full of clothes and jewelry- loved the necklace and earring selection…read more Let me just start with... I worked in retail for 8 years... 2 young high school or college students were working here today. I was greeted by a quite hello and then just stared at. I gathered about 5 things to try on...after about 15 mins of holding my items one of the girls asked if I wanted a fitting room. While I was trying things on I really needed another size in a jacket and definitely would have purchased it however, no one came by to ask me about sizes, how I was doing etc. I went back to the rack with the jacket to see if they did in fact have the jacket in another size but had no luck. I think the customer service in this store, especially with the location needs a bit of work.

If I could give 6 stars I would! I was visiting from Oklahoma this past week and LOVED this…read moreboutique! There were 3 young gorgeous girls working and I was blown away by there customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, asked if I needed help, and had a great conversation at the register. I peeked out of the fitting room to ask for help and they were eager to assist. Accentuate had a wide variety of clothing, shoes, accessories, and even jewelry! I was amazed by the quality and reasonable pricing. I just had to show my friends this store because it's definitely my new go to place. My personal favorite was the jeans, there was a large collection of styles, washes, and sizes. I would recommend this store to anyone in Jackson looking for a place to shop. I'm looking forward to going back!

We had been buying Pendleton products at the Old Faithful gift shops, such as the bison coaster…read morerugs, and thought the products were of high quality and cute. We wanted to buy a set of Indian art inspired coffee mugs and T-shirts, so we were really excited to find this big Pendleton store in town. But this store was not welcoming. There were only one staff at this large but narrow store. This staff was an old white woman, wearing a whitish cowboy hat on this day. We crossed her twice, closely, when we entered and exited the store. The store has very narrow walkways, she looked at us with unfriendly face as to say; what the hell are you doing here. No greetings or a smile, just mean stares! The second time when we cross her again on the way out, she looked at us with side eyes again, seems annoyed. This was unfortunate and abnormal, as we have been to many other stores in town. Everyone was friendly, greeted us and tried to help. Do not go here unless you want to be treated with a bad attitude. Management, if you care, we were at this store on Aug 30, 2024, around 10:30am.

Unhelpful Judgemental Unkind He mumbled an unnecessary remark under his breath and looked shocked when I looked back and stared at him so he knew I was not intimidated by his words. Very odd and unnecessary interaction in a retail environment He is a surprise to me as this store has always hired kind, knowledgeable retail clerks and managers. Owners, Let me know when he is gone so I can resume my Pendleton shopping.

Luckily, for me, I didn't have to shop any more after this because JD High Country Outfitters had a large selection of women's shoes and I found two pairs I actually liked a lot. I thought the pricing was fair for the area and the high end nature of the shoes. I bought a pair of Sorrel waterproof sneakers for $120. They were marked up about $35 more than Sorrel's website which is about normal for retailers like this. The only real problem I had was with the service here. I tried my best to not get mad but I was fuming by the end of this experience. I'll try to give them some grace and say that maybe I wasn't forward enough in pushing other people out of the way to get them to bring me shoes from downstairs but a place with great customer service wouldn't need that. I also can say well, they were young men, who didn't seem to care about their jobs but again, why work here if you don't want to help people.

Well, what can I say more about JD High Country Outfitters!!!…read moreI was walking around Jackson, trying not to buy anything which I did a great job of and not even eating in the restaurants. I really saved a lot of money keeping it simple because I only came here to camp, fish and hike anyway. But when I saw JD high country outfitters, I had to walk in because I love stores that cater to the hiking, fishing, camping outdoors supplies. As soon as I walked in the young man behind the counter was very smart. He said hey we're having a half off sale on socks. And I was looking for sox specifically. I passed so many stores in Jackson that had little cheap souvenir socks all charging around the same price $12-$14 and the really good socks were more but not that special and all the same . When I walked in here, they had the wonderful brand that I bought before which is a good hiking brand, thick well-made socks made in the USA thank goodness and they were HALF PRICE!!! I proceeded to buy eight pairs of socks. It was totally worth it. I couldn't believe I was so lucky to find them. I will be stocked up forever with good quality socks. In the winter, I wear pure wool socks that I knit myself but the rest of the year and for hiking, I use good well-made quality hiking socks, which they had. I also want to mention that the store was stocked. It was in excellent condition and they had high end items, beautiful items that I buy here and there as I can afford them, but so worth it. Upstairs, they had a whole gun store with ammunition, binoculars, knives and fishing rods, and all sorts of fishing and hunting supply. Downstairs they had your typical camp and hike items. They even had a rack of Patagonia jackets on sale which I could not believe. I just knew I could not buy more stuff right now. And I had two jackets But they had $200 Patagonia jackets marked off 30% to 70%. I also want to give out a shout to the really nice lady that was working in the shoe department who had I believe short strawberry blonde hair she was so nice and she helped me with the socks while she was helping people with shoes and sandals. She is a benefit to have you always want great employees like that and I want to just say that her and the guy behind the counter in the front were really great. I think the guy behind the counter in the front was brunette and very helpful. Lastly, I love the large paper bag that they gave me with their insignia on it. It's so well-made. I am now using it to store my early winter kitling next to my fireplace here in Oregon. Thanks for being such a great store. I really enjoyed my visit there.
