This is certainly the case with Andrea. She took the time to do a knowledge transfer regarding the nearby waters and walked me through selecting flies whilst patiently answering my questions regarding techniques. An unfortunate event abruptly ended my trip and I left Wyoming having never wetted the line. Andrea's professionalism was a bright spot in my visit and I'll be sure to return to this Orvis when I get back to Jackson.
