As I was back home at this point, I experienced remote customer service which was very professional and prompt. I bought the earrings, they were carefully and quickly shipped to me and within a week of receiving the earrings I had a printed appraisal (for insurance) in hand. I appreciated that the store wasn't overwhelming with so many choices - I was able to look at the selection, try a few things on and receive good support.

There are also quite a few entrances/exits, which seemed odd for shoplifting reasons but I appreciated being able to walk out onto a different side of the street. I will say that stuff was super pricey in here, but if it is mostly hand made by artists, I understand. I also live in an overpriced tourist city, so I understand the mark up. I will say that I thought the staff was a bit aloof. Like they didn't care to answer any questions or make any conversation, or even say hello. That was fine. I like being left alone when I shop anyway. Aloof is fine but rudeness isn't. When we left one of the employees was super rude and slammed the door on us (someone else had left it open and she thought it was us so she said something and slammed the door) so that left a bad taste in my mouth but I will say this store is still pretty cute and I'd come back.

I gathered about 5 things to try on...after about 15 mins of holding my items one of the girls asked if I wanted a fitting room. While I was trying things on I really needed another size in a jacket and definitely would have purchased it however, no one came by to ask me about sizes, how I was doing etc. I went back to the rack with the jacket to see if they did in fact have the jacket in another size but had no luck. I think the customer service in this store, especially with the location needs a bit of work.
