I kept seeing some beautiful gold leaf and diamond earrings pop up in social media posts but I could not find them on the website. I sent a message to inquire about them and the cost. Casey got back to me via text and also sent a few other styles. I ended up purchasing a beautiful gold & diamond wheat stem pendant necklace. We have wheat farmers in our family and I used wheat in the floral arrangements for our wedding, so this will be a very special piece! I cannot wait to receive it and wear it! read more

I was looking to purchase a simple, understated ring for my right hand. I saw a Teton outline ring at another store, and my daughter suggested that we visit Jackson Hole Jewelry to purchase. Casey was super helpful, and I fell in love with the Teton Sunset outline ring. We also got the mini cowboy boot earrings as a gift for my daughter. The next day, I decided that the ring we had purchased was too large, so we went back. The person we encountered (I didn't catch her name) was very helpful and helped me select a better size, no problem. I'm already plotting to add to my stack. read more

We were so pleased with the excellent help we received from Cristina Malairau and Jorge Elvir on Saturday January 18, 2025. Cristina took the time to listen to my design interests and added additional ideas to enhance the design now and in the future. Jorge made sure we were satisfied with our choices and service and added additional suggestions. We loved our experience in this boutique setting and will be returning not only to enhance the Teton Stacking ring we purchased but to purchase additional items. Sherri and Robert Zombro read more

Purchased Teton infinity ring in white gold. Quality is excellent, and design is lovely but too small to be noteworthy or recognizable as Grand Teton. If you want this ring to be your little secret, it's perfect. read more

Every time I've walked past JH Jewelry in Wyoming, I've always been too intimidated to go in. My husband & I are both successful but in my mind, oh the little girl that grew up in a tiny trailer park canton wear something that extravagant & beautiful!! When my husband & I were there in January, we walked in & greeted with warm genuine smiles. Casey helped us & even cleaned my wedding band set while I looked at the mountain rings! The team at Jackson Hole Jewelry are always so helpful. My wife loved her Teton band. It was a beautiful addition to her set.

I purchased the 399 ring in yellow gold. I was torn between the rose and yellow gold, and also the 2 designs of 399. Jackson Hole Jewelry went above and beyond with helping me by sending pictures of various designs of the stacking rings because I am out of state. I cannot say enough. I encourage you to reach out for any jewelry/Teton inspired jewelry you want. In addition a portion of online orders go to non- profits. read more

This place is just the best. No matter what you're looking for, the team at JHJC will help you out. The Teton stacking rings were my "gateway drug" and now my wish list is getting far too long at this point! bought my wedding band from here since we wanted to buy them at a place that meant a lot to us. I have had several diamonds fall out of my ring ands have had to replace 4 others. very disappointing and sad. the customer service from the manager waa disappointing and he blamed the damages on other people and did or said nothing to help or acknowledge the disappointment. never will go back. I understand things happen but the level of respect from him was so low. read more

I'm so upset to write this, I live in the valley and have sent so many people to this jeweler for their "Teton" necklace. I have spent thousands here over the years and I referred so much more. I came in today with my husband asking for them to fix a clasp on one of my simple necklaces they sold me. We were ALSO shopping for a Christmas gift for me... I explained to the gal that I was a regular and loved the store and asked about repairing the necklace. She informed me they would have to charge me 40-50 dollars to fix it and it would take 3-4 weeks. Any other regular Jeweler would fix something like that free of charge . It wasn't about the money it was the complete lack of regard for regular local customers that upset me. In the future I will take my business elsewhere. Apparently everyone is making too much money these days and doesn't care to take care of their customers of 10+ years. read more

I visited Jackson, Wyoming in March and I stopped in to Jackson Hole Jewelry Company. I had actually been eyeing their Grand Teton jewelry collection online prior to my trip. When I entered the store I was welcomed warmly by all the employees working that day. I imagine that they are extremely familiar with out of town shoppers stopping in. They were non judgmental, even when I let them know that I was not planning on making a purchase that day. I just wanted to see the items in The Grand Teton collection in person. They were more than happy to show me all the pieces. They also cleaned some of my jewelry while I was looking. I let them know that my plan was to make a jewelry purchase within the next year for my wedding day. They took the time find the ring I was really interested in, in my size so I could try it on and be sure. I was so appreciative of all their help when they knew it would not equal a sale that day. I also loved everything in the collection. Fast forward 7 mo, I pulled the trigger and made my ring purchase online. The check out process online was simple and quick. My order arrived earlier than quoted in Ohio. I was so excited to get the package. When I started to open it I was struck by the attention to detail that The Jackson Hole Jewelry Company put into even their small item jewelry shipments. You would have thought I bought a really expensive ring. I was impressed by the presentation and packaging, but I was truly wow'ed by my ring. It is perfect. If you happen to be a lover of The Grand Tetons and jewelry, check out Jackson Hole Jewelry Company. They will take phenomenal care of you, just like they did with me. read more

This place has top notch customer service (and gorgeous pieces)! Zach and his staff were incredibly kind. My fiancée and I just got engaged in Jackson and the ring was too big. I wanted to wear it as soon as possible so we went to the first jeweler we saw in Jackson. They told us that the soonest they could get our ring resized would be in 2 weeks! Disappointed, we decided to get it resized once we got back to New York, then while casually passing by Jackson hole jewelers, we decided to pop in and ask them as well. Despite the busy season, they agreed to size our ring within 2 hours! We were blown away by their kindness and willingness to help us out. It was really special for me to be able to wear the ring out. I'm so grateful to the staff at Jackson hole jewelry Co! read more

While researching our planned trip to Jackson I seen an ad in the Wyoming visitor guide and my interest was sparked regarding the Teton rings this business was marketing. While walking the streets I seen the business and remembered the ad. My wife and I went in, told them about the ad and the were the most helpful, patient ladies. They helped my wife select her ring (our 44th anniversary) and she was ecstatic. I cannot say enough about the store and staff. My wife liked it much better than a T shirt! We have returned home to St. Louis and all her friends rave about this unique gift. thank you ladies. read more
