We sat down and were asked if we wanted the shades pulled down but we said we liked the light and enjoyed having them open. Shortly after that a group sat at the table next to us and the waitress closed the blinds completely without saying anything to us. If the light was in someone's eyes I totally support lowering them a bit but it was 4pm and if you're going to ask every table if they want them open or closed and you end up with two next to each other having opposing opinions then just ask if the other table minds ifs lowered partially or let them know what you're doing. Frustrating because we chose to eat here specifically for a view of the mountain. Secondly we asked our waitress for ranch and when she brought out our waters out she brought ketchup and said she'd be right back with the ranch. Our food then came and we asked the guy who brought it to bring some ranch but that never came. I wouldn't care much about it if the burger wasn't completely flavorless (which I'll touch on in a moment). Then we finally were able to get some ranch when the host walked by and he was great and brought it to us right away but having to ask 3 times for some ranch was frustrating. If this was all and the food was great, I'd let all this go BUT the burger (which we added bacon to) was completely flavorless. For a burger to have meat cheese and bacon and still taste like nothing is impressive. When the ranch finally came...it was awful. I've genuinely never met a ranch I didn't like until this one. It tasted like chemicals. Everyone at the table tried it and agreed. I didn't try the wings that others at table had so I can't comment on them myself but there weren't any good reviews from that side of the table either. I think this may just be a spot to grab a drink because it's tough to mess up a burger wings and ranch but this place managed to.

We stopped in with a local friend who knew the folks owning and working here and ordered tons of items for us to try. We didn't try a sushi roll unfortunately, but it's just bc we had ordered so much already! We tried the beet salad, the ribs (delicious but a bit spicy), the tempura veggies which were SO good and fresh and crispy and only lightly breaded, the broccolini, edamame and the dumplings. So we really had almost everything we could except sushi. All was great and my husband, who is a big fan of pork dumplings, loved these a lot. He raved about them all the rest of the night. For dessert - I was torn between a few things but went with the standard homemade chocolate cheesecake and it was delicious. The crust was a sort of coconut deliciousness that I especially loved. Service was great and the inside is small, but very classy. Highly recommend if you are a sushi fan. Believe the owner is from Hawaii so there is a Hawaiian influence to the food.

I arrived around 7:30pm. Just because your establishment is the one in miles, doesn't give you the right to be unprofessional and rude. [Customer Service = RUDE & LONG WAIT] I entered and stood a good amount away from the register to glance at the menu. It is different from the ones I know, so be careful of the combo numbers. I stood there for less than 2 mins, to then have the girl at the register dart her eyes at me, saying in a short, quick, and rude overtone of "Are you ready to order?" with a thick Spanish accent [the accent I didn't mind - the rude attitude did]. I said I needed another moment to look. She said, "are you ready? just say the numbers" pointing at the menu behind her. I hesitantly went towards the register asking for a double cheeseburger, but more loudly and short, she said, "What's the combo number?" She made me feel really terrible that I took a moment to order. She didn't even ask if I wanted it to go or eat in. I'll cut to the chase, the employee at the register was very rude, impatient, and made me feel like a major inconvenience. After I ordered, she made my blizzard immediately; I asked for it when my food arrived. She then spoke in Spanish with all the other employees. Besides the rude attitude and feeling like an inconvenience, what bothered me is that she continuously was **COUGHING** as she made blizzards! Gross! Where is her food handler card?! I watched her the whole time - she never washed her hands in the 25 mins I was waiting for my food. By the way, at this point, I was half way into my melted blizzard. The other employee at the register was on his smartphone the whole time! The same employee didn't honor the blizzard policy with me but proceeded to do it for another customer. A different employee got my burgers on a tray to eat in, I asked for it to go. I told that to this other employee. She then gave me this fake nice tone, but her face was written with "wow that's ANNOYING" all over it. [Food] 2 Double cheeseburgers, small fries, and a small blizzard = 25 min wait.. Cheeseburgers looked like someone just threw them in a box. Blizzard was practically melted when handed to me - the employee did NOT honor blizzard policy - but did the policy (blizzard being upside down) for others. [Interior]If you have the opportunity to wait to order or for your order, there is a TV featuring documentaries about the locals and the area. The establishment has western historical pictures framed on the walls and a beautiful fireplace. [Overall] I am sad to say I will probably NEVER come back! This was the worst dairy queen customer experience and quality I have ever had in my life!

The location is just a block off the main square with the Wort Hotel just across the street and some art galleries which is a great place while roaming. I recommend if you are looking for a unique dessert with coffee! The French Dessert/patisserie has a variety of goods--not all shown. On the far left there is flavored chocolates (bonbons?) with a range of flavors (when I went) from Huckleberry + Vanilla, tea, etc. it looked like you had to buy a minimum box of 6 for 24$ but I could be incorrect on that. Next case had a variety of desserts, which is where the huckleberry chocolate out of (abt 9$). They do run out of pastries as the day goes on so something specific from yelp might not be in there. Next case has about 10 flavored of gelato. The following case has savory pastries like feta cheese-mushroom or ham croissants in addition to sweeter goods like croissants and cookies. There is indoor seating (about four two tops), a bench outside, and takeaway pastry or chocolate boxes if to go. When I walked in it was pretty crowded but the service was efficient. Luckily there was enough space for me to dine-in with a comfy spot against the wall. (Note: The other side of the table had soft and wide stools but with no back). (Note #2: When eating in you get ceramic plate + silverware with a plastic cup for cold drinks; there is a little station near the entrance for trash and plates). The chocolate-Huckleberry dessert was delicious. It had chocolate roses (with texture!!!) on top and a marbled silver-purple chocolate surrounding the cake and huckleberry filling. Very beautiful and I really enjoyed the sweet but also tart huckleberry with the chocolate. It was a bit of a mess to eat but I am more than okay with that! I would recommend it! I was able to get the feta-something-mushroom croissant warmed for lunch, which was pretty tasty. Nice flakiness and the middle with the filling was a nice mix. If you are stopping for lunch/breakfast and want something a little more substantial to your meal/snake then I recommend. They also had a ham-something-Jalapeño but I wasn't sure on how strong the pepper would be. Lastly, I had a matcha latte. It can come in a variety of sizes and I believe with the option of cold or hot. It was good-decent but not my favorite matcha-- the flavors were more milk heavy. But that is likely just my current preference--some places I have gone recently have it stronger and some have it sweeter; so take it as you will. It did have the nice crushable ice which I munched on with the concentrated matcha at the end though. As for the drink menu they had more non-coffee options like hot chocolate, turmeric latte, etc along with (what is maybe standard? coffees---don't drink them) like cappuccinos, mochas, etc. along with drip and affogatos.
