The employee making the coffee appeared to have very little experience, and the quality of the coffee reflected that lack of training. One suggestion would be to ensure that all staff members receive the same training and follow a consistent process for preparing drip coffee. Consistency is important, especially when customers return expecting the same great experience they had before.

One of our favorite breakfasts while in the Victor/Driggs area and a much more reasonable cost than in the Jackson area. Seems very community-oriented with live music on Saturdays during the summer.
