Pointing to a specific area of the store and her answer was "not everything you have is from there", what a bad answer, I said "I know Im just asking if everything there is 6 dollars?" and then she left is ridiculous Im obviously never going back to this specific location since its more than obvious she insinuated that I was trying to trick or scam them or whatever the word is, when I asked such a simple question. I should also clarify that the girl who charged me for my transaction was very nice.

The cashier was friendly and I was on my way. When I arrived home I realized that I hadn't been given the correct discount on my purchase. I called and the same cashier answered the phone. I explained to him the discrepancy and he apologized saying, "my bad, just bring the receipt next time you come in and we will take care of it." I'm used to J Crew's usually great customer service so I didn't think about it. Fast forward a week, and I returned to the store. I walked around the store and shopped a little more. I tried on a few things that didn't work. As I was walking around I spotted a pair of shoes I really liked. I tried them on and decided I wanted them. They were marked down and in an area where there were additional mark down on sale item signs. When I got to the counter, I explained the situation with the previous cashier and the woman (Krystal) at the counter said to me it was not on further sale at that point and she stated the day that sale started. I pointed out to her that that was the day that I was there and it was on my receipt. She begrudgingly agreed acting like I was in the wrong. She then rang up the shoes which came up as a higher price than originally marked. When I questioned her about this, she said they were not on sale. I had to physically show her where the basket was that had the shoes in it and she still did not want to give me the sale price. There were multiple shoes in that basket, including another pair of the ones that I got. It was one of the strangest most disappointing interactions I have ever had in a retail store. It felt accusatory, as if I was trying to pull a fast one. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I won't be in again anytime soon. If I do decide to return, I will throughly check my receipt before I leave and you should too

The store didn't have the size and color combination we needed in stock, but the associate made the process easy by processing the return, ordering the correct size for us, and even giving me a credit since the pajamas had gone on sale. While we were there, my other daughter was expertly fitted for a few new bras. Even though the store was busy, the staff never made us feel rushed. They took the time to give every customer attentive, personalized service, which was really appreciated. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the store had carried more 34DDD sizes and color combinations in stock (as well as the pajamas we wanted) Otherwise, the customer service was excellent, and we'll definitely be back.

He took the time to perform a fit test to evaluate her stance and better understand what type of shoe would best suit her lifestyle and needs. My mom is always hesitant because most stores never have her shoe size in stock, but Adam patiently listened to her concerns and managed to find three different pairs for her to try. What impressed us most was that all three were styles she never would have considered on her own, yet they were incredibly comfortable and fit her perfectly. I brought in some brand new pants that I bought from another store to get the length altered, and…read morethe employee told me I had to get them dry cleaned first. I explained that I had already washed them and that I've brought multiple pairs of pants and other clothes here for alterations before and was never told I had to do that. The employee basically just gave me the same response. One of the people who had actually altered my pants before was standing right behind us and didn't say anything either. If that's actually part of their policy, I get it and have no problem with that. What bothered me was that there really wasn't any explanation as to why, especially when I've had alterations done here multiple times before without being told this. I also looked online afterwards and couldn't find anything on their website saying clothes have to be dry cleaned before alterations, only that the garment needs to be clean. I just would have liked an explanation as to why it was different this time. I also didn't really like how the rest of the situation played out. When I was leaving, I could hear them murmuring something behind me and then heard a few giggles. I don't know what they were talking about, but it kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I've had really good experiences with other employees here before, so I'm not saying everyone at this location is like that. I just didn't have a good experience with these particular employees and left feeling pretty upset about the whole interaction. This happened Friday, August 28th, around 4:30-5:00 PM.
