They were brands they listed they accepted on the site: Anthropologie and American Eagle...they didn't take any. The girls were super nice and I appreciated it. But it just always seemed wild to me that they take on brands such as Wild & Fable and A New Day...and my stuff isn't that super outdated again I don't know their process for selecting clothes because they do have curated pieces. In summary, for shopping it could be fun and you can find some stuff but not on a thrift price. However as for selling, unfortunately at this point now I've just never had a good experience selling clothes at these kind of places. If you want to sell clothes you will have better luck on Poshmark where I've sold clothes more easily. So this place can be fun for buying but for selling you might leave feeling frustrated and confused which is why I rated this place at 3 stars.

I was later told that it had originally been $600 and was marked down because of damage. This was never clearly disclosed to me at the time of purchase. The tag only showed the sale price and did not indicate that the item was damaged or marked down because of its condition. Shortly after purchasing it, I noticed beads falling off the garment. I returned it to the store on July 9, and Delaney was very kind and took the damaged item back. I was given store credit and told that the owner, Stephanie, would be contacted about my request for a refund. I have since emailed Stephanie, the owner, multiple times, respectfully explaining the situation and requesting a full refund. Unfortunately, she has ignored my emails and has only offered store credit. I do not want store credit because, after the way this situation has been handled, I no longer feel comfortable spending my money at this store. Had I known the item was damaged and marked down because of that damage, I never would have purchased it. I'm very disappointed because I wanted to support this local boutique and had planned to shop there again. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and the way my concerns have been handled has completely changed my opinion of the store. I simply feel that this should be made right with a full refund.
