I just had a wonderfullll shopping experience here, walking back to our car from brunch on Sunday around 2pm, my 2.5 year old wandered into the store and right away the wonderful woman at the front desk greeted her and offered her some toys to play with so I could LOOK around the store! I tried on a few things and I was really impressed with the quality, come to find out the suits in store are made from one role of fabric so if there is something I like I can ask about a different size or cut. I think the prices are actually really fair for the quality of the pieces and will def stop in here again- customer service is 100000000000+++++. read more

Ive been coming to boom boom since covid and they always have the cutest things! All of the tops ive gotten from here still are in great condition despite them being my most worn swim suits. They are pricey but the price definitely matches the quality! I come here often whenever i need a gift for a friend and they have such staple pieces. I know when I walk in im definitely purchasing something! They also have great service! Ive dmed them before on instagram about in store availability and they answer pretty quickly! This shop is way too cute and the employees are so nice! I love their bathing suits and they're all relatively inexpensive. Some shops I've found near the beach have suits over $200 and that's just too much for me. I also love their accessories - like silver rings for around $20. She drove off but the police were close behind and she was arrested and suits recovered. Yep, bathing suits. So, be understanding these ladies are doing their job. They also curate a lovely collection of cute clothing, I personally love their t-shirts with positive messages and they have the most comfortable leggings on earth...seriously!!! Sad excuse of "customer service". I went to return an item because the quality was so poor and I noticed a stain. Despite being CLEARLY unworn or used, and she would not let me return. She blamed me for the stain that was already there. Uh that's why i'm returning it!?!? I tried to show her that the bathing suit was definitely not used and I just purchased but she couldn't say anything except "sorry no". Why don't you try to come up with a solution for your paying customers next time? I literally purchased it the day before, but no exceptions. Also they only do exchange or store credit: the tell tale signs of a slimey company. Don't take your business here if you value respect and customer service. I had 1 pretty bad experience from another bikini place on the same day that I visited and decided, instead of leaving them a negative Yelp review, I am going to leave Boom Boom Brazil a great review! They have a large selection of bikinis with many different unique fabrics and good quality to matcht. I liked so many bathing suits there that I had a hard time picking just 1-so I will be back for sure! The prices are truly 50% less than the other 2 places I went that day. The customer service was chill but helpful and I am so thankful for that! Not pushy but if they see that you need help they are totally there, especially the owner. I'm not sure if she's the owner or just the manager? Anyhow, I went there first and then shopped around. I came back to get a suit but got buyer's remorse because the top was just too va va va voom for me, once I got home. I went back a couple of days later and was allowed to do an exchange.
