This place is COOL! Stopped by to check it out for the first time. Lots of vintage items and name brand stuff too. Definitely one of those places where you let the store tell you what you need because its a lot to look thru. Shoes too and in stores like these sometimes the shoes can be gross but they were very nice condition! Not really a good purse selection but tops & jeans & activewear yes - and for men too. I got 2 free people tops & one still had tags. Average pricing. i hope to sell with them too sometime. Def going to check out their other locations as well. This store had many name brands items, I would say it is not your typical thrift store prices, but all items I saw were in great shape. You can tell they really filter through the items and only put out what is to their standards. The store is very organized and it is very easy to shop. There is definitely room for improvement in regard to customer service, there were 4 ladies behind the register chatting and one on the floor organizing. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by anyone I spent maybe 20 minutes in the store. I didn't buy anything this visit as I was looking for something very specific but I will be back to look some more. read more

The prices felt more in line with a luxury boutique, but this is a store selling used clothing. Many of the items were visibly worn, yet priced as if they were high-end retail. Even true luxury brands understand the importance of treating customers with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. If you have luxury designer taste, but are on an outlet budget, this is your dream come true. They have luxury brands at an affordable price. The items seem to be carefully selected to ensure the gently pre-worn condition. The layout is nice and definitely more options for the ladies. I feel the prices are fair. They do have a fitting room, line can get long but it's nice to have the option to try things on. They have a great selection and they keep it organized for easy picking. I'm a fan! read more

I'm his is such a great thrift shop concept but carry high end brands, trendy brands and everything in between. They sell shoes, accessories, and I highly recommend signing up for their texts. Don't come here - Waste of time Customer service: Terrible Time: Wasted We brought in our clothes and the first response we are met with is oh we usually have a limit on the number of items. Keep in mind this our first time here. Then the clerk says it will be 25 mins to assess our items. It was actually more like 40-60. We come back and unfortunately we are not interested in any of your items. Thanks for wasting our time. We recommend not coming here and having others time wasted. There's plenty of other reputable thrift shops with better customer service. read more

I enjoyed the shopping there, great selection but as far as the customer service and selling goes it's absolutely terrible. The staff watched me standing there while they kept chatting for 5 minutes, the older woman was saying racial slurs loudly. I would never recommend this place. They are rude and they age discriminate. I brought 2 containers of clothing which were about 2 yrs old. I was told that my clothes were old and out dated. When I got the containers home I realized they didn't even look at the clothes. They looked at me and I'm assuming that since I was over the age of 50 they just assumed my clothes were old without looking at them. I do not recommend this place read more

Went in today to bring in clothing and shoes to sell. First of all one of the girls there was very rude and had an attitude. I brought in two brand new pair of shoes and new sweaters. They offered me only $40 bucks for them! They give so little. Very greedy company. They could easily sell /make a profit selling our high end clothing and shoes we bring in. Definitely will consider going to Plato's Closet next time. I'm giving a 2 at least because I believe the owner was there and was at least very costumer service friendly. read more

Eh kinda wack. I brought in a lot of stuff and they only took 3 things for $13. they do have an option to donate the clothes they don't buy to them, which i don't really understand. I feel like they may lowball you just in case you do decide to donate. I ended up donating tho because i was just trying to get rid of the clothes. The customer service was pretty good.
