They have a lot of variety which makes it such a great surf shop to check out. It's really easy to find parking on the side of the building in their lot and/or street parking. But later, I noticed a couple of discrepancies: the jacket's discount was miscalculated and the pants were mislabeled as XS when they were actually smalls. After some research, I found the items for less on Amazon, so we called Hansens. My fiancé spoke with them, and they were willing to price match. Enter Patty, the awesome manager! Patty was incredibly kind and helpful--she matched the Amazon price and gave me a partial refund right on the existing order. I didn't even have to drive back to Encinitas or hassle with a return. I support businesses that provide their customers with adequate store hours so they can buy products at their convenience. The employee who helped me was helpful letting me use tools to take off the old bearings and then they easily put the new ones in for me! Then she sent me the attached photo. It states clearly AFO/FPO takes 4 weeks. Right underneath it it states it would be shipped FedEx Ground Economy and it would be 5-8 days.
