I have bought dozens of sabiki lures in the in the past from this store so I went back to the front staff said they don't have them anymore. I'm so tired of Apathy doesn't sell but only motivates customers to walk out! Your in-store staff doesn't like customers but the feeling is mutual! Wanted to add a safety check for skis and boots going into new season. Filled out all paperwork, passed inspection and paid for both upfront. When I came to pickup nearly a week later, and past the date I was told they would be complete, there was an issue that the heel plate was worn down just over the allowable threshold. REI will not make adjustments or anything to skis/bindings. I was told I got a voicemail, but I never received a call. Pulled up my cell phone record on the spot. Worst of it all, they did not even do the wax. So my skis just sat at this location for a week, with my money, and then I picked them up and got my money back and nothing but wasted time.

The person on the chat said it's part of the kit and they won't exchange it. Well, they should put somewhere in bold capital letters that ANYTHING that is ordered is considered the "kit" and not just what is in the actual required kit. It was expensive and now I'm stuck with it. I will NEVER order anything that isn't in the required kit. And the chat person was rude about it. Poor customer service - no response, no one to speak to, rude people on chat. And the kits don't even look good on female soccer players. It's like they were all designed for boys in mind.
