I didn't find many items for my style....couple of things my sister in law looked at.... Price wasn't expensive.... we got there around 5:30p closes at 6 so we didn't stay long.... Update/response: First of all, the bank did not "side" with this store. After I filed a dispute I did not submit my documents on time & so the case was closed. That was my fault & there was nothing more I could do. See photos of paperless receipt that does not disclose the return policy. And note, the cashier did not verbally share the return window at check out. So I had to go to the store & use up my $371 store credit! When I was at the store, I took my time trying to find items to use up my store credit & be done. When I was checking out & said I was paying with store credit, the owner Tanya, realized who I was, and approached me to let me know she was mad that I wrote a poor review on Yelp & Google. I tried to explain, it's simply a reflection of poor customer service that I experienced. Tanya insisted that the return policy is on the receipts, but it's not. When I tried to pull up the receipt and show her, she deflected, and said "well, you should have checked our website". And then she further deflected & accused me of threatening her sales associate! It was very hostile & I was once again, very taken back by her lack of empathy & professionalism. I simply left the store & was relieved I'd never have to go back again. One of the items I purchased with my store credit was a 'pearl paper clip bracelet' by a local artist Chestnut and Fig. There were no prices attached to the jewelry pieces so I had to ask for prices on each item. The girl ringing me up originally told me the bracelet was $135. Then, when Tanya came over, she updated the price & said it was actually $205. Against my better judgment, I trusted that it was just an error. But then I went home and checked the website because I wanted to find the artist, tag her online, and read about the bracelet's quality & brand. The website clearly states that the bracelet I purchased was $135. Tanya intentionally overcharged me $205 for the bracelet. My heart sank to my chest when I realized, realizing that I was dealing with such a low vibrational malicious human being. This woman is truly awful. For being spiteful & malicious towards me but also profiting extra from a local artist's work? PS. If you go to my Google & Yelp history, you'll see I never write poor reviews. I'm serious - definitely do not spend your money here. read more

My boyfriend's mom and I were in the store and the lady working was awful. The woman working bumped roughly into my boyfriend's mom. She thought it was an accident at first, but then the woman working told my boyfriend's mom to not "shred" the clothes when she was simply looking through the clothes. Don't know what the woman's problem was, but there's no reason to be that hostile. read more

I love this store! It's owned by the sweetest mom and her daughter. I'm 5'9 about a size 10-14 depending on the day. Lol! I've shopped here successfully several times. They always have clothes that fit me and they are so cute!!!! Sometimes it's hard for me to find clothes in the little boutiques that fit, and that is frustrating. When I shop here, I feel happy, attractive and that's why I love it!! (For the less curvy women, petite women don't worry they have all your sizes too!) read more

If we weren't so off guarded to that request I would have refused. I'm sorry but no new employee would have been comfortable in doing so. My Daughter worked At the same restaurant down town Carlsbad for 13 years. First and only job till she graduated from college and She still is affiliated with the restaurant. A great place if you want to pay $$$$ for poor quality polyester. Seriously disappointing. I walked in the other day to peruse the store, I wasn't touching anything and the store owner (I think) abruptly got upset with me for having a coffee, even though there is no sign indicating drinks are not allowed. I wouldn't have minded putting my coffee at the front or throwing it away, she was just so rude about it, I opted to leave. No skin off my back, like I said everything I saw was cheaply made and overpriced. ($150++) Head over to any of the other local boutiques for reasonable prices on virtually the same products. read more

Love all the stylish, fun pieces in this gem of a shop! What a find. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Clean & well organized with so much to see! I ended up purchasing my new favorite winter pants (living in SoCal I often wear white in the winter! The pair of fashionable stretchy trousers I found are an ivory color w/a autumnal pattern) I also found perfect stocking stuffers (comfy, soft & cute socks) and then added a pink colored bracelet A perfect place to shop for myself AND for those I am thinking of! This is hands down my favorite place to shop in Carlsbad. They carry a great variety of brands at different price points and everything is so cute. All the girls that work in the store are so sweet and helpful.
