The staff there were also very helpful and gave my son few free sleeves for his one piece cards. The place is very small, very clean and all the stores were organized. It wasn't very packed on a Saturday, it didn't feel that way but the parking was a hot mess. Lol maybe bc they share parking with the flower field. My favorite is the view of the flower field next door. Really is heaven on earth when you see such colors surrounding you.

The pair of shoes got ruined within a month, which is NOT at all typical of their products. The sandals he was only able to wear them once before they also got ruined. I decided to look into the return policy for defective items. It says on the website that I have 90 days to return the item to the store or set up a way to mail it back. I live about 15 Minutes away and decided to drive back and return them. One of the associates first greeted me at the store and then she called Adriana to help her with the issue. Adriana said right away that I couldn't return the items because it had been more than 60 days and that was their return policy. I told her that the website says something different and only then she decided to try to help me locate the receipt with the worse attitude. I told her how the website gives the option to return items by mail to what she replied that next time that's what I should do because they don't accept used shoes at the store (this is never mentioned anywhere in the return policy). After about 15 minutes she located my receipt with my phone number and gave me the money back. Never did she offer me an exchange or give me a choice. She just gave me cash and said that what she had done was a one time courtesy. I'm only giving them 2 stars because my other visits were great, also because I love their clothes!!! hopefully I don't ever get a defective item again because evidently they are not very nice about dealing with those.
