Small shopping center next to the flower field, I mean directly next to it!…read more Found a cute purse at Coach that wasn't sold online anymore n was sold out everywhere else! Workers were very attentive and helpful. Actually had to go back and buy it bc I couldn't stop thinking about it lol Went to the toy store and found rare stuff my son was hunting for so that was a treat. The staff there were also very helpful and gave my son few free sleeves for his one piece cards. The place is very small, very clean and all the stores were organized. It wasn't very packed on a Saturday, it didn't feel that way but the parking was a hot mess. Lol maybe bc they share parking with the flower field. My favorite is the view of the flower field next door. Really is heaven on earth when you see such colors surrounding you.

Very strange that majority of the sales being advertised at the outlet stores here are "Buy 1 Get 1…read more50% off".. which to me, isn't much of a deal. Where's the 60, 70% off? Lol. I guess not too common nowadays. These outlets in general is pretty standard with pretty empty crowds so it's not hard to find a parking spot. The vibes here feel like more of a casual mall with the food and iced tea shops having more people in line for than any of the retail stores. However.. I was able to find a great deal at one of the stores! Still worth walking around to look and browse through some stores. Children activities.. they have a fun life-sized checkers board to play with and even a train ride.

I don't understand how hard it is to say "Welcome" or "Hi". Do I not look like your typical client? They seem to judge whom they're going to engage with and not engage. From other reviews on here this seems to be on ongoing issue with the employees. It's all about the TRAINING!!! I like the clothes but I just can't see giving money to this establishment when the employees can't engage. I walked in yesterday and there were two employees who never once said one thing to me. I walked around picked up something I was going to buy and then I put it back because no one spoke to me. This has not been the first time no one has spoken to me. I walked out and down the street and made purchases at two other boutiques because they were friendly and engaging. Please teach your staff how to be kind and welcoming to all. It's really not that hard. The women working here don't seem to care about customer service or they don't know how to engage with customers because they haven't been trained. I still have a gift card to use here and it will be awhile before I decide to use it or give it to someone else.

I decided to contact the store to see if they still had them and the owner Michelle contacted me back immediately and gave me the brand name and I was able to order another one. The thing is Aranelle no longer carries this brand BUT she was able to know what bag I was describing and directed me to where I could find it. That is a woman who knows her store! I was able to order one! Thanks Michelle!

It sucks because the store is closing and I know that can be a not pleasant time for the staff. That being said we saw the staff helping and answering questions being asked by other customers in the store. Most everything is at least 40% off , we got a good deal on the backpack but I think most other items were around the same price we have seen during other visits here. They have a good variety or clothing and accessories. Especially if you are looking to purchase stuff for Spring/Summer.

I purchased items on a black Friday sale and was told at the time that I could exchange the items if they didn't fit right. Each pair of pants is a little different and 2 of the 6 didn't fit as expected, so I came back to exchange 2. I ended up finding 2 different color pants that fit much better, and both pairs selected to exchange were equal or lesser retail price than my original purchase. So what did they do? They tried to charge me MORE for the exchange! They claimed the exchange cost is based on the going price for that day of the exchange. Sorry Volcom but that's not an exchange- it is a return and repurchase. None of the 3 employees there seemed to care. They were not busy and I guarantee the manger could have made this right but didn't care to do so.

One star. Walk into…read morethe Nike Factory Store expecting outlet deals, not a scavenger hunt with fine print. Big bold signs screaming "30% OFF," racks full of mixed items, and then you find out the discount only applies to a small print "fleece only". Meanwhile, similar-looking activewear is sitting right there in the same rack like it belongs. I'll own my part, I didn't see the "fleece only" note. That's on me. But when you've got 20+ pieces of non-sale items sitting in the middle of a rack clearly marked for a discount, that's just bad practice. Feels less like shopping and more like a setup. First asked for clarification about how discounts work. Then a price check. After the sale I walked over to confirm sign. Someone asked me "can J help you", I Asked if this is how they normally do things? And got a casual "yeah" and a shrug. No effort to make it right, no attempt to meet halfway. Just a quick apology and move on. I've worked customer service. If something ends up on a sale rack, you own it. You fix it. Or at least try. This just felt like bait and switch with zero accountability.

Random, surprising and since the whole wall was 40% off, a decent value. But the store is always neat and tidy, and never too crowded. Overall, I have much better luck at the nearby San Clemente outlet which is at least double the size of this one.
