Super roomy store! Cool air mixed with some soft pleasant fragrance made my visit relaxing and I could fully unwind and could focus on shoe shopping. Easy to find what shoe one is looking for. Plenty of friendly staff to help. The shoe I wanted was sold out but it got ordered from their warehouse and shipped for free to my home. A bit bummed but grateful for the service. Unfortunately, I received some very disheartening news today regarding AllBirds. My wife, who has not ordered any Allbirds for six years just purchased two pairs of shoes, and they were too tight on her toes therefore she returned them. She received an email that her order was "flagged" and she subsequently received an email that stated the following: --------------------- Hi xxxxxxx, This message is regarding your return for order 64xxxxxxxx We apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. Our records indicate that your return request has been flagged. As a result, our system has automatically voided your request, as is in line with our return policy. At this time, we are unable to override this decision. For more information about our policies, please review our Terms and Conditions. ------------------- My wife subsequently called AllBirds customer service and they told her that because our household has had a number of returns that her order is not eligible for return. My wife has not ordered AllBirds shoes for over six years and she's being told that she's not able to return her shoes because our household has returned too many shoes?! I have exactly 10 pairs of AllBirds shoes at this time, making this the primary brand of shoes that I own and wear (see photo below showing proof of all of the Allbirds I currently own). Yes, I often times order three pairs of shoes because I'm unsure on the color and fit and often times when I order three pairs of shoes I will return one and keep two, even though I was only planning on keeping one pair. This is absolutely and wholeheartedly absurd that Allbirds would be flagging our orders due to excess returns and refusing to return my wife's unworn shoes! In fact, we just ordered two more pairs of slippers from AllBirds two days ago as Christmas presents for both of our fathers. Every time I have returned Allbirds' shoes, they have never been worn outside, and I simply have worn them around the house to get a feel for them to see if I like them and if they are comfortable. Every pair of returned shoes has been in perfect condition without any evidence of wear and absolutely never worn outside. I can tell Allbirds right now that I am completely DONE with AllBirds and I will be giving ZERO further business to this company. I am so furious given the amount of money that I have invested in this company and this is the end result of that commitment to Allbirds. I will also be telling all of my friends and family who also purchase Allbirds about this experience and encourage them to discontinue further support of AllBirds.  I have nothing further to say other than I am so disappointed to the fact that I want to throw all of my Allbirds away. I detailed everything above to Allbirds' customer service and they neglected to even respond. I warn other Allbirds customers of this potential outcome if you buy shoes from this company. read more

I was sitting in my car waiting for my phone from apple and wanted to browse their shoes without stepping into the store yet I saw they had three wifi networks, one being a guest network. I went inside and asked for the password they said it was for employees only. So why is it titled guest wifi? Is the store so penny pinching that they can't even provide free guest Wi-Fi? Afraid people going to poach some of that free wifi when apple has an unsecured guest network that you don't have to sign on for? as well as a free Wi-Fi connection through the entire shopping center provided by the shopping center too. The two stars is because of the store not their shoes I cannot speak for their shoes because I ended up losing all interest in buying from them. read more

Although it was busy, the team was courteous and helpful. They answered all our questions and gave us enough space to try on each shoe. Not pushy at all. We ended up purchasing three different pairs. I decided to stop in allbirds a few days ago because I've been looking for some new work shoes. I got greeted right away and the employee who I was talking to definitely knew what he was talking about, he mentioned the features to me and his experience with standing for hours with a pair on his feet. I didn't have much time that day so I let him know that I would go in again the next day to try some on. The next day I go in and the manager is the first person to greet me and I let him know that I was in to try some on. He got two sizes out for me to try out and they were easily the most comfortable shoes I've ever had on my feet. The manager let me know all the features and mentioned what the company is all about. The customer service was great and I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family. This is the first place that I've ever written a review for and they deserve the praise for sure. read more
