This boutique is all the SWOOOOONs. I want one of everything and when I hit the lottery, I'm coming in and clearing the place out. Till then, I'll snag a signature piece or two (okay or three) when I'm in the neighborhood. Also I'll give kudos for their social media, which always makes me smile. It's fun and fashionable and is very coastal NoCo vibe. I particularly like them for denim and super unique shoes they stock. Although a bit pricey, I would say its a great spot to treat yourself with products that will last and wear well. I stopped in yesterday and dropped some serious cash but everything here is so unique. The wonder travels throughout Europe and also has a lot of great bags & jewelry made by local artists. This is definitely a must shop and also worth traveling to. I bought a gold & enamel bracelet, a diamond stacking ring, a dress that I'll wear all summer long, a cashmere & fur trim poncho (on sale) sone mother jeans and a leather belt bag with studs. They also have fabulous coffee table books, and a wonderful selection of fragrance. I could've done even more damage but was trying not to go completely crazy. Loved seeing the store owner yesterday being interviewed by ABC news as a financial expert on the local economy . She knows 1st hand the toll inflation and labor challenges have on a business because she owns that small retail store. I remember when she opened the store as a side business. She told me how much she loves Cardiff and wants Cardiff to have a homey and beautiful spot for locals to shop at & call home. I hope she can keep it alive. It's a local treasure. read more

I really don't post reviews unless it's life changing or egregious service. Unfortunately, this review is the latter and everyone should take note of it. I would like to first off admit that I made a mistake to not read the return policy that says this boutique does not allow returns, I will take the blame on that one. I had seen this boutique's items from other retailers with customer friendly return policy's and thought it would be the same. I purchased the $395 Kylee Bandage Knit dress - truly a stunning dress... if I was 6'0 and 120lbs. Though I am not, I am 5'0 with a lot of curves. When I got the dress my plan was to do with it what I do with every article of clothing - GO GET IT HEMMED. Unfortunately, I was told my SEVERAL tailors to not hem this item because it basically will reconstruct the dress and may never look the same again. I was out of options as I purchased an expensive dress and needed a new one for my upcoming graduation. I called the first manager, Allison, who was pretty understanding and had great social skills. She said she understands I'm in a bad position and it's horrible that the dress can't be hemmed and she was going to try and find a tailor to hem it and instead of me returning it I could at least get it hemmed, I awaited her phone call. The following day I get a call from CINDY. And please imagine the worst customer service phone call that could occur, and it was with CINDY. After several minutes of bravado, she told me that people who are 5'0 should not be purchasing dresses like this. Not sure what the point of the comment there was. She said over and over again in a nutshell that her OWN TAILORS she spoke with said that it is almost impossible to hem and if it is hemmed the zipper won't work. She said that she doesn't want to take responsibility in case the dress does not get hemmed correctly. All in all, Cindy did not care to work with her clients. She was unempathetic, immature, rude, and honestly sounded really uneducated. She ended the phone call with saying that her boss would be worse to talk to because her boss (the owner) does not care about my situation. Again, not sure how this helps the businesses case. All in all, I understand the return policy I do. But to (1) have an item that is not eligible for returns that literally cannot be hemmed; and (2) have a beyond horrible customer service representative to deliver this bad news who had no intention of trying to work with the client is a recipe to make sure me and none of my friends ever shop from this boutique. I support small businesses, but even I can tell you that for small businesses to grow you have to be customer service oriented. Losing several customers, having bad reviews, and perhaps even a report to the Better Business Bureau is certainly not worth the $395 Kylee dress. Please stay away from this business, especially it you don't have a super model body type, Cindy will let you know that this is not the store for you! read more

Cute little boutique with very perisonalble service. Great place to get a gift or find a fun addition to any closest. This place is pricey and parking can be tricky. The owner looked at the unworn clothes I was returning and noted the terrible quality and said if she'd noticed how poorly made they were she wouldn't have ordered them and apologized. Then said she couldn't return them because we were past 30 days even though she admitted to selling me something subpar to begin with. I would think that'd be expected since most people buy newborn clothes before their kids are born? Makes a good case for shopping at Walmart if you'd like your money not to be thrown away, which is not something small businesses should inspire. read more
