Not only is this store beautiful and pristine, the service is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had on a consistent basis. I cannot say enough about the Store Manager, Jamie. She is friendly, courteous, willing to go the extra mile for her clients, and very reliable. I have visited this particular store with my husband several times and have left with so many incredible pieces. Jamie takes time to ensure that her clients are happy, have access to a variety of sizes/options, and experience top notch service! In addition, I have also been assisted by store associate, Talia, who is equally as attentive and friendly. Thank you Jamie and Talia for making our visits to The Great fun and inviting! Looking forward to stopping in regularly to see all the new items each season.

I was totally ignored while trying on coats--not a single employee could be bothered to look up, let alone help. When I mentioned a sweatshirt I already own from their brand, the staff responded with unprovoked, condescending arrogance. Talking down to paying customers is apparently store policy. To top it off, their customer service over the phone is nonexistent. I called twice regarding a service inquiry--no answer, no callback, zero effort. Ignored in person, patronized by the staff, and ghosted on the phone. Save your money and shop anywhere else. If I could give negative stars I would.

I would normally wrote this review but each shipment was packaged very well and they even included hand written notes from the people in the store! I really love this brand. They seem to do it right.
