The attendant went up to my daughter and told her, you shouldn't be playing with those sunglasses. I told her, she's isn't playing with them, she's trying them on. She responded with "well, they're $200 glasses". It's not like my daughter was acting inappropriately with them. She was gentle and cautious, just like an adult would be while trying them on. Also, as a responsible parent, I would have absolutely paid for them if she damaged them. I don't mind the attendant asking her to be careful, it's the way she said it. 5 minutes later my teenager went into the same store and overheard the attendant on the phone with someone saying she just kicked us out. Lol. No, we put down our stuff after you were rude and left on our own.

While we were browsing, the lady at the front kept hovering over us as if we were trying to steal something. It was obvious enough that we actually started laughing about it. Combined with how incredibly expensive everything was, we decided not to buy anything. We did use the photo booth a couple of times, which has about a 3 and 1/2 minute processing time. While waiting for our photos to print and looking through them together, we sat on the couch. There was no one else in the store, and we weren't being loud, rude, or causing any problems. Despite that, we were rudely told the couch was only for customers trying on clothes. Didn't know the couch was a dressing room. It felt unnecessary considering we were simply waiting for the photos we had just paid for and were about to leave. The store has a cool concept, but the customer service made it feel unwelcoming. Greet every customer with kindness. Not everyone who walks into your store is out to get you.

When I returned​ the following day to make a return, the employee helping me (who I assumed was the manager​ due to her age) informed me that the necklace was a final sale item. I accepted that and simply said that, in the future, it would be helpful to let customers know at the time of purchase that an item is final sale. Instead of acknowledging my feedback, she immediately became defensive, insisted she had told me, and was unnecessarily rude. I calmly explained that I understood the policy, but I am certain I was never informed that the necklace was final sale. Rather than providing good customer service, she continued to argue with me. As I was leaving, I said to my sister, "Wow, I won't be shopping here again." A younger employee overheard me and loudly replied, "Good." That comment was incredibly unprofessional and confirmed exactly why I won't be returning. I've never been treated so disrespectfully in a retail store. I understand that stores have return policies, and I respected theirs. What I cannot overlook is the rude, dismissive, and hostile customer service. Unfortunately, this experience ensured that I will never shop here again, and I cannot recommend this boutique to others. I tried on a few things and I was really impressed with the quality, come to find out the suits in store are made from one role of fabric so if there is something I like I can ask about a different size or cut.
