After many attempts to speak with the elusive and disrespectful con artist "Mike" (employee Ziad claimed to not know his managers last name), spoke over me disrespectfully, disregarding the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence Ziad performed, flipping the narrative saying I threatened the employees. So now I am escalating this situation and taking it to their corporate office and the mall headquarters.
