Henry ( Manager ) called us and gave us a further discount( after seeing a picture of our Cane Corso Rescue, Henry loves dogs ) and arranged Nick to install delivery and electrical (220) the next day. We bought a Marquis Crown Epic (delivered Feb 2023) and dealt with repeated leaks and failed parts (lights/speakers/MicroSilk pump). After several "fixes," problems kept returning. The spa came back from their shop on 9/18/25 and immediately leaked 8-10 inches/day. The next day they said they're no longer a Marquis dealer, told us to contact the manufacturer, and refused to engage further. Over 2+ years, the spa was in reliable working condition for only about half the time. With inconsistent communication and repairs that didn't hold, we can't recommend this dealer. We're now pursuing a full warranty remedy with the manufacturer.

The tone and attitude make customers feel out of place and unintelligent rather than helped. I need to say that from the moment I walked into the shop I was treated so nicely from the young lady at the reception desk. Then the owner help me right away. He knew in minutes what I needed and supplied me the part. I discovered that I needed more parts to finish the jobs. Decided to drive the 20 minutes to Shawn's pool supply in San Tan Valley where they had the O Ring as well as everything else I needed. They also carried DE in a convenient 6 lb bag and Leslie's makes you buy a massive 20lb bag. Looks like I'll be making the longer drive from now on. In the long run it's quicker than spinning my wheels and wasting my time checking the closer Leslie stores
