I have been going here for 5 years. Customer service has always been great and getting warranty replacements is super easy.

What an excellent choice that was! We are so thankful to have had an AWESOME team on our pool and landscape project! Big shout-out to Sawyer and Tyler who were our main contacts throughout the project! Both were so great at communicating with us, making sure we knew what to expect, when crews were coming over, work amongst themselves as two divisions under the same company, and ensuring we were happy with the end result. Tyler was in charge of building the pool - he had everyone lined up and ready and was so friendly and great to work with. Sawyer was our lead for the pergola and landscaping - he was so good at checking in with us, asking questions on our preference, and lining up the crews to get the work done as quickly and as best as possible. He went over and above, helping us over the weekend when we had an urgent question, as well as doing tasks on his own to complete the project in time before out-of-town family arrived. Super friendly and helpful! We also can't forget to mention Larry, who was awesome to work with from the start and helped with the layout and design, Scott, for working behind the scenes, answering questions, and helping when needed, and Walter, who taught us all about our pool during our pool school orientation. Such wonderful people throughout our entire pool project! Thank you for turning our backyard into the oasis we had envisioned!

Let me start by saying this was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a…read morebuilder or pool company. We chose Presidential Pools based on a friend's recommendation. The initial sales process was great--they designed exactly the pool we wanted. Unfortunately, once we signed the contract, the experience changed dramatically. Before excavation, the third-party excavation company claimed their equipment would not fit and that my gas meter would have to be removed. The gas company told me this could leave my home without gas for several weeks. When I called the excavation company, the representative said he could make it work if I paid him $250 under the table. Before signing, Presidential's designer had measured the property and I specifically asked multiple times if the equipment would fit. I was assured it would. I contacted Presidential and refused to proceed if removing my HOA wall was the only option. They eventually found another excavation contractor who confirmed a machine would fit. It was tight, but no gas meter removal was needed, and excavation was completed without issue. More concerning, before this was resolved, the sales manager told me Presidential would simply pay the original contractor the $250 because "they do this all the time." Rather than addressing the request, they appeared willing to accommodate it. After excavation, construction stopped for nearly two weeks and continued at an extremely slow pace. I repeatedly had to point out defects to the project manager and ultimately went through two project managers. Communication deteriorated, with calls and texts frequently unanswered and little apparent oversight of subcontractors. The crews also showed little respect for my property. My backyard was repeatedly left with cigarette butts, drink containers and other debris. They broke my garden hose, which I reported in person and by text, but it was never replaced. The workmanship had numerous issues. Waterline tile was installed without proper spacers, leaving tiles unevenly spaced and out of level. Several tiles had rough, poorly cut edges. Repairs were attempted, but visible inconsistencies remain. The decking caused another major delay. We waited over a month because Presidential had not ordered the material after we made our selection. I was told they don't order materials immediately because customers may change their minds and they lack storage space. Regardless, this unnecessarily delayed the project. Within a week of deck installation, polymeric sand had begun washing out and sinking. About a month later, several deck tiles sounded hollow when walked on, some appeared to be settling, and portions of the base were showing signs of cracking. Another serious concern was the gas line trench. It was dug so close to my home that the bottom of the foundation was exposed. My independent home inspector documented this during my home warranty inspection. This raised serious concerns about the care taken during the installation. We were promised we would be swimming in approximately 60 days. Instead, the project took approximately six months. I will include photos, emails, texts and documentation of the workmanship and construction issues. I expected a professional experience and quality product from a company with Presidential Pools' reputation. Instead, I experienced poor communication, repeated delays, questionable business practices, inadequate oversight and workmanship that did not meet reasonable expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Presidential Pools.

The day of my appt I realized the power had blown to my backyard and the service tech would not be able to test the tub without it! I called to cancel and they were very gracious saying they would reschedule the following Monday so I could have time to get things fixed. Apparently they did not update the tech because he showed up on time a few hours later. When I explained to him that I had to cancel and why he said he would still come in back to take a look at make and model etc- no extra charge! When he came back on Monday (same guy) I felt he was very honest and upfront about what needed to be done and whether I should do refurbished equipment or new (they offer this!). If you need a repair please call these guys. They are definitely honesty and looking to give the best service as possible.

Tech said the pump didn't need to be replaced and that was good because those were like $150 - it was two gate valves that had failed, so this would be "a lot less". Those gate valves are $15 each at Home Depot BTW. The bill was $630 - didn't get anywhere with the store when I called. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone - too many other places and people who will deal fairly.
