Sergio told me that he would have the registrar of contractors come by to reassure me that defects in the repair that CDC did at my pool and deck were normal. He has never followed through. I will pursue finding the ROC to come looks at the pool. The excuses give. for their work product are really weak - the work product was inferior to any of the four other pools I have owned previously. This is not normal. In addition, CDC would not complete the job unless I paid them I full before they finished. What a mistake to take them at their word.

If a pressure check had been done beforehand, this issue could have been identified and addressed prior to the new plaster. In addition, there was a lack of communication and follow-up from both the previous owner, Josh, and the new owner, Mitch. I reached out via email to explain what had happened, but neither responded. This left me feeling as though my concerns were no longer a priority once the work had been paid for. My hope in sharing this feedback is that proper procedures are followed on future projects so others do not have to go through a similar costly and time-consuming experience. Plaster work was good, work ethic and communication not so great.
