He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. Third win - she confirmed that he was available, they were still capable and willing to accommodate my request. The owner actually assisted me with replacing it in the frame, put it back together, and helped me in every way he could, going WAY above and beyond What I expected to encounter. They have the customer at front of mind, just like we expect it to be, but rarely if ever encounter any more. They even stock ancient parts as he produces them with technology as a friend. Call them and talk to Selena or Ben if you have a special need or request. Clearly, they focus on customer service and satisfaction and are just great at what they do and very kind. I'm not sure how you square "not soliciting" and "marketing" together, but Rocky somehow managed that in his mind.
