We had the most fantastic brunch there - my wife and mom decided to go for the lunch, but I chose a seven ingredient omelette, which was fantastic. The service was really good and the food came out fast and was very delicious. We plan to go again soon.

I've lived about ten minutes from Le Peep for a couple of years now. Based on the reviews, I've stayed away from the restaurant. The day I went, I was not disappointed. I ordered the carrot cake pancakes, chicken and waffles, and the salmon wrap. Everything ordered was delicious. My husband enjoyed his wrap, and I enjoyed my chicken and waffles. The chicken was well seasoned and crispy. The chicken pieces are chicken tenders.

Upon my umpteenth visit to Le Peep, the restaurant where eggs are not merely served but revered, I've decided it's high time I shared the good, the great, and the gluten-y of this culinary cathedral. First, let's talk ambiance. Le Peep doesn't just serve breakfast; it serves breakfast with a side of sunshine, no matter the weather. It's the kind of place where you half expect the chickens that laid your eggs to sit at the next table, gossiping about the rooster's latest escapades. The service? Impeccable. The staff are so friendly, you'll want to invite them over for Thanksgiving dinner. They remember your name, your order, and even your dog's birthday. How do they do it? Magic? ESP? We may never know. The food, ah, the food! It's like your grandmother's cooking--if your grandmother was a five-star chef with a penchant for perfection. The quiche with bacon and spinach is a work of art, a perfect balance of fluffy egg, savory bacon, and fresh spinach, paired with fresh fruit that tastes like it was plucked from Eden itself. And the mimosas? Let's just say they're the reason brunch was invented. They somehow manage to make mornings not just bearable but blissful. But it's not all sunshine and smoothies. There's a dark cloud on this brunch paradise: the lack of gluten-free options. (Which is why it gets 4 stars and not 5) Now, I'm not saying every dish should be gluten-free. I'm just suggesting that perhaps the gluten-full bread and waffles could scoot over to make room for their gluten-free cousins. Imagine the joy, the sheer elation, of gluten-intolerant folks being able to devour a stack of waffles without fear. It's not just food; it's freedom. Their lattes and smoothies are the nectar of the gods. The baristas must be part wizard because what they do with coffee and fruit is nothing short of magical. These beverages could very well be the elixir of life, or at the very least, the elixir of morning people. In conclusion, Le Peep is a brunch haven with a small, gluten-shaped hole in its menu. Fill that hole, Le Peep, and you won't just be the talk of the town; you'll be the talk of the gluten-free world. Until then, I'll be over here, sipping my mimosa, plotting how to smuggle in my own gluten-free bread without being caught. Cheers!

July 01, 2022 2.75 stars, rounding to 3. The wait to sit down wasn't long; restaurant seemed pretty busy; not enough servers. Sister ordered the California Turkey, pressed, but because of Mom's avocado allergy, she asked for it to be omitted so that Mom could try. It arrived with avocado, so we had to send it back and wait for a new one, which took another 15, 20 minutes to arrive. (By then, Mom was already full.) I ordered the Corned beef hash Benedict. Was expecting chunky corned beef, so the mushy texture of the hash was a little off-putting. Everyone was hungry though, so we ate quite a bit. Next time, we will just order the pressed California turkey, and I hope the kitchen won't forget to omit the avocado when we specify an allergy to it! For drinks, sister ordered the Chuck Berry, which she and Mom thoroughly enjoyed! I ordered a cappuccino, which took forever to arrive, which made me think someone had to run to a grocery to buy milk, or something. (It took that long!) We may give this place another try, but only because it's just so close to where family lives. That pressed California turkey and Chuck Berry smoothie impressed us enough not to send this birdie away.

I can't believe it took us so long to finally try this place! And apparently they have multiple locations. We love coming here for breakfast. Our favorite menu item is the Blarney Skillet (corned beef hash, green bell peppers, onions, hollandaise sauce, 2 basted eggs, peasant potatoes, and choice of English muffin or toast, $10). I've also enjoyed their Cinnamon Roll Pancakes (comes with 2) but I was not impressed by the California Crepe (turkey, bacon, spinach, mushrooms, Gruyère cheese, topped with avocado slices, served with peasant potatoes, $10). We've also had great service every time.

The food and drinks are amazing... They have a nice patio to just relax. The service was great and everyone helped each other. I would strongly recommend the Belgium waffles... yummy We will be back....

We have eaten at the other Le Peep at the Arboretum and enjoyed breakfast as well as lunch. Expect a variety of wonderful breakfast amd lunch menu choices here. Prices are reasonable with good portions. Le Peep is a nice addition restaurant for this area. We have had the omelets, sandwiches, salads and soup before and enjoyed it all. Will update more shortly. Service was always friendly. Update: wonderful breakfast today, everything plated nicely, good portions. We were the first early customers and soon after a lot of families with children came in. Eggs were cooked to order , pot of coffee on the table. A great breakfast place addition to the Promenade Carolina mall.

He asked us to move our table number to the front of the table so he would know we were ready. I liked that touch! We went very traditional for breakfast. I opted for the French toast combo with bacon and hash browns. My friend opted for the spinach and feta omelet. Both arrived quickly and were fresh and hot. My food was tasty, the bacon was crispy as ordered and the hash browns were nicely shredded and not too greasy. The only thing that was a bit off was my friend asked for her omelet to be well done and she had to send it back for a recook. There was no problem with that and it was back quickly and definitely cooked much more to her liking. Overall I liked the place for a no frills but well cooked meal. Corporate 86'ed it. It truly was the best we have had. I ordered their formerly wonderful sausage gravy over two biscuits, with two fried eggs to order ($13). I usually get it over rye toast, so the biscuits were not what I was used to. The gravy was very thick and did not have any flow to it. Too much "bread" to not enough gravy. And the flavor was "off". What a shame as that, too, had been a highlight menu item. Will give it another shot on another visit. Wife, who does not eat eggs, ordered her favorite the Left Coast BLT with pesto pasta salad ($15). Somehow, she did not like something with it. To be later investigated. This was a weekday breakfast, as we avoid the mob scene crowds of the weekends. But, there was only one waitress with the hostess helping shuttle prepared dishes from kitchen to table. Our wait to order was very long. Come on, guys...you can and have done better. Tighten it up, please.

The shop was easy to find, located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. When I arrived, I waited in line and mentioned my reserved Goodie Bag (pay on the app to reserve). At first, I didn't buy anything extra, but once I got to my car and saw the variety inside - plain, poppyseed, garlic & onion, sesame seed, cinnamon raisin, and wheat - I decided to head back in for some cream cheese. They didn't include my favorite everything bagel but with the mix I got I couldn't complain! I picked up jalapeño cream cheese and a hazelnut raisin flavor which was unique and tasty. The bagels might have been (not sure) day-olds, but they were still delicious. Over the next few days, I enjoyed some fresh and froze the rest. While thawed bagels never taste quite as good as fresh, these held up well. West End Bagels also offers paninis and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, which I'd love to try next time. Overall, great value, friendly service, and a solid bagel selection. If you're in the area, check them out--especially if you're using Goodie Bag or Too Good To Go!

The whole place has a New York theme - very appealing to me being an East Coaster and knowing that NJ and NY absolutely have the best bagels. I have yet to try their cream cheeses because I always get bagels to bring home and serve them with my own cream cheese but today I noticed they had a couple of fun flavors that would very well appeal to anyone with a sweet tooth: cookies & cream, and also funfetti. My absolute favorite thing they have that will always keep me coming back is that they have colored bagels that they call "wagels" and the colors are always themed for the holidays - and if there's not a holiday, they will often have rainbow! They look fantastic! Today I got Christmas themed ones, but in the past I've gotten green for St. Patrick's Day, red for Valentines Day, pastels for Easter... They have real wow factor! I knocked off one star for being pricey because 4 wagels cost me $14. ...fyi: their general rule on weekends is that they won't cut bagels for you because they are too busy. I took a shot and asked today (Sunday) and the employee said she would do it if I waited for the line to go down - I didn't wait, though....
