    Grilled Buscuits

Two words: Grilled Biscuits most authentic and charming ambiance. Great quality food, unmatched customer service. Feels like going to a friend's house for breakfast. Sara the owner is super friendly.

This place I liked very much. Reminds me of back home. Just some nice, country folks having a good southern meal. The servers were nice. The food took a while to come out. The scrambled eggs were a bit undercooked and the gravy had a whole jar of pepper in it, at least that's how it tasted, I couldn't eat it. Hash browns and biscuits were bomb though. Overall, I will come back here... you need country cooking every now and then.

Biscuits (never had them fried but always will from now on!), omelette, smash plate with eggs and livermush. All excellent.

Excellent breakfast! Stopped in because it was local to where we were and turns out it was a great choice! Loved the food and server was kind and attentive. Breakfast portions were huge and delicious! Bonus was the merchandise - bought the kettle sweatshirt.

Perfect! Corn beef hash well done

This is my new breakfast spot in pineville! Great service, great food, what more can you ask for? I can't wait to try other options. The corn beef hash is exactly what I wanted it to be! Perfect! I'll be back!

Read the reviews and took a gamble. SO GLAD WE DID! Don't the the unassuming exterior fool you! We enjoyed a warm atmosphere, welcoming staff and BIG PORTIONS. Buy a sweatshirt for $20 and advertise for this family owned business, I did. Bacon Smashpot Club Sandwich Livermush

It's not a great neighborhood, surrounded by industrial properties and right off the Interstate. Still, it's a classic and the food probably hasn't changed in forty years. "Comfort" options abound. Prices are quite reasonable, too. I took a seat at the counter and enjoyed a bit of cable television with my meal. I never did find out if Maverick was able to help that nice newspaper lady. I ordered a cheese omelet, which came with toast and home fries. Interesting potatoes, which were closed to mashed and then grilled. Good, but different. Omelet was a good portion. Lots and lots of coffee. I'll be back to the Kettle, no doubt.

Very nice little quant place . Was greeted immediately by the lady at the front door. The waitress sherry I believe was awesome. She remembers orders and they are extremely family oriented . We ordered a vegan breakfast burrito and they happily accommodated and the flounder plate . The whole breakfast was under $25 bucks including beverages. I highly recommend visiting !

All beer on tap at this place are from local breweries. The pork belly appetizer is more of a compliment to the mean as it came after, but damn was that thing extremely tender. Minimal effort with a fork and knife. If they got rid of the slaw, and put it on some mash potatoes or what all the hipster places do, putting it on 'bao' that would absolutely make it. Prices are on par with the neighboring area. However being from Hawaii, I'm shocked that the prices here and the other places in the area are equal to, or higher than Hawaii. Would recommend.

When you set your phone down and it sticks like it's trying to establish residency, it might be time for a wire brush, a little sandpaper, and whatever industrial-strength cleaner is hiding in the back room. A damp rag has done all it can do. Still, good service and good cocktails have a way of making a fellow forgive a sticky situation. We'd happily stop back... though next time I might bring a putty knife to retrieve my phone.

The brisket was tender, the mac and cheese was great, and the coleslaw rounded it out nicely. What really impressed me was that I got this to-go -- and it was still excellent by the time I got home. That says a lot. Good barbecue doesn't always travel well, but this held up. Only thing I'd note is the wait -- had my order in around 6:10 and didn't head out until 6:35 or so. Wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you're on a tight schedule. Overall, great find. Already eyeing the brisket burnt ends for next time.

The flavor was good and I enjoyed it overall, though the burger came out a little more undercooked than what I ordered -- not drastically, but noticeable. Neither my friend or I have the capability to use it, and frankly we shouldn't have to. I'd like to look at my options in-hand. Instead, the waitress literally had to verbally tell us every single item the restaurant had since there were no menus. I'm taking a star off for this ridiculous inconvenience. The only reason I'm giving 4 Stars is because of the quality and price of the food. The music was loud and annoying for dinner. We could not hear the waitress and we had difficulty having a conversation. Perhaps these reasons are why there is barely anyone in the restaurant despite the food and drinks being excellent. Honestly, the menus and music would make me think twice about returning and has likely affected others the same way as well. It's a shame, because this restaurant has so much potential. On Wednesday they have a $30 special for a 12oz ribeye or salmon, 2 sides, and a cocktail for $30. The cocktails were beautiful and excellent. I got the ribeye, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. The ribeye was tender. However, I asked for horseradish cream sauce or chimichurri for the steak, but they didn't have either one, which is odd if they serve steaks. The mashed potatoes were seasoned to perfection and cheesy. The asparagus were cooked thoroughly and perfect. (Not the silly al dente found at some restaurants). I'll definitely come back again on a Wednesday and bring my husband (who also doesn't use barcode thingies). We live 1 mile away and would love to make this a regular spot. Can you PLEASE have some REAL MENUS ready and turn down the music ?!?!?!

Unfortunately, the worst thing I've had was the waffle portion of the chicken and waffles. The waffles were so hard that I honestly can't believe the kitchen sent them out, and I can't believe I actually tried to eat them! I really want to see this place succeed, but they definitely need to work on consistency, especially with both the food and the drinks. There's potential here, but unfortunately, my experiences so far have been more disappointing than enjoyable.
